Placed 3 orders with them for 3 different jobs and every one was messed up. Missing items after 16 week wait at delivery. Their installers are not very skilled and had multiple install issues. Then to get a service person out to make corre turns they make you wait another 8 week. From order to completion it took them 7 months for 1 small job. Very disappointing. read more

I would recommend anyone who is considering ordering your cabinets from Diamond to due your homework before you order I ordered cabinets on 11/16/21 and still do not have the 3 missing doors, a replacement door & drawer that were damaged along with trim on a cabinet that is missing paint. Also have a drawer that was assembled incorrectly and a cabinet box that cracked and is non repairable I spent over12k on the cabinets without installation. Yesterday I contacted my salesman again & told him I would be filing a complaint with the BBB as well as going to social media to let everyone know of the poor service I have received as of today 7/1/22 I was contacted & told they were still missing a door that was supposed to be in by tomorrow & that the soonest they could send someone out was 7/13/22 which makes it just about 8 months. You would think that after waiting for 8 months that you would be offered a discount for all the inconvenience & time spent trying to get this issue resolved once they got their money it's like they don't care... the customer should not have to pay the balance until they are satisfied in full then maybe they would care about getting the problems resolved Extremely dissatisfied with the quality & the service received Nicholas Z if it is your goal to give your customers a 5 star experience you are failing at your job of doing so. Not once has anyone from Diamond Kitchen & Bath contacted me regarding the delays & issues I have had without me being the one to continue contacting them I have contacted my sale person several times about the delays & quality of these cabinets I have asked him to send someone out to look at the issues & was told to send pictures. When I reported that a drawer was put together incorrectly I was told that I should have paid my installer to correct the issue (Not) this should have arrived put together correctly to begin with as it is not my installers responsibility to build the drawers and correct the poor workmanship of your supplier. Once again if your goal is to give a 5 star experience maybe you should be doing your job & reaching out to your customers who have orders that have not been fulfilled in a timely or satisfactory manor instead of waiting for them to post a negative review to get your attention read more

If you work with Tony you'll probably be good but I'd be weary if any other salesperson helps you. I ordered four cabinet faces from them in late April 2020 and a couple weeks ago finally received all pieces (yes, that's almost 9 months later!). Yes, SOME of the delays were likely due to Covid but there was no communication initiated on their part about it. They provided an estimated arrival and say they would call when it arrived but I was always the one having to inquire about it. When I did call though they were responsive so that was a plus. But when it finally did arrive the first time never received a call and it had been sitting at the warehouse for a week by the time I called to inquire. One piece was scratched so the employee said he would order a warranty piece and give it about 1.5 months to arrive. We gave them some extra time and two months later we call to get an update to find out it had never actually been ordered in the first place! Thankfully Tony was the one who we spoke to that day so it went smooth after that and we received the warranty piece in a timely manner with a call to inform us it had arrived. We initially went with them because their prices were slightly lower than a competitor but in the end wish I had just gone with the other company. Edit in response to company: I looked back in my emails to verify what you are saying happened. I had called on 6/22/2020 to inquire about my pieces. I then received an email from Kenny stating the pieces had come in but there was a scratch on one and needed to be reordered. So that does verify they arrived on time the first time but I was never called about it or informed of the situation on the scratched piece. It wasn't until I inquired about it on 6/22 that I knew of why the order was taking so long. It was estimated to arrive in 1.5-2 weeks at that time. I emailed Kenny on 7/13, giving an extra week beyond the estimated arrival before inquiring. Never received a response. Emailed again 7/16 and received a response on 7/17 that the piece was in and all four pieces would be delivered to the Mesa showroom. We picked it up from the Mesa showroom on 7/25 and Kenny assisted. That was when we discovered another piece was scratched and was told the warranty piece would be ordered but found out months later it never was ordered after speaking to Tony. I'm not sure where you see in your records that I picked pieces up in May at the wearhouse. That never happened. I don't appreciate you trying to make me look dishonest in my review. read more

My husband and I were referred to Diamond by my sister-in-law. We worked with Kenny and we were very pleased with our service. We checked out the showroom a few times before committing to anything and we liked that we were not hassled into buying anything during our initial visit. We were even offered to take samples of wood as well as laminate home. After deciding what we wanted (and my husband's brother-in-law sketching and measuring our kitchen) we went back and had no problems ordering what we wanted. Kenny came to our house and double checked our measurements. We were told what and when to expect our new kitchen. I think it was about a 4-6 week turnover. We opted to pick up and install our own cabinets, but had the professional fit and install the laminate. If you are able to rent a U-Haul and you know someone who can help you install the cabinets, I would say do that because it is a bit cheaper. Our experience with Diamond Kitchen & Bath exceeded our expectations and my husband and I will without a doubt recommend them to anyone who is in need of an update! read more

