She stands behind the work completed and goes to bat for the customer if there are any warranty concerns. Master Bath Cabinets review October 2026 Chris did an outstanding job.  The cabinets would not fit through the hallway into the bathroom. The bathroom door is narrower than normal, and the bedroom door is only about three feet from a closet wall. Chris evaluated this problem and came up with the best solution. The hardest way to go but the RIGHT way Rather than cut the toe kicks to force them through, Chris disassembled both cabinets, carried the pieces in, and reassembled them on site. He worked nearly twelve hours, took a short lunch, and stayed careful the entire time. I am glad he was the one assigned. An inexperienced installer in that situation could have made a real mess of it. The handles are perfectly aligned. He added the rubber door stops on the walls and next to the shower. The crown molding is excellent, including on the wall that is not square -- he matched the angle cleanly. He worked alone without any supervision and left the bathroom cleaner than he found it, with a vacuum running at the saw the whole day. He mentioned he has been with you about eight months.  Based on what I saw Friday, he is the kind of installer you want to keep. Please pass this along to him and to whoever handles retention. I would request him again without hesitation. Thank you for assigning him.

We were so relieved! Gonzalez Custom Remodeling was on time every time, responsive, friendly, and just awesome all around. But, unfortunately, if your looking for professional, precise, custom quartz countertops... I cannot (in good conscience) recommend. Since I was the homeowner/project-manager, communication was key & unfortunately it was a fail 85% of the time. On a positive note, when Gonzales mis-measured/installed the area by my stove, at least they agreed to come back & fix it. But the veins on my quartz are horizontal on that piece. And, on the other side the veins are vertical. Ugh, wish they matched. In one area where the end of the quartz should line up with my existing tile, it extends about a half inch or more. Also , 4 weeks after my $45k remodel was complete, I noticed a large chunk of quartz missing , which was not disclosed. They just decided to grout over it in hopes I didn't notice. I gave 2 stars because of the bathroom vanity top. I currently don't see any issues with it... but maybe wishful thinking.

You have to research products, find contractors, get quotes, have meetings, ect. Bare Floors was the third company I brought in and he was by far the most knowledgeable and informative guy I meet with. He took his time to listen to what I thought I wanted. He took his time, asked lots of probing questions and matter of factly told me he would be happy to do my job at an agreed upon rate, but he had apprehensions about the products I wanted to use and the lasting life of the product in the desert environment. He walked my wife and I out to his truck and he proceeds to give us a lesson on Luxury Vinyl Plank flooring. This stuff was unbelievable! Exactly what we wanted! It is great for our extra large dog and tiny little messy girls. Its great for the kitchen as well as a formal dining room. Water resistant, scratch resistant, soft on your feet, so versatile...and it looks AND feels like real wood. Buying: We met Amir at his office (check out the cool "soda" machine), and after looking at more product options, he even laid out a box so we could walk on it! SOLD! Install: Due to other jobs on the project, installation was tricky (my doing) but Amir was really communicative and understanding of my situation. Once we pulled the trigger, he had his guys there on time and ready to knock out the demo. This demo was not easy and they needed to get some heavier duty tools, but nonetheless they got it done. We floated the floor in the kitchen and family room and will float the living room and hallway after the remodel is complete. My wife had ideas of wanting to lay the planks in a herringbone pattern in the dining room. After Amir consulted some of his installers, they decided they could do but it would need to be glued down. This was a super custom request and took a full day of work to complete just the dining room. It is stunning and looks awesome! (Pics don't do it justice) Trim: Amir directed me to where to order the trim I wanted and it was the most affordable option by far for that product. As long as you order it 3 days in advance and have room for the 16 foot sections when its delivered, this is a great way to save some money. Professional: Since we are still under construction, Amir was only able to complete some of the job (the part of the house we are living in) and will finish the job after the remodel is complete. Like I said, easy to work with! Countertops: Amir also has countertop installers and they did a great job on our new white quartz island and honed black quartz countertops. He told us where to go to get the best selection and price, so this was also a very easy process.
