Providing rating eight unseen. I needed to have my fathers full sized mattress, wood box spring and metal frame removed from his assisted living apartment. I was not able to be there. All Yelp communication for quote and the day of were excellent. Showed on time and removed items. Very affordable. Will definitely refer. read more

Quick delivery and best price available. Definitely recommend. Will use again when it's needed.

Rented a dumpster rollout from them for about ten days to rip up some flooring in our house. Junk Brothers is far and away the best choice and I got 3 or 4 quotes. Reasonable, no BS pricing. Long as you follow the rules and don't put anything that shouldn't go in there in there there's no real additional charges except for weight. Pickup and dropoff were excellent and they put the rollout exactly where I wanted it. Rent with confidence. read more

Best price in mesa. Great service. No complaints at all!! The driver was very polite and efficient. I would recommend them to anyone.

I wish I could provide a higher rating than 5 stars for this company! We had a very stressful move out of our home trying to downsize our unnecessary items. We utilized their services 3 times during our cleaning and packing process . Very fast response time. Very reasonable pricing compared to competitors such as 1-800 got junk. Then the shining moment, this company truly went above and beyond for us. We had miscalculated our remaining items to take with us in our vehicle. Ended up accidentally tossing into the junk pile our 2 dog's urns containing their ashes. Along with a couple other sentimental items we did not intend to throw away. We contacted Junk Brothers right away once we discovered what had happened. Kathy in the office realized the importance and urgency to assist in returning our dog's ashes to us. She helped coordinate with her team to find the Urns in the recent pouring rains and mail them back to us asap. I can not express how relieved I am to have them back to us. I do not think I could ever get over it if they were lost in a landfill forever. A million thanks to Junk Brothers! You are the best! read more

They gave great customer service, extremely quick response and super easy to work with. Highly recommend

The gentlemen that came to remove a pigeon nest and the contaminated patio furniture were pleasant and efficient!

After moving into a new house, I had a small-ish collection of cardboard boxes and miscellaneous items that we didn't need. I got a few quotes for removal but Junk Brothers was the most reasonable by far! It was a fair price for the amount of material I had, I thought. The process was just simple and quick and no hassles. I was told I'd receive a text the night before with an arrival time window which I did and the guys arrived when they said they would. I was charged exactly what I was quoted. read more

Fees being charged are very expensive for a senior, I requested junk removal , unknown quality of services

Great service! Fast, friendly, and clean. Half the price of other quotes. I will use them again.

They were quick to respond to my pricing request. They showed up on time and were quick.

Second time using Junk Brothers and just like first time, awesome job. Only company I will hire from here on out! Thanks again Junk Brothers. read more

They advertise a $160. flat rate but it is only for the first visit. They charged me $188. though I didn't know it yet. They took donations only on the first trip. They only had limited time so they had to come back for the actual junk and charged me $420. which is higher than anyone else. They were very nice on the first visit but were surly and crabby on the second. They DID NOT TELL ME OF THE HIGHER PRICE UNTIL AFTER THEY WERE DONE. Had I known, I would've sent them away. The main guy claimed to be deaf but talked way too clearly and too much for that to be true. The office woman called me after they left and accused me of telling the deaf guy to "Shut up" and said I was the was a horrible person and to never call them again. I never said that to him or anyone in my life. My daughter is a sign language interpreter and confimed my suspicions of his so called deafness. You way over pay them while abusing you. STAY AWAY FROM THEM UNLESS YOU WANT TO OVER PAY AND BE TREATED BADLY. I've had other junk services who did a better job and charged a lot less. That is a total of $608. UNBELIEVABLE!!! read more

A most amazing company, talk about top-notch customer service. Kathy was so very nice. I contacted them and in the same day the two guys came out and hauled our junk away, even cleaned up the debris that was left behind from the rain. Their prices are extremely fair and worth every penny! Plan to use them again to haul away our shed in the fall. Talk to you come then Kathy. I had about 900 square feet of Pergo flooring that I removed from my house. To large of a pile for the alley and bulk pickup. Price was excellent, the young men who came to the house were polite, professional, and CLEANED!!! read more

Just had them haul off a very old piano that had reached the end of its life. They were very responsive, had a great price, and showed up on time. I had tried using another national junk removal service, but they missed their appointment, didn't give me up front pricing, and never called me back when I had a question. I was under the gun as I was selling my house, and I needed this thing gone. Junk brothers did it with zero pain to me. I would use these guys again in a heartbeat. read more

Your men were on time, efficient, and courteous. Your price was reasonable. We'd been trying for weeks to get rid of a sofa, but it made no sense to pay over $250.00 to do so. Smooth and easy online process. Thank you! read more