This company deserves 20 stars for their customer service. I moved in a new build recently and one of cabinets broke from an accident (our fault) I have literally been searching for six months for a replacement. I contacted countless cabinet companies and no one would return my calls or they couldn't help me. I entered my information on diamonds website and I was honestly not expecting a call back because that's the luck I've had. They called me the very next day. Willie helped me order a new cabinet. I followed up a few weeks later and talked to Brian and he explained to me it takes some time to receive from the warehouse (ok no problem)but he would have Willie follow up with me. And low and behold Willie calls me the next day letting me know it should be here within the week. I got home and it was at my door! It matched perfectly!!! We ordered new cabinets and countertops for our kitchen and are extremely happy with them. We met with Tony in November. He was very easy to work with especially starting in our price range. He came and took measurements and ordered the cabinets on November 16, 2016. The cabinets were installed 8 weeks later which we thought was a good timeframe especially with the holiday schedule. Within 4 days of the installation, someone came and measured for the countertop. We had our countertops two weeks later. Every one was very professional and did they jobs well. We had one cabinet door that was defective but Regis, the installer, noticed it right away and got a new one ordered. We had that in 8 weeks timeframe which was fine with us because the defective one worked fine. My husband and I were very pleased with Diamond Kitchen and Bath and highly recommend them. read more

so the wife and I finally decided to pull the plug and get a new kitchen. we go in and see Marty, he is a fast talker but good to deal with. I tell him what I want and we are all good, however, I feel like he maybe didn't hear some things I said cause he is go go go. anyways, weeks go by and our delivery date is on us, they say between 8-10, so at 11 am, I call, to find out where they are. well, turns out they are running late, no kidding huh, they wont be there till 1pm. ok, they finally get there and start unloading, that's cool, they collect payment really fast and I notice its less by about 498 bucks, but I figure maybe they discounted me or something came in less then what they thought, so I sign and pay the balance due. Well, then they guys go to leave and they forgot the knobs, they have to go back and get them, ok, stuff happens, so they bring them back later. So about 8pm, the installer who was amazing, decides to call it a night, good thing cause we had to put our kids to bed. so Leroy, is cleaning up to leave and then ask that he come back on sat morning to finish up the knobs. well, I work mon-friday and like to have my weekends free or sleep in, but I guess not this weekend because I want the job done. so I say ok, come on over and get it done, hopefully I can still make my sons rugby game like I always do, but might not be able to now because the Diamond was running late. anyways, the cabinets look great, but now we are on to the counter top people and when they are coming over. so we get a call from them and I say to give me a call 30 minutes before your coming over, they say no problem. so my wife took that morning off to be there, but had an appointment to be at at 11 am. So at about 1045 my wife is leaving to go to her appointment, and who is there, the counter top guys, did I get a call? Nope. so she is frantic, wich makes their measuring guy feel like he needs to be stand offish. So my wife calls me to come home fast and I do, so she can go. so im there to sitting around waiting for this guy to finish doing his things, finally he is done and leaves and seams like all is good. so then later I get a call from the Warehouse manager wondering how my service was, and I let him know that im not too happy about it, and also, some slide outs that I thought I got to pick where they go on the pantry unit, are already installed, so I cant even put a box of cereal on any of the shelfs. The upper part of the pantry unit I thought was supposed to have a slide out and a shelf doesn't have either one. and the slide out that I told Marty I wanted, and specifically told him why I wanted it even though he and everyone else tried to talk me out of it, well, that one wasn't in there either. so I talk to Marty about it all, and he says he can have one brought out to me and they will put it in. along with the other shelfs that should have been in that unit in the first place. So their solution to poor service was to give me what I had already ordered, but they forgot to put on the build for free. how generous guys. but all they wanted was the rest of the balance that they had messed up on, before they went any further, they wanted that 498 dollars, or work wouldn't go any further, yeah, they really have you there. so I pay the remainder so my wife will have her kitchen, and what do they do to compensate me? they are bringing me a shelf for my pantry unit. way to go guys! read more

