I had a simple move of a ton of stuff, with the complication of both houses closing escrow the same day. Jeff and his crew (Roy, Matthew & Aidan) came up with a solution for me that was very workable. They came out 2 days before the move and completely loaded up a U-Haul. They came back 2 days later with their truck and loaded up the balance of my property, moved both trucks to my new location and unloaded both. These guys worked like dogs, but very efficient and friendly dogs! They were extremely careful with my stuff, and the only thing that got broken was a piece that I transported myself. I should have let them do it. They came in under what their original time / cost estimate was. I booked this crew for a move from my ground floor apartment in Chandler to a three-story apartment in Tempe, and they absolutely nailed it. Three movers showed up right on time took a quick look around and then powered through the job in just over two hours. Even with four flights of stairs, triple-digit heat, and a bunch of awkward heavy pieces (giant sectional, adjustable desk, heavy adjustable bed base), everything made it up those stairs without a ding or scratch. What really surprised me was the invoice: it ran a couple hundred dollars less than my last move with a different company (which was ground-floor to ground-floor, within the same city). Fast, prompt arrival, professional, and easy on the wallet - that's pretty much all I can ask for. I made a reservation a month on advance and put down a deposit. The movers were going to be at my apartment between 9 and 11am. 1130am rolled around no movers. I called and was told they were running late and someone would call me. 1230 rolled around and no call. I called back and I was asked if I could reschedule for the next day in the afternoon as one of their workers had a family emergency. I informed them I had to be out today and could not reschedule. Raquel stated she would have supervisor call me. 2pm rolls around still no call. Called again told this is ridiculous that they are now 4 hours late and I have now moved 1/4 of my apartment myself with a friend and I will be getting a discount for their negligence in scheduling. Raquel stated yes I will be getting a discount and she promised to have a supervisor call me yet again and hung up on me. 4pm rolls around, still no call from the supervisor, no text, no movers at my apartment. Called at 4pm still no eta for movers Raquel thought they called me. She said she would call me back I said put me on hold. I ended up rescheduling for the next day at 8am. Let's hope they actually show up. Very disappointed at the service especially with a company name that has reliable in it. For what​ I was quoted i would expect better service. read more

I was able to discuss the move and circumstances unrushed, and then schedule the move right away with an accurate quote. I very much appreciated that they were willing to help with the circumstances of this move. The team that arrived were absolutely fantastic and had the truck packed quickly. Many of the items were heavy and bulky but they were able to coordinate and move all the items in the two level residence. They took tremendous care in moving the items with absolutely no damage or any problems. These guys were true professionals, and it was obvious that they knew what they were doing. If I could give these guys 10 stars I would. I chose them because of their already amazing reviews but even those reviews don't give this company enough credit! They are seriously the only moving company you should choose. We scheduled our move for Dec 24th and they called 2x to confirm with us. That was an incredible stress reliever. Then, on the day we got our truck, Christmas Eve, it was a torrential downpour. But they still showed up. About 2 hours in to the flooding rain, they offered to come back Christmas morning. They were worried about our stuff getting wet and growing mold on the 3.5 day drive to Florida. Can you believe that? They offered to be here Christmas morning. They wanted to help us stay on schedule for our long drive with our dogs, hotels, kid, etc. They are here now on Christmas morning, loading our truck and taking so much care of everything. We have moved 7 times in 9 years and when I tell you they are the best, they are. Very personable, professional and they work as a team. I highly recommended them!! read more

We hired Efficient Moving Solutions last year. Coordinating the whole thing was easy and quick. They arrived on time and after a short stretching drill they got to work and didnt stop till it was done. They were open to hearing all of our questions and concerns, taking those into consideration on how they packed their truck and unpacked it. The crew showed up on time. While showing them the house and what had to be moved they said,"Oh, you have cats! We're allergic to cats. We will need masks and gloves. I went to a nearby Walgreens to get them and when I returned they had left! I nearly had a heart attack (for real). On my phone I saw a company called Emergency Family Movers. i called and they had a hard working crew in 2 hours. They got such a late start, but stayed with it 'till 7pm to finish. The employees are well-mannered, polite, and very efficient in their performance and time management which is important since they charge by the quarter of an hour.
