From the initial estimate, to the last finishing touches to my bathroom remodel, they were professional, efficient and communicated every step along the way. I couldn't have asked for more. This contractor was in his truck with business logo and all purposely going around a 16 year old with his driving permit in the drivers seat and slamming on his brakes out of road rage because the kid had his blinker on to move over after exiting the freeway and turning onto bell rd. Me in the passenger seat tells my son that he will want to get in the middle lane so him putting his left blinker on and doing that was enough for this grown man to need to road rage and possibly get rear ended by an inexperienced driver. Should really think about that while promoting your business with logos and phone numbers. I read more

TJ from Palmer's came out over a month ago to show us samples and give us an estimate on new countertops. He said he would get an estimate to us later that day or the next. After waiting about 3-4 days and not getting the estimate, I emailed and called him. He said he had been busy and would get to us within the week. 2 weeks later and still nothing. I again sent him an email, TJ replied that he thought the estimate had been sent to us, and that he would make sure it got to us. Well, it is over a month and a half later and I have still never gotten an estimate of any kind. I feel like either TJ or the company thought that our project was not worth their time. I understand that not every job is right for every company, but I would have appreciated them just being upfront about it and not keeping my husband and us hanging for weeks. I was very disappointed in their professionalism. I would not reccomend them. read more

Palmer's remodeled both of my bathrooms for me. They were prompt whenever they said a time during every phase of the remodels. The superintendent told me the names of the people who were doing the tile, counter tops and shower doors so I knew who would be at my house. Everyone who was doing work cleaned up after each day. ABSOLUTE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE with this company. My wife and I had our entire house remodeled except for the bathrooms. We were told General Contractor DK would assist us through each phase of the remodel and make sure we were satisfied as each stage was completed. This couldn't be further from the truth. The demo workers needed to borrow tools. They didn't even have a broom to clean up. DK didn't have his guys put plastic up to protect appliances and prevent dust from spreading throughout the house. My wife and I had to cover things ourselves. When I approached DK with my concerns he stated "What do you expect, I don't think they have college degrees". The countertops were not put in correctly. They were not level and had support bars hanging loose under the island. DK stated there wasn't anything he could do about it. My wife was upset and sent him a text expressing our concern and DK did not reply. A fabricator was finally brought in and he verified that DK was incorrect and he instructed DK on how to correct the problem. When the painter was fixing drips and uneven lines in the house, DK arrived and I could hear him telling the painter not to fix things because it's not their responsibility and that the house had probably been painted twenty times. We are original owners and it's been painted twice. Fortunately the painter ignored DK and ensured his work was to our satisfaction. During the baseboard phase the baseboard was four inches on one side of the house and 2 and a half inches on the other. I phoned DK and he was upset with me and rude that I pointed this out. I sent him pictures and he didn't reply. He did not even show up the next day after telling me he would be there first thing in the morning. I had to work with the installer correcting things myself. DK told us the floor tile job would take 6 days and when it took 4 weeks he blamed his workers whom he called "prima donnas". He even had the nerve to blame my wife and I, telling us not to talk to the workers. They are in our house doing a job we paid for and we are being told who we can or cannot talk to? This unacceptable behavior continued. DK ignored texts. He didn't return phone calls. He didn't show up or call when he missed scheduled appointments. He was obviously overwhelmed. DK would enter our house without knocking and walk right by my wife and I without even acknowledging us. DK rarely showed up and when he did he berated his employees, his suppliers, and even the owner who he called "forgetful". When I complained to the owner he told me that DK had a toothache. When my wife discussed issues with the owner he admitted DK crossed the line but he didn't offer an apology. After finally having enough of the unprofessionalism, I told the owner that I didn't want DK in our home. DK insulted myself, my wife and our remodel. This company forgot who the customer was immediately. Extremely disappointed. read more

Palmer's Kitchen, Bath and Beyond was the fourt contractor we had out to our house in a 6-month span doing a variety of work around our home. By far, this company was the best. The crew came out and spent over 1-hour looking at the potential design, discussing options, and allowing us to decide what worked best based upon what could be done. Once the work started, Derrick, the project manager was phenomenal. He was responsive to both text and e-mail messages. He was prompt with any questions he had regarding installation and completed the work well within the deadline they had identified. In addition to the great customer service that was provided the work is outstanding. We had a shower completely redone. A closet put in, and tile put in throughout the entire bathroom, including the shower. It has been close to 3 weeks since the work was done and it all still looks brand new. We could not be happier with the work that was done. We will do whatever we can to refer and get this company as much business as possible. They deserve it!!!! read more

Guy came 8 days ago, took measurements and said would have a quote to us by the end of the day, would call with the estimate and would send an email the following day. 8 days later and a couple of emails from my wife, still no estimate by phone or email. If it is taking more than a week to give an estimate, imagine how long the work would take. read more

This is the second time that I have used Palmer's Kitchen, Bath & Beyond. They do outstanding work. Our kitchen had holes in the ceiling from a upstairs laundry room that flooded. Now you cannot even tell where the holes were. The took out a dog door that was in the wall. The outside and inside texture were matched perfectly.
