Their guys showed up on time. They were courteous. They were respectful of us, and respectful of our home. They asked for our input when they got to a part that required some judgement. They performed mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and drywall work. All done nearly to perfection. And they passed the acid test; after they left, I noticed two small things which I thought could have done better. They returned immediately and made these right. And they sent an invoice almost a week later (giving us an opportunity to discover any other issues, which we did NOT), and the invoice was for the exact amount of the estimate. They accepted my credit card payment over the phone. Our job was a small one, but they have definitely encouraged us to contact them again for our next job - small or large. I've TRIED to do everything on my own including scrubbing all of the grout with baking soda and vinegar, to renting Mr. Rug Doctor to clean pet stained carpet all to save a few bucks. Each adventure took tons of time, caused spousal fights (you know what I'm talking about), and the results just weren't worth it. Stephan has been our flooring savior since, and I'm not joking. We've had him clean our grout and carpeting (both installed and area rugs) multiple times and each time is perfect. And spoiler alert - it will cost you a fraction of what you think it will. So save the $100 you'd spend on the Rug Doctor, save the chiropractic and massage appointments after weeks of scrubbing grout and give him a call. We went into the store and talked to Cosimo. He was easy to talk to, explained the pros and cons of different surfaces, and answered all of our questions. As soon as the product was in, we were contacted and scheduled the work to be done. The job was replacing three bedrooms with laminate, however after they pulled up the carpeting, they found two spots that needed to be leveled. This was done quickly and didn't end up adding any time to the job, they actually finished before they said they would be done, even with the extra work that needed to be done to level and grind down the concrete! Cosimo and his crew were excellent to work with and I honestly would encourage you to reach out to them if you are thinking about changing floors OR if you need ideas/suggestions! We are so happy with the quality and efficiency of the work, the communication with Cosimo and his team, and of course, the finished product looks amazing!

I have had a wonderful experience with them and I would highly recommend using them in the Phoenix market. The tile is exactly what I wanted (a hip, exciting, not your average pool tile vibe) and the travertine....you guys--the travertine is so freaking cool! It compliments EVERY color that I have going on back there and it is currently being installed by our hardscaping as I type. Look at how stunning the travertine is! EEEK! My backyard is becoming a reality one step at a time and I couldn't have done this without Monterrey! I'll add photos of the completed project to this review when it is done as well.
