We had previously ordered a dumpster from waste management. Not only was it more expensive, but they did damage our driveway and cost twice as much in the end for all the extra charges. Then we got a dumpster from Scott Waste Services. Not only were they prompt in delivering and picking up the dumpster, but they communicated everything effectively and their costs were about half as much. read more

courteous and prompt service very pleased with service would highly recommend It's really a nice company to do business with read more

I've used Scott Waste Services three times over the years and had a positive experience everytime. They drop off and pick up quickly. One day they could not make the pickup and let me know, and then picked up the following day. I was okay with that and liked the communication. read more

Ordered a dumpster for our home reno project. Scott had the best price we could find and more size options than I found anywhere else. Drop off and pick up without issue exactly where I wanted it. Process was super simple, and every person I talked to was friendly and helpful. read more

I cannot believe their ratings are that high on yelp. They must pad it. Read other reviews and make your own decision. I would not recommend this company. They fail to make scheduled pickups and will not refund for their theft of services. It must be nice to charge customers and give them bad or no service in return. I hope our county goes with another company when their contract is up. The monopoly on trash collection is the only thing that keeps them in business. read more

Called to cancel dumpster day prior and they were not reachable and did not return call. Charged me for not giving enough notice. Placed dumpster in wrong place and blocked driveway , even with explicit request not to. Sarcastic and rude Lisa said I should have read fine print!! Major attitude. Call Universal Waste Dumpsters instead. Better pricing, better service and not rude or sarcastic. read more

My husband and I recently rented a dumpster. We researched many places and found Scott Waste Services the most affordable. We needed the dumpster to gut our home. We ordered a 30 yd dumpster through their website and confirmed delivery date and placement on the phone. It was a relaxed, professional process. At the time of early morning delivery, the dumpster appeared larger than expected; and, the planned spot for the dumpster would no longer work. The driver provided his professional advisement on better placement. Additionally, he informed us they upsized the dumpster without charge because they were currently out of 30 yd. dumpsters. My husband and I were grateful because they could have called us to reschedule or cancel our request. The price of the dumpster is for 3-weeks of use. Our work repeatedly called us to come in on our days off so we found ourselves out of time to finish our project. We kept the dumpster 6 extra days after inquiring on the reasonable per day fee. We're not sure if they had ninjas pick up the dumpster or if the dumpster was a Portkey because we didn't hear a thing and neither did our dog. We will definitely be using Scott Waste Services again in the future and highly recommend anyone who needs an affordable dumpster to rent through them. Wonderful service offered by a Great Team! read more

Scott Waste Services was recommended by our neighbor for the excellent pricing. Scheduling was simple: the agent answered all of our questions so that we were well prepared for the delivery. When Mike arrived on time (actually a little early), we enjoyed learning about his family's long history in the business here in the Valley. His knowledge and outstanding customer service added to the experience and hopefully serves as a great omen for how our project will proceed. read more

After researching and the positive reviews, I selected Scott's for our clean clean up project. They actually delivered earlier than promised and picked up promptly. The container was clean and in good shape! Will be contacting them again when we start the demo! read more

Large drop off dumpster at a reasonable price. They also did charge an arm and a leg when I needed to keep it longer than planned.

These guys are great. Easy to work with and great prices. We ordered a dumpster on short notice and they had it there quickly and picked it up as expected. Thanks again! read more

I also ordered for the first time, and am very happy with the service I received from Scott Waste Services. The office personnel were friendly and knowledgeable, and the dumpster was delivered and picked up exactly when promised. I would definitely recommend Scott, and will use again in the future! read more

Great customer service. This is the second dumpster I rented from them. They allowed me to extend the dumpster by a week as a courtesy. Angelo in their office is very helpful. He gave me information and advice on the expected weight of concrete in the bin and helped answer a question about acceptable material in the concrete and dirt bin. This means a lot when you're trying to avoid overages and fees. I initially went with them due to their prices but I'll use them in the future again for their excellent service. read more

As soon as I called Scott Waste Services, my call was promptly answered and the exact dumpster size I wanted was available for the day I requested. It arrived exactly on time and the driver, Mark, was very pleasant. He showed me how to operate the door, lock the dumpster and placed it exactly where I wanted, patiently waiting while I had a customers car moved. The dumpster was extremely clean and the door mechanism worked perfectly. They had the best prices I could find and a very generous three week usage period. As soon as I called for a pickup it was gone the next day. I could not be happier with my experience with Scott Waste. Thank you!! read more

Exceptional customer service. Every e-mail and text was answered promptly... I needed service fast (24 hours) and had my delivery 5 am the next morning and pickup was smooth. Price was affordable also. I had reached to other companies on here and I've yet to hear back and its been over a week. Thank you Team we will be back should we need your service again... read more

Would definitely hire this company again! Fast response from the owner and cost, to bringing the dumpster to our house on a Saturday! Great overall customer service whenever I spoke to anyone over the phone too! read more

I get a call this morning that Scott was unable to process payment. I made it clear that there was money in the bank and that I have had no problem with the card. The office manager gets on the call, and she runs the card again without success. I reiterate that there is nothing wrong with the card and then she goes into how I need to call my bank or get her a new card and get this paid. To call her tone unpleasant would be the understatement of the year; a saying which doesn't have the same effect when posted on January 2nd. I sit on hold with my bank and the representative tells me that the office manager is running the card as a debit. I get the office manager on the phone with the back rep who asks the office manager to run it again. Wouldn't you know that the card goes through! Beware, whether its your fault or theirs, you will be made to feel like a deadbeat if there is anything wrong with payment. read more

