They also provided a professional, accurate, and detailed estimate while clearly telling me what might cost more once they get in there (e.g. leveling the floor). Other companies either gave me really rough verbal estimates or overly specific (& wrong) estimates. Communication with the guys is fantastic. The work was done with the kind of craftsmanship I expected from my meticulous grandpa (that is.. they know what they're doing and do it properly!) The guys work fast, thoroughly, are kind and easy to have around. I had feedback on two small things while they worked.. no problem, they resolved them quickly and without issue. This was done quickly and didn't end up adding any time to the job, they actually finished before they said they would be done, even with the extra work that needed to be done to level and grind down the concrete! The customer service rep was pleasant, polite, and accommodating. We were quickly shown suitable samples of berber carpeting in our desired colors, quality, and price point. Our order was written up quickly and we were given an installation date. We were called the day before to confirm installation and an appropriate time. Luis showed up alone to install the carpet which was for a 15' x 17' room. We learned that Luis had been installing for 35 years (since he was a teenager). Luis was both polite and efficient. We are very happy with the finished product which are in the pictures below.

Then the morning of the second appointment I get a similar call and he said that he is not sure exactly how long it will take to get the grout but that he should be able to get it eventually. Then a week later, when I hadn't heard any updates, I told him I'm going to move forward with another company if I do not get word he told me that he ultimately couldn't get the right color grout. His communication throughout the process was inconsistent. I do not get upset when issues arise since I know that things happen. It's more about how it is handled and Gabriel was disrespectful of my time and a poor communicator throughout. I recommend that you avoid this company.
