Mike didn't answer us when we needed him most. He wasn't very punctual in answering our texts, and finished the job a week later than the due date, partially because his workers chunked all of the walls up installing the wood floor. The top piece of wood dividing the carpet and wood floor was missing and when we asked to have it replaced he blamed it on us "you must have kicked it off". When Mike said his company was making progress, he was just taking advantage of us. Since he knew we weren't at the house much, he did minimal work on some days. We looked at the house two days in a row and realized his guys didn't even come one day! How unprofessional. We then had to hire a painter to fix all of the chunks Mikes company had made. Broken beer bottles and bottles of water were littered on the floor most days. We're never using Mike or his company again.

They were phenominal to work with- they answered all my questions (I had a lot) we had unexpected issues when the carpet was removed (water on the concrete slab) so they worked with us on our new timelines. WONDERFUL, Olympic Hardwood Flooring is simply wonderful!! I…read morehad lived with my dated, glued down, engineered wood floors for 10+ years and had hated them from the day I purchased my house. When I finally decided to replace them, I took my time, shopped around, selected a couple of hardwood flooring options, interviewed a few different installers and got bids to do the work. Then I went to Olympic Hardwood Flooring's showroom and I hit the lottery. I first met Kelly, she is terrific, lovely, kind and was helpful and patient as I looked at all of their flooring options, and they have A LOT to choose from. Rafal helped narrow down my selections and let me take samples home. Once I made my decision, Rafal presented an estimate to complete the job that was both competitive and detailed. He patiently answered all my questions and concerns before I gave him my deposit to begin the project. Rafal and Kelly kept me informed of ordering, delivery and installation dates and adhered to the schedule throughout the entire project. I was blessed to have Buddha install my flooring, he was absolutely fantastic. His work is impeccable, flawless and detailed; he arrived on time, cleaned up after himself and was an absolute pleasure to work with. In the span of six days, he removed and replaced the hardwood flooring in the living room and removed old carpet in the primary and guest bedrooms and replaced it with the same oak flooring. Even when unexpected, extra floor prep work was required the work was still completed on time, per the schedule and within budget. To say I am thrilled with the outcome is an understatement...I'm ecstatic!! My house has been transformed into a home. My expectations were not only met, but exceeded anything I could have ever hoped for. I would highly, HIGHLY recommend Olympic Hardwood Flooring, everyone there is terrific and it was the best decision I ever made!!

I talked with the owner, Greg, and explained my situation I was having a dinner party the next night and needed this fixed asap! He said he would be right out. He arrived 2 hours after my call I put in to his company. Once on sight, he measured the room and gave me an estimate.
