Brandon and the team were amazing. I would definitely recommend this moving company to anyone in the valley. They're amazing team who work very efficient and professional. read more

Andrew and Mo were super nice and worked really quickly. Everything was carefully wrapped and transported and upon arrival, they helped arrange the furniture in our preferred locations. read more

Very caring about your items. Team works tirelessly for hours to get it done. Highly recommend this timely, professional service!

A truly professional company that I highly recommend. Over the years, I've handled several major corporate moves and worked with many well‑known moving companies. This one may not have the most recognizable name, but their crews are among the best I've ever worked with. At the end of the day, the company name matters far less than the quality of the people who handle your furniture and personal belongings. Eddie, Jade, and Brandon delivered service on par with -- and in some cases better than -- the teams I've had from Mayflower or Allied. read more

Dose movers were excellent. Guys were polite, pleasant, and hard workers. Wasted no time emptied out our storage unit quickly. Moved things where i wanted them. One very small table leg was broken and they took it to see if they could repair it. I will use again! No regrets here. Very reasonable read more

Wish I had hired them for the entire move. We had to order a third POD after realizing the first two were not enough for our cross-state move. I had already used another company for the first load, but after reading reviews, I decided to give Dose Moving & Storage a shot for this final leg. Honestly, my only regret is not going with them from the start. From the first call, the communication was excellent. Cari handled everything with professionalism, clear follow-ups, great expectation setting, and flexible scheduling. I had to leave town during the move, and they worked around that by FaceTiming me for both the walk-through before loading and the final check after. Originally, I hired them just to load the POD, but we ran out of time to finish packing. They stepped in without missing a beat sent another crew member, brought supplies, and knocked out the packing too. The crew Brandon, Eddie, and Kiwi were fast, professional, and respectful of our home and belongings. They packed everything tight and secure, cleaned up thoroughly, and left the house ready to list. If you want a company that communicates well, adapts under pressure, and sends a team you can trust, go with Dose. read more

Steven Akil and Joel were in time extremely professional and honestly the best movers I've had. After moving multiple times in just 8 years, I feel I have many other moving companies to compare with, and they were top notch. read more

Had a great experience with Dose Moving & Storage. They moved all my stuff and my car across the state safely. They worked like Trojans and still remained cheerful the whole time with my heavy stuff. We compared them with another well known mover that was more expensive. Dose was a much better option because they got my stuff to my new home three days faster. I have to highly recommend. read more

Dose Moving and Storage - They moved us and my car - Movers Near Me - Phoenix, Arizona

Dose moving was great to work with! One December 27th, Kap, Kiwi and Jacob promptly arrive on time and went to work diligently until the job was completed. They took very good care of the items being moved back, and all returned back in food condition after being stored for 4 months. Carrie at the office was very accommodating as I had to reschedule the move in date several times due to renovation delays. I highly recommend Dose Moving . Thank you!! read more

Dose packed up our 5-bedroom house for an interstate move. The movers on the other side said everything was expertly packed in the truck and the boxes were well packed. Used our provided supplies and then had backups when ours were consumed. I'd move back just to have them pack up our stuff again! read more

Stay away at all costs, would be 0 if possible. They took my buddy nicks Audi r8 in over the summer and blew up his manual transmission on a joy ride and had the audacity to unplug the dash cam so he didn't have the footage. He has pics of the odometer proving they took it for a test drive and would be the ones at fault but instead, they decided to lawyer up and are giving him hell refusing to pay for damages they caused!! read more

We priced out several companies for our small, local move. We were moving our stuff from a storage unit to our new apartment. Dose Moving was amazing. They showed up on time, worked quickly and efficiently and were kind and courteous. They were the most affordable of all the companies we quoted and we are so happy to have booked them for this move. We will definitely hire them for our next move! read more

My family had an excellent experience with our local move from Norterra to Arcadia with Dose. Carrie, our move coordinator, was immensely helpful in breaking down our various options and costs as we planned the move. She was extremely responsive and flexible as we had to make changes to our move-out/-in dates and arrange for storing our things overnight. The crew that packed, loaded, and unloaded our things (Amarie / Deshawn / Jade / Kevin / Greg) was fantastic - they took great care in handling all of our things, asked questions rather than making assumptions, and were extremely courteous throughout the process. And there were no surprises in the final cost, with everything thoroughly documented and detailed, along with a guided overview before we paid. I would highly recommend Dose for any local PHX moves. Moving is never an easy or fun process, but Dose did their part to make it as pleasant and smooth as possible. I have done four full home moves in the past decade, and this was by far the best experience I have had. read more

