Be cautious using AAA Roll Off Rentals. When our dumpster contained dirt, we asked for 24 hours to offload it. Instead, AAA offered us a "dirt dumpster" at a rate over $200 higher than other local companies. When we declined, they removed our dumpster the next day without permission and dumped the load. This meant we lost the entire value of the dumpster and had to hire another hauler, paying twice for the same job. To make matters worse, AAA later added fees months after service was completed. Between the overpriced upsell, the poor communication, and the unfair charges, we cannot recommend this company. read more

We have used AAA Roll Off Rentals 5+ times within the past year for different dumpster orders. We had no complaints until recently. Unfortunately as I'm writing this, the company charged almost $900 to a card we never authorized them to use as payment. When the job is finished and paid for, why wait a month to get the dumpster picked up.. And once you finally pick it up YOU bring another dumpster and drop it off in my yard - WITH SOMEONE ELSE'S TRASH!!! Had to get the police involved.. Police made you take the dumpster away. After very poor experiences with other dumpster rental companies I finally found the company to rent a 40 yard dumpster! Laila was terrific to work with and provided an accurate time for when the dumpster would arrive and be picked up. The dumpster was clean and in good condition. We have a driveway made of pavers. The delivery driver was thoughtful enough to make sure that it was ok to put the dumpster on the driveway. It makes a huge difference to work with a locally owned company that owns both the dumpsters and the trucks that deliver the dumpsters. read more