I shopped for a dumpster on Yelp, and found a few - finally chose Scott. So glad I did! Lisa, who answered the phone and set it up, was great - so helpful. Delivery was great, put it right where I wanted. I live in a nice neighborhood, so the fact that Scott Waste "refreshes" their dumpsters after nearly every client was a fabulous bonus. Rather than a rusty old thing in my front yard for two weeks, it was nice and clean and white - not your typical "eye sore" in the neighborhood. I called for pick-up, and just as prompt and polite, my dumpster was removed right away. Scott is great - family owned and operated, and all their staff is so kind, helpful and professional - thanks Scott - you did a great job!! read more

I'd recommend Scott Waste Service. They were prompt with delivery and pickup. Edward was especially helpful, i had a dumpster that wasn't quite loaded correctly and he advised me on how to move some things around so that the dumpster was able to be transported within regulation. read more

We ordered two dumpsters- one concrete and one for construction debris. Scott Waste services was great from my first call, until the end. They showed up on time the driver was great and super nice on the phone. I called mid project as I was concerned that we would go over the size/weight limit. The office manager worked with me and talked out some ideas- We ended up with just the two dumpsters but I appreciated the assistance and professionalism. I called for a pickup and they couldn't get me in until the end of the week, however I showed up at the project and they had picked up the dumpsters earlier than promised! Great people- I will use them again for our next project! read more

My wife and I are helping our kids renovate a townhouse in Tempe, AZ. We needed a 15-yard roll-off dumpster for all of the debris. I looked in Google and on Yelp and the Scott reviews compelled me to call. They did not disappoint. The woman who answered the phone was professional and helpful. She explained the process and the prices. I scheduled a container and provided some details as to where to deliver it. The driver showed up on time and called me when he was at the delivery site. He offered some advice on where I should leave the container versus where I initially wanted to place it. The driver was courteous and professional. I received an email receipt after delivery. I had the container four days and then called for pick up. Scotts promptly scheduled and picked up the unit. Very good service and professional staff. I will use again and I unconditionally recommend. read more

Getting the roll off was very easy. Office staff is knowledgeable and helped me pick the right size. The delivery was as promised. However the driver parked the roll off with the door against the fence. It only left us about 3 feet to get the door open. The property has a huge parking lot so there was no reason to park it that way. When I complained the office staff said it was my fault because the driver was told to park it in that position. When I checked with the on-site property manager she said she never told him to park it in a way that would not allow access to the container. She just indicated a general area in the parking lot so it would not block parking spaces. When Scott asked me for a review I stated this issue. The office told me it was my fault not the drivers fault because he parked it where he was told. She stated whatever I said was hearsay like I was lying. Then she said I should have called and they would have come back and moved it into the proper position. But given the fact she said I, or the property manager, told the driver to put it in that position I am sure I would have been charged for the return trip. I told her the driver's should be trained not to do this or to point out to the person ordering the roll off that this would be an issue loading things into the container. This is the second time Scott has put a roll off in an awkward position. If you decide to use Scott be sure to have someone there to tell the driver exactly where to put the roll off so the doors are not blocked. read more

Ordered a 15-yard dumpster and the whole process went smoothly. Called to order, was sent an invoice to sign electronically, MARK arrived on time and was able to navigate around neighbor's cars to place it exactly where it needed to go. Very pleased with the service. I checked around online for a better price, and they couldn't be beat. Highly satisfied and will recommend. read more

Professional on the phone, prompt delivery and pickup with the best hinged door dumpster in town.

We rented a dumpster from Scott waste services. It was a 40 yard roll off they let us keep it for three weeks for only $430. What a deal. I was thoroughly impressed with this company. Ordered a dumpster that they had listed online, and they told me they actually had a better option for me that wasnt listed online. Saved me a bunch of money. Hard to find a company who actually cares about their clients right now, and Scott Waste does. They even called me ahead of time to let me know I just barely went over the tonnage limit (I had a feeling I over loaded), just so I wasnt surprised with an extra bill. if youre looking to hire a dumpster company for a home reno project, Scott Waste is likely the company for you. Im cheap as hell and I couldnt find a better price, and, their staff was nice as well. read more

I would highly recommend Scott Waste Services for all your roll-off needs. From start to finish they are honest, professional and on-time. I personnally spoke to Scott on the phone and he was very polite and thoughly expained the differences in the containers and pricing. The drivers are polite and careful in placing the roll-off where you want them. Aaron the driver who picked up my roll-off was really helpful and took his time to answer all my questions due to our heavy load. I will be calling them the next time for sure. read more

Great company to work with, even the driver had dumped the dumpster close to a parked car and we could not open the door since it was abandoned car and we had no keys the driver was willing to come and move it without any charge, first they wanted the $125 but the owner waive the fee and next day the dumpster was full ready to be picked up. A bit higher price than others but its worth it if they staff is friendly and helpful. read more

I had no issues with this company as the others below have mentioned. Happiness has to come from understanding what the company is trying to accomplish. This company understands what it takes to make their customers happy. I am always swearing that our company boasts customer service as being the forerunner of everything we do; and also swearing that no other company gets it right...I WAS WRONG! This company has a 'Superior Customer Service' motto that must run through it's very vein of existence. The owner has bred a perfect working team that truly cares about it's customer base and who's prices are even better! Their turnaround time on getting a dumpster is damn near instant; plus removal of the trash is flawless! MUST DO BUSINESS WITH FOLKS...the only waste service in the valley; who gets it!
