I switched to Budget Dumpster bc of bad experience with Xpress Dumpster (who picks up without notice and too early). Budget Dumpster was more money but they assured me they were more professional. I just learned the dumpster ordered for delivery 5 days ago has still not arrived. I called and learned Budget Dumpster doesn't have dumpsters of their own but contract through other companies (hence the up charge). Turns out Dumpster Xpress was who I was really renting from and they failed to deliver the dumpster as ordered. I am writing this review while on hold for over 30 minutes to get my $606 refund at 7:30 in the am. How could they be this busy? Dumpster Xpress aka Budget Dumpster must be avoided at all costs. They are in way over their head and cannot perform. read more

Rude and unprofessional. I called to get a quote on a 40 yard dumpster. The guy answered the phone and I couldn't hear him because he was mumbling. I asked if he could provide a quote, and he said hold on after a long pause. He them put me on hold. After the hold I was transferred to a voicemail. Stay away from this company! I can't even imagine all the problems that could occur because of their lack of professionalism. read more

Awful customer service. I called In and scheduled a dumpster. I supplied the representative with all the correct information. I soon received a text message with a confirmation of all the details I supplied. Not a single item was correct. address was wrong, size of dumpster incorrect and delivery date was wrong. I messaged back saying that the order was incorrect. They followed up by saying what do you mean? I explained that all the info on the confirmation is incorrect. The rep responded by saying that's what you told me on the phone. I replied with the correct info and he continued to argue. I said im not going to argue with you. just cancel my order. I also suggested that he was probably messaging the wrong customer. only then did it actual occur to him that the customer might be correct and he made a mistake. Also didn't try to earn my business. He was happy to simply cancel the order. Arrogant and rude. wouldn't recommend. read more

First the front office is clueless to the process. Then they parked the dumpster in the street and one diagonal in my driveway so I was charged by my HOA which they refused to move for me till pick up. Then they left a huge mess somehow spilling some of container contents and never cleaned up. I was forced to have the dumpster in the street picked up early so I threw 5 4 by 4s in the other and was charged an additional $250 for the entire load. This company charges extra on majority of there containers steer clear and avoid the headache and costs. read more

I had a great experience with Dumpstr Express! It was my first time using a "driveway dumpster" and it could not have been easier. We were doing a landscaping overhaul of our backyard and needed to remove about 10 tons of dirt. The woman on the phone was very friendly and helpful. She walked me through my options and the process of renting a dumpster. Since we have a rather uptight HOA I needed the dumpster dropped off on Friday and picked up early Monday morning. The driver was on time and was very careful both dropping off the dumpster and picking it up so it would not damage the driveway. The dumpster was promptly picked up on Monday morning just like promised! I highly recommend them! read more
