They didn't move mine, so I don't know. What I do know is, they are terrible at 1) not damaging property while moving and 2) repairing the damage they have done. Both those areas are pretty important for moving companies, too. While moving out the previous owner of my home in late July, workers for Phoenix Moving damaged the wood floor in the house's master bedroom. They left a long scratch on it, deep enough that it is isn't a quick "apply some stain and call it good" project. They assured the previous owner that they would make the damage right. The previous owner gave the company's information to us, the new owners of the home, so we could work with Phoenix Moving to repairs made. It has been over two months since the damage occurred. In that time, we have received nothing but broken promises that the damage would be fixed. We've have reached out to this company repeatedly by phone and email. We started by working with a woman named Amy in August; she helped set up a time for someone from C2 Moving to take a look at the damage. On August 9th, a man wearing a C2 Moving shirt came out and reviewed the scratched floor and took pictures of the damage. When asked him if someone in the company would make the repair, he stated that C2 Moving would hire a floor repair professional to make the repairs. Great. That was what we wanted to hear. We followed up by email to C2 Moving on August 12th with information regarding the floors that the previous owner had given us. Despite having taken pictures and being given information, no appointment with a professional to make repairs was ever made. On September 1st we had to start working with Kelly at C2 Moving, because Amy was no longer with the company. No one from the company reached back to us; we always had to take the initiative to follow up when the promised day for them to contact us passed by with no phone call or email. We have followed up about the status of the repairs multiple times and every time, we hear excuses or that something was being scheduled...but nothing is ever scheduled. As far as we can tell, nothing is being done at all except for making empty promises to take action that never occurs. I had expected to have this floor repaired by now. After being repeatedly left hanging by C2 Moving, I no longer believe they are or ever were serious about the promise to make right the damage they caused. Instead, they clearly just want to string us along until I give up, letting them walk away from their responsibilities. I want to warn the community that when they work with Phoenix Moving and C2 Moving, they run the risk of property damage and broken promises. This isn't a fair way to run a business, especially one where you have to trust people to come into your home and take care of your possessions. I haven't asked for anything extraordinary. I've just asked them to keep their word and fix the damage they caused, like they promised they would. Phoenix Moving / C2 Moving is great at making promises. They are terrible at following through on them. Remember that before you decide to let them into your home and take charge of all your possessions. If something goes wrong, you're going to be on your own.

All of the big name interstate movers turn down small sized interstate moves. I must have called 12 different movers; which included the well known companies and some of the smaller ones. The local companies are happy to take your business for intrastate moves; but not interstate moves. I was concerned when no contract was required by Brandon. However, this guy can be trusted to perform what is agreed upon with just using text messaging. He is also very careful with fragile pieces; taking great care in delivering them in one piece. Some movers suggested shipping our boxes. However, this is not an inexpensive option. Plus ,unlike Brandon, who carries your boxes out of the unit and into your destination ( we have three levels ); the usual shippers require delivery to the store and drop off at the eventual destinations front stoop. In 2024, I filed a BBB complaint about Moving At Ease…read more On March 14, 2023, they brought in a second truck and additional crew members without my approval, increasing the cost of my move. After arriving at my new condominium, my cat became temporarily misplaced. I asked the movers to stop while I searched because I could no longer supervise the move. Instead, they loaded a substantial portion of my belongings onto their trucks and removed them without my knowledge or authorization. Those items were supposed to remain in my condominium, not be taken to storage. I never requested storage, signed a storage agreement, or authorized storage charges. After I filed my BBB complaint, the company claimed I owed approximately $4,000 in storage fees. I never received a storage invoice, billing statement, demand for payment, or any documentation supporting those alleged charges, and I dispute that I ever agreed to storage. For years, I tried in good faith to recover my belongings. Despite repeated emails and requests, I was never provided with documentation supporting the claimed storage charges or explaining the authority under which my belongings were retained. As late as August and September 2025, I was assured my property was "safe and secure." I relied on those assurances, only to later receive an email from the owner stating that my belongings had been donated without my knowledge or consent. Among those belongings were my dearly loved late mother's cremated ashes, irreplaceable family heirlooms lovingly created by my parents, treasured photographs, jewelry, personal records, and other priceless possessions. I continue to request a complete accounting of what happened to my property, including when, where, how, and under what authority it was disposed of. I encourage consumers to carefully review all documentation, ask questions, and proceed with caution before hiring this company.

I moved from AZ-CT March 2025 and paid over $4,000 plus additional…read more$200 in tipping movers just for multiple items to be delivered damaged, including my $2k mattress arriving completely soaked. Movers didn't shrink wrap the mattress, didn't unscrew nightstand legs which are now broken, and the tv stand is damaged because movers asked to add items inside even though I had it empty. Their way of helping was refunding $150 to get a temporary mattress from Walmart and told me the claims department would be in touch in 3-5 business days. In the end they only compensated me $900 despite the thousands of dollars of damage. In addition to the damage, one of the movers the company set up for the CT delivery made inappropriate sexual comments to me while I was alone (I'm a young female). Do not use them!
