If you want decent pricing, great service, and prompt attention, these are the guys to call. Lakeland was kind, courteous and respectful of property when removing items from the house and yard. The team was scheduled to arrive at 9:00 a.m. for a pickup of building materials debris. I mentioned if they could come a little earlier I had an appointment I had to leave for and the time might cross over. They arrived 15 minutes early and I was very happy with that. They were very courteous and after they finish the work they disposed of cardboard underneath the pickup and fold it a tarp that was also underneath the pickup. They locked my gate as I requested and we're on their way. I would highly recommend them and will use them again if needed. This is top notch customer service in prompt scheduling and with service personnel.

My backyard was covered in stones and gravel and sand and these guys came and cleared it out of there in no time at a great price. This was an awesome experience and I'd recommend them to anybody.

I needed someone to haul away my refuse after moving out of a 1700sq ft home, and these guys knocked it out in no time at all! Not only that, but the owner Lakeland Marsh was extremely cool - he's easy to communicate with, and he was really accommodating when my schedule unexpectedly changed last minute. He and his staff are very respectful, efficient and I will absolutely be hiring them and recommending them for future jobs! The pricing was really reasonable, especially considering the rig they brought (could also be useful in a zombie apocalypse! LOL) read more

Lakeland and his guys are AMAZING! We needed rocks removed from a small section of our yard. Marsh Pro Services came by quickly with their dumpster and were able to help me clean out my mom's house/garage/backyard quickly. It was not an easy task as there were multiple areas that needed to be essentially wiped out. I was moving out of my small storage unit and sent out a request to a few companies. Marsh Junk Removal Services was the quickest to respond and had the most competitive price. Everything was done through text which made things easier for me. Our appointment was a couple of days later and they texted me before they arrived so we were able to do the removal service in about 10 minutes. Extremely fast and professional. These guys really came through in a pinch. I needed to hire someone because I sprained my back and I was originally going to higher Lakeland and MARSH, but was misled by another company, MR DELIVER THAT, that they could do my job faster and cheaper. 3 days over and $700 over estimate work was only half done. AND I had to help them. When they got some money, the decided the job was done enough, leaving me hanging with a sprained back and a job half done. Lakeland came to the rescue and unloaded my 26' truck and had his guys haul everything away in just a few short hours and a fraction of the cost. The workers were polite and motivated to get the job done, trashed the trash and were careful with the items I wanted to save. THANK YOU, LAKELAND!!! read more

Couldn't have had an easier or better experience. Communication was quick, quote was quick, they were there when they said they'd be there, pick up was fast, and the fellas were quick hard working guys and nice to boot. They swooped in, lifted up each piece of my 20 year old couch, one of them even twirled the 7-foot long bit of couch around on the tip of their finger like it was a basketball at one point*, then made a three point shot into the back of their truck**. I should have played Harlem Globetrotters music to see if they'd do any trick shots with the pillows or something. Oh and the quote was LEAGUES better than the first company that showed up on my google search for "junk hauler" and "(name of city)", which I really appreciated because it was a single item (a big ol' sectional but still just one item). When the first company I hit up called me back to follow up on their quote, I had to tell them Marsh quoted me 71% less... I think the lady on the line choked a bit then admitted "Yeah that is a good quote". The whole interaction (including text quote, text communication, and actual scheduled pickup) probably took 20 mins from start to finish. Class act. 10/10 will use forever for junk hauling purposes. Thanks again fellas. *Some of this review regarding how they handled the couch may be exaggerated. ** OK a little more than some... They lifted everything like normal people lift things. But they were swift, professional, and I was super happy with every part of doing business with them. read more

These guys were awesome and efficient. I was able to text them some pictures and my address for a quick quote to pick up an old sectional couch, that was honestly very competitive. I failed to let them know it was a reclining sectional (which they charge more for) but they kept their word on the quote they gave me over text. Same day pickup, professional and very efficient... even in this awful humidity. Definitely recommend these guys for your junk removal needs. read more

I had just taken down a large above ground pool and all of the supports and equipment associated with it. Also had other miscellaneous junk. Although Mesa has a disposal service beginning at $31, they would not have been able to take the refuse I had. It weighed too much, too bulky, etc. Also, I didn't want to wait for the yearly Mesa free disposal dumpsters to arrive probably not until May or June. Renting a trailer was out, because by the time I rent the trailer and dispose of the refuse myself, I'd be paying the same amount if not more than I paid for service yesterday. There would've been fees due to the pool. Finally, I have a large landscaping project that will begin soon, and I just wanted to get the crap out of there. Plenty of junk removal services out there with good reviews. I checked out a few, read the reviews, and went for best junk removal. I like their truck. Charge was 350, but there was quite a volume of material and a lot of junk. It was worth it. They were very conscientious about making sure they only took what I wanted them to. Fast and efficient. I would definitely consider them again, if I have more junk to get rid of in the future. I guess they also do some demolition such as removing sheds and some structures. This used to be a store where people with limited means could walk in and find something decent and affordable to wear. I don't understand how items that are donated for free are now being priced at $12. That feels like an excessive markup for a thrift store. Thrift stores are meant to serve community members who are struggling and help meet basic needs. Adding the word "vintage" to the name doesn't seem like it should justify doubling prices. It feels concerning that an organization that claims to support children may now be putting additional strain on families who are already having a hard time, especially when the merchandise is donated. The shift reminds me of the pricing philosophy at Goodwill Industries International, which is one reason I stopped shopping there. I used to be a weekly customer. Now I only stop in occasionally if I happen to be nearby. Overall, this has been very disappointing.

Sadly I ran into this again today. I found some material on the ground and set it on a ledge. I asked if they could sell me some of the same materials. The staffer was rude, asked how I'd feel if he went into my car and grabbed stuff. He also said he'd 86 me if I did it again. This was unnecessary and needlessly unprofessional. I simply was putting it into a more obvious place than the ground. After all if I dropped something I'd appreciate someone picking something up if I dropped it. No good deed goes unpunished here apparently. I was so flabbergasted I didn't respond with a better explanation but it's a situation I never should've happened. The only reason I have given them two stars rather than one is because the gal at the counter was very nice as she usually is. Still overall disappointed with the whole experience.

I was very impressed with the professionalism of the employees and the job that they did. I was very happy that they were able to clear up all the junk that had built up over the past decade and even pointed out some other stuff that had gotten trashed outside in the sun and the rain and took those away. I was able to send them the pictures and agree on a price before they came out. Not only were they very responsive to texts and calls, their price reasonable, they were also the least expensive option after calling 5-6 companies. Plus they kept their price when the job was done and didn't try and chare extra to what was agreed. Very good people. Worked hard to make the place 100% I an happy I found them!
