I cannot speak highly enough about these guys!!! Not only were they extremely punctual (arrived exactly at the time they said they would - no large windows of time), professional, quick, friendly, and very reasonably priced, but they also took the time to handle a CRAZY thing that happened during pickup (that was not at all their fault), and did so with so much kindness and accommodation. Here is the unbelievably crazy thing that happened: During the pickup, we were all super careful about closing the doors behind us because I have 1 dog and 2 cats. However, without anyone noticing, one of my cats snuck INTO THE BOTTOM of the couch they were moving. She was carried IN THE COUCH down the stairs, but did not jump out, move, whine, or meow... She just silently went into their truck inside of the couch, and no one noticed. About 5 minutes after they left I realized I hadn't seen my cat and spent about another 10 minutes looking for her in all her favorite hiding spots. I texted to see if they remembered seeing her, and they immediately texted back from the road. They said they had not seen her and, as I remembered, they shut the door behind them carefully, but they still offered to pull over and checked the truck bed. SHE WAS IN THE TRUCK WITH THE COUCH. Even though there was a lot of traffic, they came back with her immediately and handed her to me, I was so relieved and happy I almost cried. These guys are great at their job, so professional, and also very kind GOOD PEOPLE to go above and beyond and make sure my cat came back to me in one piece. It gives me faith in mankind because i know there are people out there who might have just said "no she is not here" and not bothered to look, keep her safe, and bring her back.
