Fast with the request. Took before and after pictures. Was patient and courteous. I would work with them again.

Summary: friendly, responsive, professional equipment, good customer service. Would use again. Just used them yesterday. I had just taken down a large above ground pool and all of the supports and equipment associated with it. Also had other miscellaneous junk. Although Mesa has a disposal service beginning at $31, they would not have been able to take the refuse I had. It weighed too much, too bulky, etc. Also, I didn't want to wait for the yearly Mesa free disposal dumpsters to arrive probably not until May or June. Renting a trailer was out, because by the time I rent the trailer and dispose of the refuse myself, I'd be paying the same amount if not more than I paid for service yesterday. There would've been fees due to the pool. Finally, I have a large landscaping project that will begin soon, and I just wanted to get the crap out of there. Plenty of junk removal services out there with good reviews. I checked out a few, read the reviews, and went for best junk removal. I like their truck. Charge was 350, but there was quite a volume of material and a lot of junk. It was worth it. They were very conscientious about making sure they only took what I wanted them to. Fast and efficient. I would definitely consider them again, if I have more junk to get rid of in the future. I guess they also do some demolition such as removing sheds and some structures. Talk to them or check out their website. read more

I have used this company twice now, very professional & reasonable pricing to remove heavy furniture for donation.

Great polite & professional communication from the speedy initial response to keeping me informed of progress to arrival time. Efficient pick up of items. Professional in all respects. Will be my 'go to' for large/heavy item removal. read more

They were efficient in getting back to me, but their price was too high for me for bulk removal. Thank you.

I had a huge pile of trash down the side of Mom's house by the time we finished packing her up. I missed bulk trash pickup by 3 days and tenants were moving in at the weekend. Best Junk Removal was able to come with only 2 days notice. They arrived on time, paid attention to what was staying vs going (didn't make any errors at all), and got everything out. They even went above and beyond amd removed some yard debris. I felt like the value for what I paid was right on target. Guys were super nice, respectful of my Mom's home, and efficient. 10/10 would use again. read more

Great process from start to finish. Contacted them and had a response quickly, and they were able to schedule us within 3 days! They removed a hot tub, 5 stumps (out of the ground), lots of cardboard boxes, 2 pallets, and other broken household items. They arrived on time with great communication. Done in about 2 hours! Great guys and would 100% hire them again. read more

These 2 came out on a sweltering day and moved ALL of our items. They did a thorough walk about before starting to make sure they knew everything they were picking up. They were extremely professional in every aspect and left our house so neat & tidy. They literally had 'sweat equity' in this job but they just continued until everything was done. Excellent company! Call Aaron & Brandon and your job will be done perfectly! read more

After agreeing on a time after I got home from work for a quote the guy didn't show. He stated he could still meet me and even kept in touch up to the appointment time. I would have been happy rescheduling but instead I got radio silence. Giving 3 stars to give them the benefit of doubt. read more

I originally called on a Friday to find out availability for a bulk pickup, since the other company I had lined up was unreliable. Brandon was extremely friendly and let me know he'd have time the next day. Saturday around 10 am, I realized I forgot to set/finalize an appointment . Sent Brandon a text and he was able to squeeze us in for a same day pickup. I was so impressed with this alone! Will definitely hire him for any future bulk pickup needs. read more

Brandon made an appointment for the next day, arrived right on time and was professional and courteous. The price was what he had quoted without any issues and shortly my unwanted sectional couch was taken away. Five stars for delivering exactly as promised. Unfortunately not many people run their businesses like this as the way they should. He has something which is rare to find now a days, integrity and professionalism. Thanks. read more

My request for a quote was answered promptly, the quote was in-person, and the price was more than fair. Scheduling was 2 days after the quote. The job was to demolish the derelict wooden walk surface of a 2nd story deck, remove one of those really heavy awnings, and take out a metal spiral outdoor staircase. These guys showed up early (and texted to let us know when they would arrive), had the job done so fast it made my head spin, and cleaned the whole place up to my grandmother's standards. The metal staircase had to be cut into pieces, and they were absolutely prepared. The whole experience could not have been better. read more

Brandon and Aaron are the guys to call when you need junk removed! They are amazing. Professional, prompt response times, easy appointment setting online through their website. They'll give you an estimate on the spot, and they're VERY reasonable. I've been remodeling my home and garage, and if you've ever done that, you know how much stuff you end up parting ways with. Between that and shipping packaging from new furnishings etc it's unreal how much stuff accumulates. Well Best Junk Removal are your go-to guys! Don't wait, message them today! read more

There are just some things you can't cut up and place in the average trash can. Best Junk Removal is phenomenal. I could not rate them higher. The responses and communication were outstanding. They kept in touch, kept their promise pick up time. The gentlemen that showed up were, polite, professional and efficient. I highly recommend them. read more

