100% recommend European Design Flooring for refinishing existing wood floors. They came in when another vendor botched the job and turned our floors into gorgeous, more updated floors. We could not be happier!! Reasonable for the high quality job they did. read more

We had some termite damage on our hardwood floors, and they needed to be replaced in one area. We read online that they did remodeling and repairs. The service was unbelievable. Tudor made sure we were taken care of. He matched the wood we needed and scheduled us to have Dan come out and install the new wood. If you ever need anyone to install wood floors, this is the man. He is meticulous, a perfectionist, and knows his trade. My husband and I are so happy! Thank you both, Pat and Steve read more

Quick summary: Very competitive pricing, excellent customer service and great product. We were in the market for some new LVP in the house. We shopped local based on the best reviews we saw in Yelp/Google/FB/etc. Narrowed it down to about 5 vendors. The product pricing across the board was fairly similar, but the installation costs were what varied quite a bit. Due to supply chain constraints, finding a product that we loved that wouldn't show up 6 months from now was difficult, and where we could find product that was in stock, either the price or the install wasn't a match. With European Design, we got it all and within the budget we intended. Not everything in life goes your way, and most of the time it's how you react to it that defines your experience. The same could be said here. We set the schedule... ended up getting the product and availability early! The install was awesome - the gentlemen who did the install were so gracious and sweet to my 3 year old daughter who was curious as to what they were doing, along with our French Bulldog who was equally as interested. The finished job was exactly as expected within the scope. Getting to things not going our way, the transition pieces had a longer delay than we had hoped but as soon as they arrived, they were out to install. Here's where how we react defines an experience.. We have 1 transition piece that's a little finicky, not wanting to stay planted. Even after coming out to re-install, the little bugger just doesn't want to stay put. Rather than make excuses, EDF re-asserted their commitment to make sure it's right and replace the transition till it's perfect like the rest. I'm writing this just before they come back out to address it - now a lot of people would probably wait till everything is sorted to write a review but I'm so confident in these guys, I've got no problem putting it down now. So hopefully this review is helpful for you as you make decisions. We get compliments all the time on our LVP (even from other contractors and builders!!!!). Again, it was the product we loved, at a fair price with install. Highly recommend John and the guys from EDF. read more

I highly recommend European Design Flooring. If I could give them a ten I would! Installed luxury Vinyl flooring in three bedrooms, took less than two days. The crew never stopped working except for lunch. Very professional, did outstanding job. Cleaned up and treated me and my house with respect. Great experience from visiting the store and installation. This is a family owned business and it's very obvious they really care about the customer. We had water damage to our hardwood floors and had to refinish over 3,000 square feet. Marin and his team did an amazing job restoring our floors. They were incredibly responsive, extremely knowledgeable, competitively priced, and very skilled. We couldn't have been happier with the end results. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. read more

Great prices, great people and even better workmanship. I cannot express enough gratitude to Marin and his team at European Design Flooring. They are a very professional team who takes the time to listen and understand what you want. The first time I went into the showroom they were very polite and weren't pushing me towards a certain product. They weren't trying to sell me on anything; rather they took the time to understand my situation and helped me pick out the best flooring for my house. My wife and I absolutely loved working with their office team, but their installers are the real reason I wrote this review. They were on time, professional and hard workers. They took the extra time to ensure that while removing carpet and installing the new wood floors there was minimal dust exposure. They even covered up the cabinets in the kitchen and bathrooms, the clothes in the closet and helped me move some of the heavier furniture pieces! Not only did they do a great job, they were also very quick. They finished 1,300 square feet of engineered wood floors in just 2 days! I cannot thank Marin and his team enough for all they have done. read more

Marin, John and the entire European Design Flooring team are the best. I bought a house with 2500 sq. ft' of hardwood flooring. Marin came out to look at the floor. His price was competitive. There wasn't any high pressure salesmanship. There wasn't a 4 page contract. A day and time was scheduled and the job began as promised. The floor was lightly buffed and sealed. The floor looks amazing. I could not have been happier. No regrets! Not one. I highly recommend European Design Flooring. read more

There's a reason that Marin, Jonas and the team at European Design Flooring have 100% 5-Star reviews ... they provide excellent service at competitive prices and stand by their commitment to providing the utmost in quality. Our gorgeous wood flooring was installed as scheduled and looks amazing. Shop around and then visit Jonas at their showroom - he really knows his inventory, made suggestions based on what we were looking for and then beat the best quote we had received. I bought a house and renovated the flooring and baseboards throughout. Marin,Pete, Jonas and the whole team from sales, demolition, to installation were great to work with. They are hard workers, excellent craftsman and good businessmen. Their price is fair and they keep their word. A pleasure to work with an organization such as they have in this era of 'buyer beware' contractors. I highly recommend you talk with them if you are thinking of renovating your floors. read more

So happy I chose this company to refinish our hardwood floors. Marin came out and measured the area and quoted a price right then and there which was lower than others I'd received. He could also complete the job faster than other companies had quoted. Sold! His team arrived on time and had the work done within the time frame they estimated. The floors look brand new and they left the house in sparkling condition, with no signs of dust or renovation. Easy to work with, true to their word and now I have beautiful floors... what more could one ask for? Thanks guys! read more

European Design Flooring has completed several flooring jobs for us and our daughters. I recently hired European Design Flooring to install my hardwood floor. It took me quite a few samples and a month or so to finally pick out the right one. I was never pressured to purchase. They were able to order my flooring even though it wasn't in their showroom. I am extremely happy with working with John in the office. He was always very polite, patient and delivered my sample box so I could make sure the hardwood was the right color and design for my home. John also followed up with me during the install to make sure everything was going well. The installers were amazing. They were very professional, showed up on time every day, wore a mask for COVID precautions, verified the flooring before they installed, cleaned up before they left every day and verified the time they would show up the following day. They installed the product beautifully and meticulously. You can tell that installing floor is an art for them. I couldn't be happier with European Design Flooring and my beautiful new hardwood floors. I highly recommend them. They were very competitive in their quote too. read more

