Excellent, professional and respectful. On budget, on time. I can't state enough how seamless my remodel went with this company. I would use them again in a heartbeat. Very refreshing after a recent experience with a different contractor--highly recommend! read more

Palmer's Kitchen, Bath and Beyond - Before and after of my garage. - General Contractors Near Me - Youngtown, Arizona

I had my kitchen, bathrooms and laundry room remodeled by Palmer's Kitchen Bath and Beyond. Everything was perfect! The gentleman working in my home were always on time, very polite and cleaned up after themselves. The general contractor was extremely easy to work with and responsive all hours of the day/night, including weekends. I've never had such a great experience with great quality. I won't go with anyone else for future remodels. read more

This contractor was in his truck with business logo and all purposely going around a 16 year old with his driving permit in the drivers seat and slamming on his brakes out of road rage because the kid had his blinker on to move over after exiting the freeway and turning onto bell rd. Me in the passenger seat tells my son that he will want to get in the middle lane so him putting his left blinker on and doing that was enough for this grown man to need to road rage and possibly get rear ended by an inexperienced driver. Should really think about that while promoting your business with logos and phone numbers. I read more

We want to thank Rob & Derrick for giving us our dream home. They took our vision and brought it to fruition. Every step of the project from layout, to product selection, and finally installation were pleasant experiences. Their entire staff completed the tasks of repainting the interior, replacing carpet with laminate, and totally remodeling our 2 bathrooms. The work was completed with professionalism and attention to even the smallest detail. Derrick made our fireplace wall a beautiful focal point. Add to that their expert scheduling and timeliness by doing it all in less than two weeks. We strongly recommend Palmer's and will gladly use them in the future!! Here are some before and after pictures. read more

Derrick, Rafael, Jose and Josh from Palmer's Kitchen, Bath and Beyond were the absolute best! We had one of our showers replaced and the other bathroom completely remodeled. They were respectful, worked very hard to make things perfect, were extremely knowledgeable, and talented. Derrick kept us informed of their timeframes and they were at the house at the time they said they would be. We are going to have them work on a couple of other remodels we plan to do in the future. We recommend this company and team for any of your remodeling needs. They are truly fantastic to work with. Thank you all so much!! Ron and Rox Sun City, AZ read more

Another great experience with this company. I called them after another company took over 6 months and still hadn't completed my mom's bathroom. I wish I'd called them from the beginning! Always professional and pleasant to work with. Quality work! read more

After interviewing (getting estimates) from 5-6 different companies, I liked Palmer's the best. From the initial estimate, to the last finishing touches to my bathroom remodel, they were professional, efficient and communicated every step along the way. I couldn't have asked for more. Their workers are very experienced in their craft and have different workers that specialize in each area. They treated my property with respect and always cleaned up before leaving for the day. Derrick took special care to schedule all the work to flow smoothly and it was a treat to have such a great experience with a great company. I have more work to do in my house and I will definitely be be calling Palmer's!!! It feels great to be able to recommend such a wonderful company. I LOVE my new bathroom!! Thanks, Palmer's!!! read more

Palmer's just did our master bathroom remodel and we can't say enough good things about them. Derrick was great to work with, very helpful, always kept us informed of the schedule and what was going on. The whole team was very polite, kept things very organized & clean. Tile guys were stellar! We finally have the bathroom we've talked about for 10 years & it's amazing! Will definitely be using them on any future remodels & referring them to everyone. read more

They do a great job. Made suggestions on the design that made our bathroom even better. Not the cheapest but probably the best.

We are super happy with our bathroom remodel. Derrick walked us through the process every step of the way with plenty of consulting and guidance. They made sure we were involved in the design process without letting us make any mistakes. The remodel was timely and the workers are trustworthy - I was able to take my daughters to school and go to work while they stayed and worked. read more

TJ from Palmer's came out over a month ago to show us samples and give us an estimate on new countertops. He said he would get an estimate to us later that day or the next. After waiting about 3-4 days and not getting the estimate, I emailed and called him. He said he had been busy and would get to us within the week. 2 weeks later and still nothing. I again sent him an email, TJ replied that he thought the estimate had been sent to us, and that he would make sure it got to us. Well, it is over a month and a half later and I have still never gotten an estimate of any kind. I feel like either TJ or the company thought that our project was not worth their time. I understand that not every job is right for every company, but I would have appreciated them just being upfront about it and not keeping my husband and us hanging for weeks. I was very disappointed in their professionalism. I would not reccomend them. read more

