What really impressed us was that he never acted like a salesperson -- no pressure, no upselling, just honest advice and real expertise. He did the work himself with the help of his team, but he was clearly the one leading and making sure every detail was done right. He even came back to go over details in person and worked with us so we could pay for materials with our credit card, which made things so much easier to manage. Even when Phoenix had an unusual week of rain, he stayed in touch to make sure our materials were safe. He also was able to design and order custom cabinets for our pantry. We had been to Home Depot and Lowe's looking at peel and stick tile which we found would not work. He suggested mosaic tile would work and that they could do the project. My husband and I ordered a new washer and dryer but the installation didn't go great. The dryer door was unable to open from the side it was installed on & the installers were unable to get it out.
