Bare Floors was great to work with for my flooring project. Amir is the business owner and was the primary contact for the work completed. He was fantastic! Punctual, professional, knowledgeable, and personable. Even when I thought I was going to hire a different company, Amir was still providing advice and things to look out for. I ended up hiring Bare Floors because of how great it was to work with Amir. I had tile and carpet removed and LVP installed. His team was able to fit me into their schedule rather quickly and worked fast! My entire project was completed in 2 days and it was done very well. I am very happy with the work they did and would absolutely recommend them for any flooring work you're considering doing.

They installed beautiful vinyl wood plank flooring throughout my home last month. The estimate was accurate and reasonable and the commitments were kept. The installers were professional and well equipped and completed the job on time. The results were amazing and the details and cleanup was spectacular! I am using them this month on another home as well.

Wow. Amir was great to work with. Up front, honest, thorough and I felt like he had my best interest in mind. Prep and research: Remodeling is always a daunting undertaking. You have to research products, find contractors, get quotes, have meetings, ect. Bare Floors was the third company I brought in and he was by far the most knowledgeable and informative guy I meet with. He took his time to listen to what I thought I wanted. He took his time, asked lots of probing questions and matter of factly told me he would be happy to do my job at an agreed upon rate, but he had apprehensions about the products I wanted to use and the lasting life of the product in the desert environment. He walked my wife and I out to his truck and he proceeds to give us a lesson on Luxury Vinyl Plank flooring. This stuff was unbelievable! Exactly what we wanted! It is great for our extra large dog and tiny little messy girls. Its great for the kitchen as well as a formal dining room. Water resistant, scratch resistant, soft on your feet, so versatile...and it looks AND feels like real wood. Buying: We met Amir at his office (check out the cool "soda" machine), and after looking at more product options, he even laid out a box so we could walk on it! SOLD! Install: Due to other jobs on the project, installation was tricky (my doing) but Amir was really communicative and understanding of my situation. Once we pulled the trigger, he had his guys there on time and ready to knock out the demo. This demo was not easy and they needed to get some heavier duty tools, but nonetheless they got it done. We floated the floor in the kitchen and family room and will float the living room and hallway after the remodel is complete. My wife had ideas of wanting to lay the planks in a herringbone pattern in the dining room. After Amir consulted some of his installers, they decided they could do but it would need to be glued down. This was a super custom request and took a full day of work to complete just the dining room. It is stunning and looks awesome! (Pics don't do it justice) Trim: Amir directed me to where to order the trim I wanted and it was the most affordable option by far for that product. As long as you order it 3 days in advance and have room for the 16 foot sections when its delivered, this is a great way to save some money. Professional: Since we are still under construction, Amir was only able to complete some of the job (the part of the house we are living in) and will finish the job after the remodel is complete. Like I said, easy to work with! Countertops: Amir also has countertop installers and they did a great job on our new white quartz island and honed black quartz countertops. He told us where to go to get the best selection and price, so this was also a very easy process. Soup to Nuts, Bare Floors was great to work with and would recommend them to whomever is willing to listen. Thank you Amir!

I wanted a quality install and was pretty particular about details like transitions to tile, baseboards, that I wanted to pull out old carpet, I was ordering the materials, etc. Paul and Daniel knew exactly what I was referring to regarding smooth transitions and immediately said "no problem" after others gave me a whole song and dance. They also provided a professional, accurate, and detailed estimate while clearly telling me what might cost more once they get in there (e.g. leveling the floor). Other companies either gave me really rough verbal estimates or overly specific (& wrong) estimates. Communication with the guys is fantastic. The work was done with the kind of craftsmanship I expected from my meticulous grandpa (that is.. they know what they're doing and do it properly!) The guys work fast, thoroughly, are kind and easy to have around. I had feedback on two small things while they worked.. no problem, they resolved them quickly and without issue. I can't recommend AZ Prestige enough.

She helped us choose the perfect carpet, and we couldn't be happier with the result. The installation was scheduled just one week later, and the installers did an excellent job. I had Florin install my luxury vinyl plank floors on my new remodeled home. High quality floors…read more The home had two new additions, each addition had a new concrete slab poured against the existing slab. These transitions had slightly uneven concrete since it was not seamless. One of these, Florin poured self leveler, albeit not nearly enough, the other he did not. The floor prep was not done correctly and now in both areas I have cracked flooring down my entire kitchen, as well as in the middle of my living room. I am talking 25' of continuous cracks right over the uneven concrete. The floors depress over 1/2" when you step on them. At first I thought i could live with it, so didn't complain, but as time went on it got worse and worse. Now the floors cut your feet. I had Florin out to inspect, and he gave me the typical contractor excuse that its a high traffic area and floors are cupping bc they are vinyl. (how can floors depress 1/2" if its installed on flat concrete?) I have built several homes and also work in the trades. The only 2 places in the home where this cracking exists are exactly down the fault lines of these two uneven concrete surfaces. Cupping does not cause planks to split in two at each seam. He tried charging me nearly 25% of my entire 3000sqft floor install to fix this 100sqft section, which no guarantee it will work or look good. This is clearly a workmanship error and I am so tired of contractors not taking accountability for their mistakes. Florin is one of those guys. Avoid doing business with him. For $100 in materials and spending 1 hour to float the floor properly, this could have been avoided. All slabs are going to have uneven surfaces from settling etc. A good flooring guy will take a level out and make sure to fill any voids. My floors are ruined and will need to replace now the entire great room and add a seam to make it look right. $5000 mistake.

Ideal gave me a good quote, came by to look at it, and was able to fit me into their schedule. My God the place looks new again. The floor just glows in this grand old Tudor Revival. And the repairs are solid and all but invisible. Smooth like butter. A couple weeks later, we had Ideal come back and repair the incorrectly installed engineered floor in the property's Casita. Another job well done - many flaws repaired, and no more clacking and popping noise as you walk across the floor. Great job guys - you're our new go-to for flooring.
