He wrote our comprehensive estimate for pull-outs in all our kitchen cabinets as well as for our master bathroom vanities and our lower stop-n-drop cabinet. Scheduling was immediate; Steve, our installer did a fantastic job, including a challenging task of repairing the damaged metal track on one of our existing deep utility drawers, which we really needed and appreciated. Subsequently, we added another 9 feet of cabinetry in our kitchen, and of course we again hired Shelf Theory to not only add pull-outs to the new cabinets but also to convert all the existing doors and drawers to soft-close. We wanted to convert 1/2 of the new lower pantry-size cabinet to a "Utility" for storing our step ladder, and we knew that Chris would know just what to do. In fact, I insisted that Chris himself would handle this request, and he did not disappoint. Along with his trusty assistant, Craig, they expertly accomplished the modification as well as the complete conversion to soft-close in record time. We were amazed at how quickly they accomplished this work and how meticulously they were in precisely adjusting the tension for each soft-close. We could not be happier with the quality, value and superb workmanship we received from Chris and his team at Shelf Theory. And thank you very much for the Veteran discount, Chris. Carlos did not attend to the Remodel, would get upset if we called him to come look at mistakes. He was absent on the job and it was very unbelievable. We had to fire him during the process. He gave us a quote and kept adding more money to it. We had to pay him upfront a lot of money and he owes us money. We had to fork out almost double to get the job finished with someone else. We have asked him to reimburse his money and he has ignored every single bit of communication. Which does not surprise us as he was that way throughout the whole process. DO NOT USE THEM. Watch the videos all the way through if you want to see the horrifying work done. They cut the quartz wrong for my countertop and it was hanging out 2 inches past the kitchen cupboards. They came to my house to cut it and re-fabricated it. What a mess and you can see where they patched it after they cut it down. There's a line that goes through it on the edge. Aweful. On the other end, they had cut it all jaggedly showing jacketed edge and wasn't cut enough to butt up against the casing to the oven. I do have a picture to show how this was left permanently for me to have to deal with.

I described the material as a salt and pepper solid surface that had been shattered in three pieces. He offered to meet me on the road but we were traveling to Mesa anyway met him in the morning, dropped it off, and he had it fixed in two hours!
