I don't know how this place gets good reviews. I hired them for moving and I was completely taken advantage of. It took their two professional movers, with me assisting, 4 and a half hours to move a 1 bedroom apartment!! Because it took so long, I was charged almost $1,100. And they didn't even get everything in the apartment because I had to rush them as I knew I'd be charged a fortune if I didn't. They even had the nerve to mention getting tipped a few times throughout the process. I will never use this company again and I will make it my job to make sure no one else does either. read more

My family & I were moving into our new home over a week ago & Pinks moving & storage was highly recommended for our future move by our realtor. We called them up immediately to get pricing, availability, answering questions, providing our inventory list, timeframe of move & so much more. The customer service over the phone & prompts of responses from our emails were amazing. On the day of our move we had a 3 men total to move all our belongings into a 26 inch moving truck. They were polite, respectful, handled our furniture & boxes w/ care & were quick. We do not recall our mover's name; 1 young man was short, very strong, organized, because we were impressed how he carried our heavy items w/ no problems. He told us he have been a mover all is life & definitely could tell. If any assistance was needed the other 2 mover's would call him over & or check in w/ another to ensure our was done properly. We will definitely recommend Pinks moving for moving services to all. Plus; you do not have to put a deposit down & can cancel your service w/o penalty. The company do not disconnect washer's or dryers so you would have to make sure that's completed ahead of time & hook them back up. A tip: ask for 1st time customer or home buying discount & if you pay w/ cash you would avoid the 5% credit card fee. read more

This was my 1st time hiring movers to help me move and I couldn't ask for a better experience. The process for scheduling was super simple and I was able to do it all through email. Linda made everything easy and she was very understanding when I had a scheduling issue due to my apartments painting my building on my original date scheduled. Living on the third floor of the complex and having heavy furniture began to stress me out but Pink's really was a great help. The two movers that came were on time and worked very hard and non-stop. I wasn't sure what my role should be in the process, they let me know what my role was and were very communicative. When we arrived at my storage unit, they unloaded everything carefully and packed it very efficiently in my unit. Overall it was a great experience and I will definitely use Pink's again. Pinks gave me the quote I was comfortable with and main thing they weren't like the others movers I had call ed they all sounded like salesman and not even hearing what I wanted. So I so happy I chose pinks and there were no surprises at the end. I had 3 guys that were very responsible and worked together as a team.! Very fast response from Linda. She provided me an estimate from photos and had the movers there the following morning.