Palmer's remodeled both of my bathrooms for me. They were prompt whenever they said a time during every phase of the remodels. The superintendent told me the names of the people who were doing the tile, counter tops and shower doors so I knew who would be at my house. Everyone who was doing work cleaned up after each day. I am happy with the work done and with all of people involved with the job. I would not hesitate to use them again. read more

Palmer's Kitchen, Bath and Beyond was the fourt contractor we had out to our house in a 6-month span doing a variety of work around our home. By far, this company was the best. The crew came out and spent over 1-hour looking at the potential design, discussing options, and allowing us to decide what worked best based upon what could be done. Once the work started, Derrick, the project manager was phenomenal. He was responsive to both text and e-mail messages. He was prompt with any questions he had regarding installation and completed the work well within the deadline they had identified. In addition to the great customer service that was provided the work is outstanding. We had a shower completely redone. A closet put in, and tile put in throughout the entire bathroom, including the shower. It has been close to 3 weeks since the work was done and it all still looks brand new. We could not be happier with the work that was done. We will do whatever we can to refer and get this company as much business as possible. They deserve it!!!! read more

Picked these guys to get a quote to remodel our kitchen because they were rated high on Yelp. Don't waste your time. Guy came 8 days ago, took measurements and said would have a quote to us by the end of the day, would call with the estimate and would send an email the following day. 8 days later and a couple of emails from my wife, still no estimate by phone or email. If it is taking more than a week to give an estimate, imagine how long the work would take. read more

ABSOLUTE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE with this company. My wife and I had our entire house remodeled except for the bathrooms. We were told General Contractor DK would assist us through each phase of the remodel and make sure we were satisfied as each stage was completed. This couldn't be further from the truth. The demo workers needed to borrow tools. They didn't even have a broom to clean up. DK didn't have his guys put plastic up to protect appliances and prevent dust from spreading throughout the house. My wife and I had to cover things ourselves. When I approached DK with my concerns he stated "What do you expect, I don't think they have college degrees". The countertops were not put in correctly. They were not level and had support bars hanging loose under the island. DK stated there wasn't anything he could do about it. My wife was upset and sent him a text expressing our concern and DK did not reply. A fabricator was finally brought in and he verified that DK was incorrect and he instructed DK on how to correct the problem. When the painter was fixing drips and uneven lines in the house, DK arrived and I could hear him telling the painter not to fix things because it's not their responsibility and that the house had probably been painted twenty times. We are original owners and it's been painted twice. Fortunately the painter ignored DK and ensured his work was to our satisfaction. During the baseboard phase the baseboard was four inches on one side of the house and 2 and a half inches on the other. I phoned DK and he was upset with me and rude that I pointed this out. I sent him pictures and he didn't reply. He did not even show up the next day after telling me he would be there first thing in the morning. I had to work with the installer correcting things myself. DK told us the floor tile job would take 6 days and when it took 4 weeks he blamed his workers whom he called "prima donnas". He even had the nerve to blame my wife and I, telling us not to talk to the workers. They are in our house doing a job we paid for and we are being told who we can or cannot talk to? This unacceptable behavior continued. DK ignored texts. He didn't return phone calls. He didn't show up or call when he missed scheduled appointments. He was obviously overwhelmed. DK would enter our house without knocking and walk right by my wife and I without even acknowledging us. DK rarely showed up and when he did he berated his employees, his suppliers, and even the owner who he called "forgetful". When I complained to the owner he told me that DK had a toothache. When my wife discussed issues with the owner he admitted DK crossed the line but he didn't offer an apology. After finally having enough of the unprofessionalism, I told the owner that I didn't want DK in our home. DK insulted myself, my wife and our remodel. This company forgot who the customer was immediately. Extremely disappointed. read more

Outstanding choice for all remodeling needs. We used this company for 2 bathrooms and a kitchen/office space. Thorough knowledge of construction and a good working relationship with subcontractors who are specialists in their own areas. Most importantly, Palmer's KBB rates high in integrity. They tell you what they can do and then they'll do what they said. I recommend this company without reservation. read more

This is the second time that I have used Palmer's Kitchen, Bath & Beyond. They do outstanding work. Our kitchen had holes in the ceiling from a upstairs laundry room that flooded. Now you cannot even tell where the holes were. The took out a dog door that was in the wall. The outside and inside texture were matched perfectly. I am a repeat customer and very happy and satisfied with the quality of their work. read more