Hands down the best moving/storage company I have ever worked with. Carrie went above and beyond in so many ways, receiving deliveries for me and coordinating dropoff and loading of a moving pod. We requested 4 quotes from moving companies with the highest online ratings for my daughter's move on Dec 18th. "Dose Moving" was not the lowest bidder based on hourly rates, but they definitely offered the best value. Marilee at "Dose Moving" responded immediately with a clear quote and no additional stairs fee or other "hidden fees." The quote included a very reasonable fixed "Trip Fee," which attracted our attention since the Trip Fee quoted by the other bidders was not fixed, nor was it reasonable. When I called Marilee to confirm the details of her quote, she also provided a specific arrival time, rather than a 4-hour window per the other bidders. Marilee was very understanding about our needs, and assured us her movers would arrive on time. On move day, the movers called 30 minutes before arriving, and text us when they were 15 minutes away. Travis and Cole arrived at 8:30 AM sharp, and immediately began working. They were very professional, and worked hard without taking a break. Travis and Cole were also very patient with the long walk between the elevator and my daughter's apartment, and also during the time waiting for an elevator. Our only regret was not adding a 3rd mover, as that would have cut the overall move time significantly. Bottom line, we had a very positive moving experience, and will definitely hire "Dose Moving" next time we need movers in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area. read more

Dose Moving and Storage - On-time arrival of the "Dose Moving & Storage" team. - Movers Near Me - Phoenix, Arizona

We used Dose moving to unload our pods after our arrival to Scottsdale. We hired a team of 4. We were sent C.J., Brayan, Brandon G. and Mckailin. What wonderful young strong men! They were professional, careful, competent, and very careful with our belongings! They worked quickly (which saved us money!) but so carefully! We used moving companies in San Diego to help us load the pods and the difference in services was miles apart! We would recommend Dose for any of your moving needs and would certainly use them again..... even though I hate moving and will never do it again LOL read more

Though the move ended up a little more expensive than we expected (poor estimation of time/effort on our part), we overall had an excellent experience. First of all, we were given a 30-minute window for arrival, a really nice change of pace from 2-hour windows. And the three guys who performed our move (Travis, Kodie, and Corey) were extremely efficient, forgiving of the fact that we were underprepared (had things we didn't want them to move on/in things we did), and were just generally nice people. One of the few moves I've had where none of my furniture (or our floors/walls) got visibly/audibly dinged, and they made sure that everything was where we wanted it to be (versus just in the general area) before they left. Highly recommend! read more

Dose Movers was able to step in when our original movers was unable to complete the move during the time needed. Our original movers actually recommended Dose. It was a small move since my daughter and granddaughter only took what was essential to them. The two young men were very kind and helpful. This company is highly recommended. read more

They overcharge, excessively charge. The owner took money from me to settle the bill and at the same time the MasterCard put the charge back on my bill and she took that money too! Who does that? The MasterCard is forcing me to pay a bill I have already paid. l had to hire an attorney to force Dose to return the MasterCard money! Please do not use that company . They do not take care of your furniture or possessions. They used my credit card without permission. I did not see the bill they put it on my credit card. They wrote affidavits that were false swore that they were true that's perjury. Is this a company that you want to move your possessions? They were terrible nothing they said was to happen took place. Instead they blamed me they said I never called them. They said I said, I was putting my entire move into storage they told me I didn't tell them where I was moving to. It was absolutely incredible the whole ordeal. Yet, I actually did call them. I have the telephone log, and emails from after trying to settle with them. They didn't even know who I was. read more

The only movers I trust. Professional, friendly, on time, they care for my most insignificant items as if they were precious artifacts. You won't be disappointed. read more

