We had an unexpected death in the family and had to fly in from different sides of the country to clear the house. It was a hoarding situation (nightmare) and Kenny and his crew were prompt, super courteous and thorough and after moving 3 truckloads of cat urine soaked debris, trash and furniture in 110 degree heat they were still friendly and cheerful. I would HIGHLY recommend them for all your removal needs. read more

This is a great company. I highly recommend it. Maggie their coordinator was awesome. They showed up on time, actually a little early, which was better for me. They were fast very efficient. They even emptied my garbage cans. As I was moving out of this property. The two gentlemen that worked on my job were extremely nice and efficient. I also appreciate that they were extremely upfront with the cost of the job as I sent pictures. No hidden surprises. I give them a five star rating. read more

Maggie, Antonio and Brian were incredible! Very easy to book with and flexible when unanticipated changes came up on my end. I plan on booking with them again in the future! read more

My cousin was hospitalized and just recently passed and wasn't able to clean out his rental home before becoming ill. That's where Happy Junk Removal came in to make our lives a little easier. Gus showed up on time to provide us a quote to clean out the house and scheduled a time and date with me. When Gus called back the week of the cleanout to confirm, I had to reschedule and he was perfectly fine with it! Flash forward to the day of and Gus and his crew threw out a ton of stuff.....the VHS tapes...the all in one 1950's TV/HiFi record player....the old beds...all gone. They crew worked their tails off to get the house cleaned out quickly. Happy Junk Removal is on time, friendly and professional. They will come in handy, especially when you need stuff thrown out and would rather some other young, strong guys do the throwing out for you. Call them...you'll be HAPPY you did! P.S. Miss you Cousin Andy read more

These guys rock! Used the previous business owner's company (the Junk Guys) many times. Always fair and courteous. Had a lot of remodeling debris that had accumulated, including old sliding glass patio doors, scrap lumber, some steel pieces, and a 400 lb wooden crate that was left over from a brand new 1500 lb front door that was shipped to me a while back. Adolfo and Victor arrived on time. texted before they arrived, negotiated a fair price, and proceeded to load all the debris into their truck. No mishaps, it all fit, and I'm so happy to have all that stuff gone from the property. Prolly won't need any major hauling for a while, but I know who to call next time. read more

I had an old sleeper sofa sectional to get rid of. It was time. Scheduling was super easy. Andre was very courteous and responsive on the phone. Pick up was on time, and Andre and Glenn were fantastic! Expeditious and careful. Very professional, and very polite. Very nice people! They were in and out in about eight minutes. That saved me a half a day's work, heavy, bulky lifting, and maybe one or two trips to the dump. Highly recommended! Done! THANKS!! read more

If you need to rent a dumpster, I'd recommend these guys. Granted I had no face to face, or verbal contact with them. Everything was done through YELP messaging. That said... The dumpster arrived on time and was in good working order without being disgusting from the last job. The price is competitive. They picked up the dumpster like promised. They did exactly what they promised they'd do. That's about all you can ask for. Next time I need a dumpster or a friend needs one I'll be going to Happy. read more

I called Gus in the morning and they removed an old refrigerator from inside the home by 4:30 the same day. Great customer service and very affordable. Highly recommended. read more

The name says it all! Who would have ever thought there would be a place that would LOVE to handle to your trash...it's because the business is a cash cow, that's why, LOL. I called several (too many places) for quotes and finally settled on Happy Junk for their pricing, availability and in the end, customer satisfaction, to my amazement. I don't remember the person I spoke with over the phone, but I got the same person every time and she was always friendly and competent during our conversations. I had a few huge pieces of furniture and a very narrow, awkward stairwell to deal with when moving out of my old house, so when there ended up being an inevitable gouge on the wall, I spoke with the same person who had no problem with refunding part of the service fee. Everyone wants in on the junk removal game (I spoke with one person who was classified as a painter, but they did junk removal on the side, even though this was not listed anywhere on their website...hmmm), but this group of people clearly holds their own - I almost wish I had more junk just so I could use them again ;-) read more

My parents needed help finding someone to remove all of this junk from the backyard. The dogs were getting into it and dragging it elsewhere. After some research, I decided on Happy Junk Removal.I called and John, the boss, was extremely helpful. He booked me the next day. Gus was the work crew who came out with his buddy (didn't catch the name). What a wonderful and efficient job they did. They double checked with me on what needed to be removed and were pleased it was easily accessible. I HIGHLY recommend for a quick and friendly job. Price was fair too considering it was a pile of crap! read more

I have been saving up for a while to get my gazebo removed in my backyard. It was ugly and underneath it housed feral neighborhood cats. I want a backyard that I can enjoy and that is safe for my dog. I finally saved enough and wanted to keep the business local. John responded quickly and with a reasonably estimate. He helped make my backyard so much better. The gentlemen came to my house the same day, got the job done quickly and they joked and laughed the whole time. Everyone got along great and the job that they did was fantastic. I want to thank John and his team for the wonderful work that they did and I appreciate the quick response and the affordable estimate. I would definitely recommend this company and work with them again. read more

Quick amazing response and service! First time I ever needed this type of service and they are definitely the only ones to go to. I called several other companies and most of them did not answer and the other ones who did were either outrageously over priced and could not get me in for several days. John immediately answered my call and had his crew out here to remove my sofa, loveseat and recliner within hours. Payment was safe quick and easy via his website. If you're ever in need of this type of service I highly recommend them. They are #1 in my book! read more

Gus and Edgar were extremely effecient and fast but their politness and professional demeanor is what impressed me more than anything. We did a walk-through prior to the two of them starting the job and 15 or 20 minutes later, they were finished. The price that we agreed upon prior to the move was exactly as we agreed on as well. Finally, I was pleased that I was able to set this up on Sunday for Monday afternoon. I don't know when I'll need this service again, but when I do, I will be utilizing Happy Junk Removal AND I will be referring all of my friends. read more

I can't say enough good things about this company...We called and needed a lot of help on pretty short notice. John was super nice and extremely accommodating to our schedule and circumstance. We also had a very positive (and reassuring) experience with Kyle and Chandler! They were helpful, efficient, kind and knowledgeable. The amount they charged was so affordable, you can't beat the price. We are so happy and grateful for the whole experience. Happy Junk really came through for us when we needed the help. Thank you all so very much for everything. We ended up needing help at another location a few days later and had another great experience with Gus and Edgar. They gave us a call when they were running a little bit behind, which was super helpful. We got a discount for booking online and another for having all of our stuff ready for pickup/curbside. Booking online was super easy, but calling and talking to John is also great. Everyone is always super nice, and very helpful. They work very fast, and the prices are very fair. I love this company. They're all around awesome. read more

What a problem solver! I call John on a Saturday yes a Saturday and he was at my house before I could return to my house for a pick up of a small chest freezer. Prior to calling John I had called several companies without success and with much higher price tags. I hesitated calling John because his website looks like he does the big jobs like event cleanup, emptying garages etc. and all I had was one little teeny tiny chest freezer. I am very glad I called him !!! he came to my house within less than 30 minutes, picked up the chest freezer and was courteous clean and efficient. He saved me a ton of work taking it to the dump myself and he's handling the removal of the Freon. Can you even told me where my daughter could recycle tires! What a guy!!! I will call him for any small or large junk moving I have in the future!! Be ready to get your junk out of your house when you make the call! Thank you John and team read more
