From our initial consultation to the final touches, the entire experience was wonderful! Evan was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the entire process. He listened carefully to my vision and offered expert suggestions that enhanced the design while staying within our budget. His attention to detail was remarkable, and he kept me informed every step of the way. I was able to come into the showroom to look at all the options, talk through ideas, and stain colors to get it just the way I wanted. The cabinets are beautiful, the countertops were installed flawlessly, and every element came together perfectly. The installers were kind and respectful of our home. Our kitchen has been completely transformed into a functional, stunning space that we absolutely love. We've already recommended Evan and Diamond Kitchen and Bath to friends and family, and we wouldn't hesitate to work with them again on future projects. I researched on Yelp and found this company to be super responsive and affordable. We went into the…read morestore and talked to Joe, who was down-to-earth and informative. He didn't try to upsell or act too fake or flattering like some of the salespeople at other companies do. We communicated mostly over email with Jeana, who was kind and responsive as well. The install went very smoothly and only took an hour or so. My only downside was that it took about a week longer than we were told to have it completed, and I had to reach out via email a few times to get updates instead of being updated. But Joe listened to my feedback and told me how the process works waiting for materials. I also sent them photos of some marks on the counter I thought I saw, and they sent someone out to clean and buff it and make it like new again. The paperwork and payment were all online so it was very easy to do. Overall a smooth process and good work done.

We patronized, and would again, Countertop Rock (CR) in the metropolitan Phoenix area for several…read morereasons: 1. CR's communication is stellar from cradle to grave; 2. We appreciated the clarity of the scheduled work outlined when considering their services; 3. They indicated flexibility, within reason, regarding project creep should we want to modify or add to its scope (which we did); 4. No contracting job occurs flawlessly...CR has the resources to readily leverage labor and materials to fill any gaps and the inevitable. Our experience began when we initially called no less than 5-8 contractors looking for options on full kitchen/bathroom cabinet refacing, extending existing kitchen cabinets to the ceiling, replacing kitchen countertops and adding cabinets to the laundry room including a functional sink w/countertop. Several providers never answered their phone or called us back and the others that did required us to take measurements before they'd even come to our home. (Eventually, after pressing this issue, we were told this is industry standard, however, the likely motivations are these companies assume their time is going to be wasted and/or they prioritize full cabinet replacement over refacing) Joe Ricciardi, Countertop Rock, is the only service provider who actually answered the phone and immediately scheduled a visit to our home. He was on time (all appointments), clean-cut, has a professional demeanor and effortlessly creates a relaxed rapport, all while continuously developing a renovation strategy based on LISTENING to our ideas and then guiding us through our Q&A. He took measurements (which we would've gotten wrong left to our own devices after watching Joe); showed us examples of previous jobs; provided samples of color schemes, textures and styles; created a timetable and clearly discussed expectations (which only wavered slightly throughout the project because we added to the job) and lastly provided an estimate for the job that only increased slightly, because we added to the job. In short CR, Joe, is the only service provider who demonstrated a true hunger for our business and therefore he earned ours. As the work began, we decided to add on to the job by having three counters in different bathrooms replaced; Joe had us visit the 'yard' where lovely pieces of granite leftover from other jobs created gorgeous upgrades to our bathrooms at discounted prices making those rooms really pop. In summary, it took about a month to complete all the work outlined above; the job ran efficiently and as described. In hindsight, the lack/absence of communications and preconditions of the other service providers led us to Countertop Rock, and we're thankful it did as we can't imagine having gone with another provider. So we wholeheartedly recommend Countertop Rock as your cabinet and countertop specialists...its family owned and run; we always felt safe with their workers; everyone was obviously the best in their space; and CR conducted itself at all times as an experienced and quality solution to our home renovation and set us up for great success regarding our home's resale.

My husband and I hired Arizona Stone Gallery for two full bathroom remodels after getting quotes…read morefrom quite a few companies. We were impressed with the knowledge and helpfulness of the owner Danny, as well as his fair and transparent pricing. These remodels included all demolition and installation of new cabinets with quartz countertops, tiled shower/bath walls and bathroom floors, all new shower/bath components including shower door, lighting, and accessories. Everything went according to plan and on time. In short, we found Danny and his team (notably Jesus, who carried out most of the on-site work) to be honest, friendly, and responsive to our questions. We highly recommend Arizona Stone Gallery.

To date, a year later we never got that estimate. This time there was no home remodel. It was floors. So the owner was incorrect and deflecting. We had a flood in our house and our "remodel" was new floors and some patch work on the drywall from the flood. Two small areas of drywall. No other remodel. For flooring they said could have been done within a week or two. But 8 weeks later with our floors torn up we could not get an estimate to save our lives. If someone is calling you once a week for 2 months about floors and you can't get back to them, that is just bad business pure and simple. Hope the family gets it together for future customers. We've since completed our project by having another company come out, measure and install our floors the same week we stopped trying to reach out to San tan. Go with anyone else.
