Our initial call was to Customer Service. Their procedures were clearly explained and, based on our list unwanted items, an initial estimate was given. A choice of an estimate-only visit or an appt for junk removal was offered. This company will do same-day removal or schedule a convenient day and time range. On day of removal, we received a call giving their arrival time. The guys who came were hard-working and pleasant. They made an effort to pack the truck in a compact manner, reducing the cost from the original estimate. The JunkLuggers donates items, if possible, and will provide a donation receipt if a customer wants. We would use them again and rate this business 5 stars.

This past Saturday morning, Pinks Junk Removal sent two stalwart movers, Jay and Theo, as…read morerequested. It was a superb experience. They called ahead to say they were on their way and showed up at the agreed upon time and got right to work. I had tried to clearly identify what junk and yard waste I wanted removed but due to old age, couldn't mark everything well. They walked the yard and garage with me to scope out what needecd to be done. They are clearly intelligent and cleaned it all up - even the non-marked stuff. There was no need for me to hover over their efforts. They quickly and efficiently loaded their truck to cart it all away. These two men were more than competent, strong, knowledgable (they informed me of the other services their company provides) and pleasant! I urge others to contact Pinks Junk Removal or Pinks Moving to help get ready for a relocation or major clean-up. The cost was reasonable and the service level is very high. - They are insured and bonded also. I plan on contacting them again for solutions and muscle. David O

We called them up immediately to get pricing, availability, answering questions, providing our inventory list, timeframe of move & so much more. The customer service over the phone & prompts of responses from our emails were amazing. On the day of our move we had a 3 men total to move all our belongings into a 26 inch moving truck. They were polite, respectful, handled our furniture & boxes w/ care & were quick. We do not recall our mover's name; 1 young man was short, very strong, organized, because we were impressed how he carried our heavy items w/ no problems. He told us he have been a mover all is life & definitely could tell. If any assistance was needed the other 2 mover's would call him over & or check in w/ another to ensure our was done properly. We will definitely recommend Pinks moving for moving services to all. Plus; you do not have to put a deposit down & can cancel your service w/o penalty. The company do not disconnect washer's or dryers so you would have to make sure that's completed ahead of time & hook them back up. A tip: ask for 1st time customer or home buying discount & if you pay w/ cash you would avoid the 5% credit card fee.

While that was a huge positive he was also super flexible and willing to work with my crazy schedule! Even helping when I needed to push an extra hour the day of the removal . On arrival 3 guys showed up and started moving so quick I was taking a double look ! They always confirmed what they were taking was correct and If there was anything else I needed for them to do . They finished up quick and the price was exactly as quoted . No hidden fees ! The icing on the cake of how amazing they are, is when the garbage can pick up came while they were there, and one of the men brought in the garbage and recycling cans ! Truly above and beyond ! We will definitely be using Skunky's again ! Thank you Ronnie and team for all the hard work and professional! We appreciate you !
