We went into the store and talked to Cosimo. He was easy to talk to, explained the pros and cons of different surfaces, and answered all of our questions. As soon as the product was in, we were contacted and scheduled the work to be done. The job was replacing three bedrooms with laminate, however after they pulled up the carpeting, they found two spots that needed to be leveled. This was done quickly and didn't end up adding any time to the job, they actually finished before they said they would be done, even with the extra work that needed to be done to level and grind down the concrete! Cosimo and his crew were excellent to work with and I honestly would encourage you to reach out to them if you are thinking about changing floors OR if you need ideas/suggestions! We are so happy with the quality and efficiency of the work, the communication with Cosimo and his team, and of course, the finished product looks amazing!

The plumbers had to remove the toilet and the bathroom vanity and the bathroom sink and the plumbers jack-hammered the concrete on the bathroom floor.  Aaron from AMR Bath LLC added concrete and leveled the concrete and replaced the drywall and installed new tile and grouted the tile and replaced the toilet and the bathroom vanity and sink. Aaron did such a great job that it looks like nothing even happened to the bathroom. No one could have done a better job than Aaron did. This company came out to drill a hole in our granite for an RO system. The owner, Joshua, was able…read moreto get an installer out within minutes, which was amazing! Unfortunately, the gentleman Frank drilled the hole the wrong size--too big. Now, our RO faucet does not sit properly on the counter, and we will have to rig it up, ruining the aesthetics. We told him BEFORE he started drilling that the bit looked too big, but he insisted it was fine. He didn't measure the bit up to the sizing diagram we provided him. We contacted Joshua, who proceeded to curse and threaten us with lawyers if we didn't pay him. Joshua stated that the services were rendered and that if we didn't pay, he would put a lien on our home (over $250 ). Joshua was screaming that he would show up to our home with lawyers and his crew and that "they don't make 1 inch diamond drill bits for granite (lol)" I mean really, it's a hole. It's too big. The guy didn't measure twice cut once. Calm down Joshua, no need to scream at people. No wonder your employee told us to contact him directly if there were any issues. We are not going to be bullied into paying for services that we didn't request- which is a hole too big for our faucet that we now have to fix. Please look elsewhere unless you like dealing with hotheads. Edit: If the owner thinks this install is acceptable- a wobbly install, not seated on the counter, with a gap visible from across the room, then he really is as delusional as he sounded when he cursed out my husband and threatened to show up at my house with 'his lawyer' if we didn't pay him. If this is the type of work the public wants from a company, and an owner that resorts to immediately screaming and threatening the customer over his employees mistake, then please hire Surprise Granite and good luck with that.

William was referred to me by a person who is meticulous and described the way he prepares for…read moreconstruction as setting up a "surgical room". It was true he really does take great care. He has a great hard working team and they show up each day for a full day on the job. I had him remodel my whole casita bedroom and bathroom. They gutted the bathroom and installed tile floor, fabricated new countertops fully tiled shower and mirrors .One example of how meticulous he is came when he let me know the new tile to casita bedroom would not be flush with the hallway floor because the floor would need leveling for that to happen. Other contractors would have just put a metal ledge between the two rooms and never give you the option. He knows how to do everything. The other huge project he did was tearing down a wall blocking off my kitchen to allow for a new kitchen island and doing the finishing touches. He can tackle it all from small to big projects. In my case it was a big project. We are very pleased and trust his work entirely.

We recently wanted to re-do the kitchen sink (moved from an asymmetrical dual aluminum sink to a larger composite granite single sink. I called Lionel and he was out within a week with a quote. The price was higher that we expected, but after checking, it was comparable with that charged by other granite/stone companies. Because of our previous experience with Stone City and Lionel, it was a no-brainer. We set the appointment and they showed up on time - as friendly and professional as we remembered.
