Dave used to work for the company that installed my system, but is now one of the owners of Sunny Energy RX. I reached out to him with some questions, and he answered right away. Every once in a while, I have questions about my system or things it does, and Dave is always available to answer my questions and give me advice. He is under no obligation to help me out, but always does. He is always friendly, professional, and gets back to me quickly. I wanted to sign up for the monitoring service they have (one less thing for me to worry about). Unfortunately, they do not support my system yet (they are working on it, though), but Dave said that he will check on it from time to time on his own, just to help me out! Wow! It's great to know that there is a company that will assist us, diagnose problems, and do repairs for those of us who had our installers go out of business.
