This past Saturday morning, Pinks Junk Removal sent two stalwart movers, Jay and Theo, as requested. It was a superb experience. They called ahead to say they were on their way and showed up at the agreed upon time and got right to work. I had tried to clearly identify what junk and yard waste I wanted removed but due to old age, couldn't mark everything well. They walked the yard and garage with me to scope out what needecd to be done. They are clearly intelligent and cleaned it all up - even the non-marked stuff. There was no need for me to hover over their efforts. They quickly and efficiently loaded their truck to cart it all away. These two men were more than competent, strong, knowledgable (they informed me of the other services their company provides) and pleasant! I urge others to contact Pinks Junk Removal or Pinks Moving to help get ready for a relocation or major clean-up. The cost was reasonable and the service level is very high. - They are insured and bonded also. I plan on contacting them again for solutions and muscle. David O read more

My family & I were moving into our new home over a week ago & Pinks moving & storage was highly recommended for our future move by our realtor. We called them up immediately to get pricing, availability, answering questions, providing our inventory list, timeframe of move & so much more. The customer service over the phone & prompts of responses from our emails were amazing. On the day of our move we had a 3 men total to move all our belongings into a 26 inch moving truck. They were polite, respectful, handled our furniture & boxes w/ care & were quick. We do not recall our mover's name; 1 young man was short, very strong, organized, because we were impressed how he carried our heavy items w/ no problems. He told us he have been a mover all is life & definitely could tell. If any assistance was needed the other 2 mover's would call him over & or check in w/ another to ensure our was done properly. We will definitely recommend Pinks moving for moving services to all. Plus; you do not have to put a deposit down & can cancel your service w/o penalty. The company do not disconnect washer's or dryers so you would have to make sure that's completed ahead of time & hook them back up. A tip: ask for 1st time customer or home buying discount & if you pay w/ cash you would avoid the 5% credit card fee. read more

Pinks Junk Removal - Junk Removal & Hauling Near Me - Phoenix, Arizona

I don't know how this place gets good reviews. I hired them for moving and I was completely taken advantage of. It took their two professional movers, with me assisting, 4 and a half hours to move a 1 bedroom apartment!! Because it took so long, I was charged almost $1,100. And they didn't even get everything in the apartment because I had to rush them as I knew I'd be charged a fortune if I didn't. They even had the nerve to mention getting tipped a few times throughout the process. I will never use this company again and I will make it my job to make sure no one else does either. read more

We had an emergency situation where we needed junk removal ASAP. Linda at Pink's Junk Removal responded immediately and set up service for the following morning (Saturday on a holiday weekend). This was my 1st time hiring movers to help me move and I couldn't ask for a better experience. The process for scheduling was super simple and I was able to do it all through email. Linda made everything easy and she was very understanding when I had a scheduling issue due to my apartments painting my building on my original date scheduled. Living on the third floor of the complex and having heavy furniture began to stress me out but Pink's really was a great help. The two movers that came were on time and worked very hard and non-stop. I wasn't sure what my role should be in the process, they let me know what my role was and were very communicative. When we arrived at my storage unit, they unloaded everything carefully and packed it very efficiently in my unit. Overall it was a great experience and I will definitely use Pink's again. Thank you so much!! read more

Pinks gave me the quote I was comfortable with and main thing they weren't like the others movers I had call ed they all sounded like salesman and not even hearing what I wanted. So I so happy I chose pinks and there were no surprises at the end. I had 3 guys that were very responsible and worked together as a team.! They were also respectful of what I needed done and they had us actually where there was no stress at all. Great sense of humor and made everything go so smooth and didn't go over time. They knew I was on a budget and made sure they hit it. I wish I remembered there names because I would give them a shout out!! I would definitely use this company again straight forward and honest people! Great job to all that work there!! read more

Great employees!! We are in North Scottsdale and needed miscellaneous things removed. Ours was a last minute request. They were timely, and accommodating! I was very impressed with Junior and Theo. They were upbeat, professional, strong, and time efficient to get the job done. Both were careful as they carried things out. I couldn't have asked for a better moving experience!!! This company is top notch!!! From my first impression, with Linda, over the phone, to the 4-man crew who moved me... it was the best experience I've ever had with a moving company!!! Nate was the lead guy on my job... he was very polite and professional!!! And, so were the rest of the crew... Theo, Kenny & Mike!!! ALL of these men were very polite, professional, courteous & kind!!! They were personable & funny but make no mistake, they were there to work and I can definitely say... they all worked their butts off!!! They worked hard, managed time well, and handled my belongings carefully!!! These guys were the best!!! I never thought I would say this about a moving company but... it was truly an enjoyable, pleasant experience!!! If I could give them 10 stars, I would, because they definitely earned it!!! Best moving crew, ever!!! Thank you... Nate, Theo, Kenny & Mike!!! I appreciate you guys!!! read more