This was our experience. You can draw your own conclusions. We ordered the vanity & granite 11/9 and it was delivered 12/9. The vanity was installed on 12/12. However, 4 of the drawers on the vanity were damaged and Diamond was contacted on day of install. On 1/11 the granite was installed on the vanity. However, the sinks were being held on by one wood cleat of 1/16 of an inch or less. (we ended up reinforcing the sinks ourselves) A caulk was used that never did harden. (did not use a quality silicone caulk) The granite for the shower area was measured wrong and the install did not happen until 2/3. . The replacement drawers were delivered on 1/26. The salesman was less than responsive once full payment was made. We found customer service to be non existent once there were issues. They may strive for 5 stars, but in my experience ZERO STARS if I could. No reason to contact me, the damage has been done. read more

We were greeted immediately by Tony O who was friendly and did not pressure us into anything instead he listened to what we were looking for and the price range we had in mind. Upon leaving that first visit we knew we did not need to look any further. I had to go in a few times with choosing the paint colors and back splash. We also made changes from the initial layout to what cabinets and countertops we wanted. Tony allowed us to check different prices to make sure we were getting what we wanted within our budget. Each time we were welcomed in and it was never a problem to make any changes we needed. You'll find that the products are beautiful and any assistance you need is just a phone call away. Diamond Kitchen & Bath was recommended to us by our contractor. We worked with Tony Owens in the salesroom, and it was a great experience. Tony was professional, knowledgeable, laid back (not a pushy salesman at all), and honest. He talked to us about many options - they're store is nice because they have several little kitchen models set up that show lots of different styles of cabinets (so you don't have to try and visualize what one cabinet would look like as a complete kitchen). Tony was always great about answering any questions and concerns we had, and I had lots. He also did a really good job of managing the process so that it wasn't overwhelming - we worked on one part at a time - but also kept us on track so that it didn't go on forever. It took us about 3 weeks of meeting and talking to place the order, and then about 6 more weeks until they were installed. One guy spent 2 days installing all of the cabinets and crown moulding, and he did a great job. There are several little things that they need to adjust to make our new cabinets perfect, but they should be out soon to take care of it. The new cabinets look great! And we'd definitely work with Tony again, and recommend Diamond cabinets to anyone. read more

My wife and I went to Diamond Kitchen & Bath (Tatum and Thunderbird) on 7-31-15 Looking to redo our kitchen.We were met by Randy and Tina , they took the time to see what we were looking for .We advised they were the first place we stopped and would be shopping around.We ended Up going with them the same day, We worked with Tina, We gave her our budget and she did an Excellent Job in designing/ choosing a great cabinet layout and granite counter tops.One of the Items we had to do as well was move some A/c duct work and add new vent in the kitchen area,We didn`t have an A/C person and Diamond gave us a reference for UHC(Ultimate Heating and Cooling) Great Guys! They were very professional and courteous Would recommend them to anyone. We were promised a specific date for the cabinet install and they delivered on time and the Installer was very professional and nice person ,he did a great Job on the install. The counter tops were delivered right on time as well and again Great Installers.The following day the Final install of appliances, plumbing Etc..Again Very Nice and professional install....Diamond Kitchen Did exactly what they said they would, exactly when they said and as Far as We are concerned the Entire Project was A Grand Slam , a perfect Job on all fronts. We actually have more usable cabinet space in the same area due to the great cabinet choices and design that Tina did. This wasnt the biggest Job on earth but it was our Project, and it was seamless. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. 0 stars is what they deserve. These people are extremely rude and have absolutely NO interest in customer service after the sale. Cabinets were a reasonable price, but then they ordered a number of extra trim pieces that we didn't need. Kenny refused to allow return - even though it was his mistake and the trim pieces were a standard color which could readily be re-used on another customer's project. It's only a few dollars worth of trim - but when I insisted, Kenny the salesman, got very snotty with me and even made disparaging remarks attacking my husband. He threatened to call the police if I didn't leave. Are you kidding? All over a couple pieces of trim... they are completely ignorant of the meaning of customer service. The manager never even called me back. Seriously, you can get comparable cabinets at a comparable price at plenty of other places. read more

We remodeled our kitchen with Diamond Kitchen and Bath and had the greatest experience. Our consultant was Tony and he couldn't have been more helpful and patient!!! We replaced the cabinets but didn't really know what look we were going for. Tony showed us many options, was very patient when we changed our minds, and even stopped by our house as we were concerned with lighting in our dark kitchen. We will use Tony again as the cabinets are of great quality, well made and less expensive than being ordered elsewhere. read more