Admittedly, I generally only leave Yelp reviews if I've had the worst experience ever, or on the opposite end of the spectrum, the best experience there ever was, ever. This was definitely the latter. There isn't a ton to say about junk removal, if we are all being honest, but I gotta say - Brandon went so above and beyond and I'm so pleased with his work that I felt compelled to take to the interwebs immediately to leave a five star review. If I could leave a six star, I certainly would. Highly, highly recommend. Look at this guy's other reviews - they're all stellar for a reason. You can't go wrong here. read more

Brandon set up a time the following day. Notified me when the crew was running late. They arrived, they were professional and courteous. Had everything removed within an hour and left. Great response, great service. read more

There is nothing classy about junk removal, but Brandon managed to class up the whole thing. He did it with ease. He knew what to dispose of and did so like a true pro. He was very thorough with his approach. He was on time and it was very easy to get in touch with him. He went the extra mile and deserves your business! read more

Best Junk Removal was fantastic. Brandon and his team were able to come and dispose of about 2 tons of junk on the very day I called... I was in a bit of a pinch and needed some junk gone and he was able to quickly turn around the removal. Best part is that I called one number talked to Brandon who owns the business and he came out and did the job. No talking to a sales representative then getting sent to an outsourced company then having their uninterested worker come and do a hack job. Brandon was accommodating, quick and very reasonably priced. Well worth every penny spent. read more

Best Junk Removal - Junk Removal & Hauling Near Me - Mesa, Arizona

Wow. I don't know what more you could ask for! Best Junk Removal responded extremely quickly and was able to move our furniture in the same day. They were well within the estimated quote that was given and worth every single penny. Just above par in every way. Professional, friendly, efficient and lightening fast. If only everyone ran a business this well. A great company and we are beyond satisfied! If we have to use a service again, we won't go elsewhere. read more

Brandon and Aaron were thoroughly professional. I don't know about the motives of others for junk removal but mine was an overwhelming inherited huge amount of junk. They took care of everything which lightened my load hugely. They were timely , they had an understanding of how to handle others possessions and I just can't recommend them enough! read more

All around 5 stars from Brandon and Best Junk Removal. I bought a vacation home in Scottsdale and immediately knew that I wanted to gut the place and out renovate everything. Most places I requested quotes from would only haul away junk. I needed someone to help me demolish the place --- remove cabinets, floors, sinks, toilets, showers, etc. AND haul it away. Brandon, the owner, was quick to respond my request for quotes and after speaking with him briefly on the phone about a month ago, I immediately knew that I want to use him and his services. I shared with him what I wanted, my timeline for arrival into Scottsdale, and he was more than willing to work with me and block off his days even before meeting me and even making some sort of payment. While my closing was delayed by a day, Brandon remained patient and accommodated my schedule to demolish and haul away the contents of my condo. Popcorn ceiling removal isn't his thing but he made sure to take care of that specific project for me. All of this for a reasonable price. I needed a few additional items taken care of regarding some installation of items in my kitchen and bathroom and Brandon allocated another few days at an additional price to help me finish these projects while I had to return back home to Virginia. Brandon is a very honest person and will take on tasks he can do well and effectively and will suggest other folks on tasks he feels your money can be better spent elsewhere. I really enjoyed working with him and his partner in crime, Dil. Both gentlemen were knowledgeable about items, fixtures, piping, etc. throughout your home. I 100% would recommend you reach out to him for your junk removal needs. read more

Ten stars if I could!!! Brandon showed up in a timely manner and he went above and beyond to ensure all junk was removed. He left the space cleaner than when he found it. His prices are reasonable and there's no hard sales pressure to go with a half or full truck load. I'd recommend to all friends and family if you need your junk or anything hauled away. Found his business though yelp, thank goodness for the short response time, it didn't lie!! -Annalea aka happy customer :) read more

I just purchased a home about 6mos ago and during that time, the old hot tub finally gave out and was inoperable and not repairable. In a way, we were relieved and happy about getting rid of it and obtaining more usable space in our backyard. We really had no space for a proper seating space for our family and friends. I called 3 companies to get quotes for removing it. 1 didn't offer the service for hot tubs & another company sent me a message and gave me a quote. BUT, Best Junk Removal went above and beyond! The communication was exceptional. Responding to all of my questions and concerns. I even received a phone call and they helped explain the process for me. Additionally, they came out to my home to get a layout of the property, to visualize the project & give me an accurate quote. Even tho they were $5.00 more that the other company, Best Junk Removal earned my respect and business. They were responsive, punctual, professional, friendly, helpful, educational, and they cleaned up afterwards. We are excited to finish the transformation of our backyard and it has really opened up he space. I highly recommend them and will DEFINITELY use them again! read more
