Everything with this project went perfectly. I put in my requests on a Sunday night, to get it off…read morethe to-do list for Monday, and Garrett contacted me back almost immediately! Over the next day or so I sent him photos of my windows he gave me a quote which was very reasonable for being on a second floor condo. He scheduled me for this past Monday but I forgot to confirm and inform him until Sunday that the time would not work and I suggested he give me another day. He simply had his employee, Scott, come an hour earlier which was fantastic. Scott texted me when he was on his way. When he arrived he got right to work. I don't think I've ever had anyone work faster and do a better job on these windows, two sliding doors and screens. He was done within one hour and I am extremely happy. I recommend Guardian Window Cleaning for their attentive service, excellent quality work, fantastic communication and their flexibility when my schedule conflicted with the appointment. Request Scott and I'm certain you'll be as pleased as I am. Thanks, guys!

Dave used to work for the company that installed my system, but is now one of the owners of Sunny Energy RX. I reached out to him with some questions, and he answered right away. Every once in a while, I have questions about my system or things it does, and Dave is always available to answer my questions and give me advice. He is under no obligation to help me out, but always does. He is always friendly, professional, and gets back to me quickly. I wanted to sign up for the monitoring service they have (one less thing for me to worry about). Unfortunately, they do not support my system yet (they are working on it, though), but Dave said that he will check on it from time to time on his own, just to help me out! Wow! It's great to know that there is a company that will assist us, diagnose problems, and do repairs for those of us who had our installers go out of business. It's a service that is greatly needed for many people. I highly recommend Sunny Energy RX!
