These guys rock! Used the previous business owner's company (the Junk Guys) many times. Always fair and courteous. Had a lot of remodeling debris that had accumulated, including old sliding glass patio doors, scrap lumber, some steel pieces, and a 400 lb wooden crate that was left over from a brand new 1500 lb front door that was shipped to me a while back. The name says it all! Who would have ever thought there would be a place that would LOVE to handle to your trash...it's because the business is a cash cow, that's why, LOL. I called several (too many places) for quotes and finally settled on Happy Junk for their pricing, availability and in the end, customer satisfaction, to my amazement. I don't remember the person I spoke with over the phone, but I got the same person every time and she was always friendly and competent during our conversations. I had a few huge pieces of furniture and a very narrow, awkward stairwell to deal with when moving out of my old house, so when there ended up being an inevitable gouge on the wall, I spoke with the same person who had no problem with refunding part of the service fee. Everyone wants in on the junk removal game (I spoke with one person who was classified as a painter, but they did junk removal on the side, even though this was not listed anywhere on their website...hmmm), but this group of people clearly holds their own - I almost wish I had more junk just so I could use them again ;-) read more

If you need to rent a dumpster, I'd recommend these guys. Granted I had no face to face, or verbal contact with them. Everything was done through YELP messaging. That said... What a problem solver! I call John on a Saturday yes a Saturday and he was at my house before I could return to my house for a pick up of a small chest freezer. Prior to calling John I had called several companies without success and with much higher price tags.