Dose Moving is a fantastic local mover but even more importantly, they are a fantastic member of the community (I'll get to that in a moment). We are selling our house in Scottsdale and building a house in the northeast valley. Fortunately, in addition to their moving services, Dose also has an immaculately clean and climate controlled storage facility (I visited it about a year ago and it is quite impressive). The movers showed up precisely on time with everything they would need to empty our house. They were respectful, courteous, and crazy careful with everything they moved. Before they finished, we did at least two walk throughs to make sure they had everything. When I noticed that I had missed telling them about a few items, they immediately wrapped them and put them on the truck. In addition to the usual furniture, we also needed them to move some expensive artwork and two very expensive tower speakers. I watched as they carefully wrapped everything and ensured that they were well protected. When they had everything safely in storage, I received an invoice that was actually a little less than the original estimate (how often does that happen). I'd recommend them in a heartbeat even if they weren't great members of the community. Dose Moving has an epic origin story that I will leave them to tell. The company is owned by a couple and the husband is a veteran. They try to hire veterans whenever possible and it shows in the work ethic of their employees. Beyond that, they are incredibly charitable and organize annual food drives for the homeless. They represent, in the best spirit, the value of local companies and that's just another reason to use them for your next move. read more

The team that moved us were timely and professional. We had never hired movers before and not only were they well worth the cost, which they were very open and honest about, they communicated continuously and clearly. Not a single item was damaged or misplaced. While I hope we don't have to move for a while I will definitely recommend them to anyone I know who is. read more

From Ruben who did the estimate, to Carrie who helped me schedule/reschedule and Kamani, Corey, Scbas, Tyree and Jakoven who performed the packing/moving, I'm really glad I chose DMS for the move. They were all pleasant to work with and they made me feel like a valued customer. Can't say enough about the guys who performed the move. It was hot out and even though it took approximately 8 hours, none of these guys slacked off. I really appreciated it. Thank you all! read more

Unfortunately it took me about 5 months to get around to writing this review, however the damage from using this company will last a lifetime. They cost us an estimated $5k in damage to our furniture. We had a cross country move and they showed up with two guys. The two guys were sluggish and had to send more reinforcements to do the move. No one told us we needed to buy a bunch of blankets to protect our furniture (given this is our first cross country move we were unaware that we had to have these.) We ended up rushing to the store to get blankets yet the store only had three available which was not nearly enough to get the job done. Management will probably say it's our fault, however the pieces that were wrapped with blankets still managed to get broken by their poor wrapping and handling of our furniture (see photos for broken stand for the tv which was wrapped with a blanket.) They did a shoddy job with Saran wrap as many of our items were exposed and the wrap was often ripped. The way the furniture was stacked on top of each other in the moving truck was so poorly done (unfortunately I can't find that photo but I will add it once I do.) Of the furniture they handled, I would say 90% of it was at least partially damaged. Overall a zero star experience and it would have been cheaper to just sell all of our furniture and never hire these movers in the first place. read more

Terrible moving experience. Untrained, horrible packing job.Overcharged for move and storage. Returned items damaged and compromised. Took no accountability for repairing or replacing. Horrible customer service. Stay clear. read more

Response to Marilee Please - you are not telling the whole story at all. My damages were over $500, you gave me $15! Your movers cost me at least $300 by what I wrote in my review - moving slow, constantly taking breaks. I moved twice with your company in 6 months and you could have had a loyal, repeat customer HAD you treated me right. The measly money given back was only done after repeated phone calls, hoop jumping (send in pics, etc.) and being asked to wait weeks because the owner's family member was sick. ???? I did as asked. They act as they did nothing wrong and take no accountability for hiring slacker employees. l only wrote my review at this point because I keep seeing their facility when I drive the freeway and every time I'm reminded of my bad experience. What difference does it make if I wrote it the day of the move or now. You are just trying to deflect away all the honest statements I made which are my truth as I experienced it. Not ok to take advantage of inexperienced people during moving, which is a stressful endeavor. Yes - the next movers will NOT be able to take advantage of me because I learned all my awful lessons with you. read more

I was ready to give this company 5 stars I had a great experience but when I unboxed my 65" flat screen I found a crack and now I have vertical bars. Brand new TV that I'm still paying off. Very disappointed. I emailed them about filing a claim but that's meaningless unless it gets my TV replaced or reimbursed. Other than that they were very quick and efficient, came on time and my one bedroom apartment was all moved out within 2 hours. The guys were very friendly and it was a stress free move. Just wish they took more precautions with my TV... I got quotes for way cheaper from other companies but chose this one specifically because I trusted that with the high price I wouldn't have to worry about this kind of damage. Could have saved money and just gone with a cheaper company -__- Would recommend but I suggest you move fragile items yourself since I was obviously wrong to trust them with it. read more

We recently downsized to an apartment. Carrie was very helpful on the phone with setting the move up. Sebastian and D'Shawn were very courteous and worked very efficiently.
