It took me about three weeks after a lot of extensive research on multiple platforms to find this company, and I am so grateful that I did! I think it's so important to do your research when you're looking for services and I kept coming back to Creative. Their prices are extremely reasonable and more competitive than other local companies in the valley. They also offer a law-enforcement discount, which is awesome. I spoke with the owner via Yelp messenger, and he was very responsive to everything that I asked! I got a call and an email a couple days before my scheduled move for confirmation, and everything went so smooth. I can't say enough praises about my entire experience!! Renée and her other two guys showed up right up about 720, when they gave me a window between 7 and 730 which was perfect. I had two stops before my final destination, and they did everything like real pros! I have moved MANY times while my husband served in the Air Force. Never once did we have a move like the one my mom just experienced. Creative packed and moved my moms things from her home in the Phoenix area to Colorado Springs. It was a door to door move with the truck loaded on Monday and delivery on Thursday. The entire crew was absolutely spectacular. Everything was packed with extreme care. Zero damage to any of the furniture (in fact, they repaired a sofa that was damaged in a previous move) because the crew expertly wrapped everything. My mom has a lot of stuff. Like, a lot. Not QUITE a hoarder, but the line is getting blurry. And they packed everything as though it was precious. The Arizona crew were all personable and respectful. Above all, they were extremely patient with my senior citizen mom who is really sweet but was struggling emotionally with the move. Cam and Dom drove the trucks so were at both the onloading and offloading. Special thanks to them for going over and beyond to make this a smooth transition for my mom! We did quite a bit of research and have had many moves over the years throughout the country. Creative was by far the BEST company we have interacted with. It started with Jesse and the office staff and carried through on moving day with Jose, Ignacio and Jacob. Expectations were clearly communicated and carried through. I used Creative Moving in Dec. 2023 and my experience was so easy I hired them again Nov. 2025. The manager, Jesse is quick to respond and I got a quote within hours. The most recent move team, Hillario, Jose, and Ignacio were excellent. I got an email reminder a few days before and a phone call when they were about 45 minutes away. They arrived on time and quickly got to work - no standing around running the time up. Paperwork is reviewed and signed on site (digitally) and confirmations & receipts get sent directly to my email - one less thing to potentially misplace in a big move is great. They wrap all the furniture so it doesn't get dusty/damaged and they were very careful with my belongings and walls/carpet. They all had a great attitude and were fun to work with, making a stressful moving time quicker and easier. Moving a whole house (2,400sqft) in 2023 was less than $1k and my recent move with 3 stops (900sqft) was less than $700, definitely worth it as my mom and I could not have moved the large items ourselves or without renting a truck. The crew of four arrived on time, worked efficiently, and handled all of our furniture and boxes with great care. Our move was about 50 miles, and they brought plenty of packing materials and were very generous with extra boxes.