We ordered kitchen cabinets with Diamond and as soon as we received the call that the product was in and an install date was schedule, we began demolition to remove the old cabinets and clear out our kitchen. Two days before the install date, we received a call that an overhead piece was still on back order, would be in by the middle of the following week, and were asked if we wanted to continue with the install or wait until the last piece came in. Since our kitchen was already gutted, we told them to install what they had. At delivery, we found that it was a base cabinet that was missing and 3 other doors were warped from the heat and needed replaced. We canceled the countertop installation until the base piece came in but the following week, were told by Diamond that the last piece was "estimated" to be in at the end of the week but they could not garauntee a date. It has been a week now that we have had no running water in our kitchen because we have no countertop to hook up our sink and dishwasher. The only thing we get from Diamond are employees pointing the finger at someone else. Nobody wants to take responsibility or show good customer service by compensating for the inconvenience or the cost to have the countertop installers come twice. read more

WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER. CHEEP CABINETS, NOTHING FIT, A COMPLETE RIP OFF I purchased a Condo just Right around the corner from Diamond Kitchen and bath, I was planning a complete restoration....I Visited their location planning on buying all my cabinets and counter tops. I visited the location on Tatum and Thunderbird and meet with a Salesman Name Nick Z, I shared what I was wanting to do and asked if he can come on down and look and see and possible measure. His response was that THEY DON'T MEASURE UNTIL I PAY " I thought that was king of strange " I went and did all the measuring and went back to the location. After a hour of going back and fourth. we came up with a layout. keep in mind we made several changes because of the price differences. I agreed to purchase the stock color that was a recommendation by Nick. this was to be a instant pick up with no waiting. I received a phone call from nick on the very last day of July 2013 and he told me if I would like a FREE SINK I would need to come pay today. I rushed down to pay for the cabinets and was SURPRISED to see what they were charging for Installation. I been in construction for 23 years and was able to do it myself. I decided to cancel the installation. I again asked Nick several time if he would come on down and measure. NEVER OFFERED AND WAS MIA FOR # DAYS OUT SICK with a horrible COUGH. I went and picked up all the cabinets to find out that the sink was NOT INCLUDED because I was doing my own installation. can you believe that..... I was very unsatisfied with the color and ask if I was able to return the cabinets and order a different color. they said no problem but it would be a 6 week wait. I returned all the cabinets and waited for the new cabinets to arrive. The condo was completed 3 weeks ago while I was waiting on the cabinets. finally they came in and to my surprise they were so cheep and flimsy, they DON"T SHOW YOU THE BACKS OF THE CABINETS IN THE SHOW ROOM. they hide all the cheep Material that you would normally get from Target or Wal-Mart. " DEMAND TO SEE THE BACKS OF THE CABINETS. " if you ever buy from them. I was so excited to get busy on this project but became so disappointed when nothing was lining up, I rushed down to the showroom and spoke with nick and demanded him to come see. after he got permission he came on down and finally MEASURED... after I paid and picked up the cabinets and his explanation was that I gave him the wrong window size. He pushed all the blame on me and talked down on me for not using their installers. " YOU SHOULD OF USED OUR INSTALLERS" maybe their installer can shrink a window or have some magic machine to do so. I don't know! I showed him the original layout and also showed him the blinds I ordered that were 35". he repeated saying ....ROB you signed off on all the paper work which was nothing but chicken scratch. for a moment I thought it was my fault and was very angry. after going thru all the paper work I noticed the original design was for 98" counter tops. and because of the price I changes it to 93" and the all mighty NICK removed the 6" from the window instead of the wall which made everything whacked. to this day he blames me and refused to be of any help what-so ever. I now have upper cabinets that measure 97" and right below them is 93. and the wrap around island cabinets don't line up with either one of them it more like 91". so when you look down the face of the cabinets . nothing lines up. I managed to fudge and make it look the best I could. THEY REFUSE TO MAKE THIS RIGHT WITH NEW CABINETS OR MONEY OFF. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB, I will be contacting the County attorneys office, corporation commission and any other agency that will listen to me and hopefully I can get them to come out and measure and see what they did.... A MAJOR I for Diamond Kitchen and Bath..... I speak the truth. if you like more info on these guys read more