We had an extremely good experience with Marin and his crew. The store front as well as the installers are all a big family operation. We got new wood flooring for our three bedrooms and could not be happier with the results. The prices were competitive and included tear out of the old carpet as well as moving furniture in and out of the rooms. The workers were clean and finished on schedule in two days. Even the baseboard work was done well - they painted over the holes after installation! Johnson Hardwood English Pub Series is the way to go. Thanks guys. read more

We worked with Marin and John on a remodel of our kitchen, master bath and 1st floor flooring. It turned out great and we are very happy with the quality of work and materials. The prices were excellent (and transparent) and John helped me with my selections in a world of way too many choices! All of the contractors were respectful, kind, and worked efficiently. We received 5 quotes before starting this project we had been talking about for years and were so happy we went with them! Definitely recommended! read more

These people are the best! Jonas helped me pick out my flooring. He's awesome. From ordering to installation everything went smoothly...I highly recommended European Floors..I love my floors! read more

European Design just completed our floors - wood style pircelain tile, carpet and baseboards. We began working with Jonas in the showroom. We visited a number of times; deciding between wood, wood tiles and vinyl flooring. Jonas was very patient and knowledgeable, guiding us through the decision process. Once we decided, we worked with Marin for the estimation and installation. A few weeks before the holidays, we agreed on a start date about 3 weeks in the future. The demolition started on time, and the job finished on time. A few times, we met with Marin to make decisions, and we stopped by almost daily to see the progress. The tile crew was great, explaining what they were doing, making us comfortable with their skill and ouri decision. We were also getting the house interior painted.Marin worked with us to make the timing work, scheduling the carpet installation after the painting was done. We have had a few questions since the job was completed and Marin has been very responsive. Bottom line, it looks great! read more

We used the Nextdoor app, to ask our neighbors for flooring recommendations. European Design Flooring was highly recommended. We initially got estimates from three different companies. We went with European Flooring for three reasons. 1. Competitive Pricing. 2. More Flooring Inventory Selections. & 3. Marin, the owner seemed extremely knowledgeable. That is the process we came to working with Marin at European Flooring. Now, let me tell you why I am taking the time to write a review. Everything Marin quoted us from price, installation time and quality of work....met ALL of our expectations! We replaced outdated travertine floors and carpet with a wood-look luxury vinyl. Not only does our house look brand new, but the flooring is toddler & dog tested and is very durable. We would recommend Marin and his team to anyone! read more

After first starting with another flooring company, I found European Design Flooring. What a huge difference there was negotiating between these 2 companies. Marin's knowledge of flooring was vastly more superior. They install what they sell. You see the same faces throughout. He first visited with us at our home and made some great suggestions the other company never mentioned. Then we visited their store and learned so much more from Jonas about types of wood, styles, wear, and maintenance. Their quality and quantity of flooring options was so much better. During this whole process Marin and Jonas communicated with us beginning through to the finished project. The installation crew, Marin (brother) & Pete were very professional. It took them 4 days for 1300 sf and they arrived on time each day. They moved all our large furniture each day including a slate pool table. Each day they thoroughly cleaned up outside where they did the sawing and kept most of their equipment. We figured we got much more value using them. We would highly recommend EDF for all your flooring needs. read more

We have had European Design Flooring complete two jobs for us now. We have always been so impressed with their work. We loved our experience with European flooring. Marin and John were both polite, professional and always attentive. This family owned business is by far the best vendor we have worked with in Phoenix. The Engineered hardwood is beautiful, it really exceeds are expectations and our gray carpet is plush and perfect. We got 4 ¼ inch baseboards which are stunning with the flooring and very happy he gave us a deal on them. Marin and his team did an amazing job with installing all our flooring for our new home. The workmanship, detail and overall completion was exactly as expected. John was great in always getting back to us and being very helpful on the phone with questions. We received quotes from 2 other hardwood flooring companies and not only were they both more expensive for the same thing but the customer service lacked with one company in particular. We are very happy with our choice and would definitely be a repeat customer as well as referring anyone we meet. Thank you European Flooring! Shannan & Matt read more

European Design Flooring ...Can we award 10 Stars? Having made the decision to replace 3 rooms of carpeting with wood floors, we carefully went comparison shopping, not only for the actual wood flooring, but for the installation costs, some of which one might not be aware of. Since we had considered doing wood in one of the rooms about 10 years ago, contracting with one of the big box stores, we knew that the floors had some leveling issues, so we simply re-carpeted. Armed with all this past knowledge, we were able to ask relevant questions directly as to the added costs of leveling the floor, moving furniture, carpet removal and disposal, etc. We targeted 3 other well known wood flooring vendors in the Scottsdale Airpark area, before finding European Design Flooring at Cave Creek & Loop 101. The other 3 were not forthcoming on the potential added costs. One of them charged extra for moving the furniture (and said WE would have to make those arrangements separately!), and they all charged more for the identical brand/type of actual flooring. European Design gave us a top dollar figure they would charge for prepping the floors, and it was ~75% LESS than the other places were estimating, and they ended up charging us less than half of that quote. Let's move on to the installation, which was accomplished flawlessly in 2 days. The installers were beyond wonderful! The floors are so beautiful, and the house was left clean and back together, and they did "round-trip" furniture moving with no extra charge, and with great care for our stuff. You really don't need to shop around... Just go directly to European Design Flooring! read more
