He provided great direction & communication with his crew to ensure things were moved properly and with care (from disassembly to turning corners to moving around obstacles etc.). His positive "can do" attitude played a key role in getting things done & moved as efficiently as possible. They did an amazing job moving in a french door LCD panel fridge into a doorway that provided minimal space for entry. Impressed with the skills & capabilities they showed to make that happen. Had a great experience from booking to actual move-in day. They were very transparent and honest on pricing. First got an online quote and Carmina reached out to me by email. She was responsive and helpful during the booking process. Move in day I got a texted when. My two movers Gabriel and Jose (hope I got the names right) were awesome. I used projects within the Yelp platform to book this moving company. It is a helpful tool within yelp to inquire quotes from many local businesses that offer the requested services. I ultimately chose Ontrack moving because it was the most affordable price to meet my needs to move my bigger furniture items between apartments.. at $125/HR for 2 hour minimum, with 1x $125 fuel charge and charged in 15 min increments after that. My service was fine and the movers were helpful, and made me feel comfortable in the moving process...especially considering me being a single lady. They did move all my items safely to the other apartment. I do have to address the shady things I noticed... Once the movers arrived.. the job is on the clock for the 2 hours... right away I noticed the lead mover start talking to me and delaying the start of beginning to move my items...this chit chat took up about 10 minutes from my time since they arrived.. Once on the road after packing up the truck....I noticed again some interference with not making good time... travel to the other apartment was only 5 miles away... the movers drove "very slow".. 25mph on the 45mph tempe city streets...the traffic on the streets were light, so that was not a factor. I felt they purposely did that to waste time so they would go over the 2 hour minimum to accumulate more from the job... To top it off after the mover took time to wash his hands after moving my items from the truck.. and used my restroom..to come back to close me out that I was over my 2 hour limit by "4 minutes"!!!! "4 minutes"! so now charge me additional $ for the 15 mins after my 2 hours... Could you of gave me my total prior to you washing your hands.. hanging out in your truck or my bathroom...just plain shady....This prob is a normal occurrence with these moving companies based on hourly time limits... they have set insidious tactics to hustle..so to pass more time off the clock... I recommend going with a company that offers a flat rate for moving... read more

I really really appreciate the hardwork these guys put in. It was definitely a move to remember! The few challenges were that we were quoted a door to door 3 hour move, but it took 3 hours just to load up at our old place. The entire move was 7 hours so it was twice as expensive as we thought & my husband had to be very hands on. Now I will say we could have opted in for a 3rd mover & that would have potentially made all the difference. That's on us. The second mover was the guy's teen nephew who was helping for the day & while he was a tremendous help I do think we needed another experienced adult. Now, the positives were that they were very courteous & careful with our things. Nothing broke, but I'm not 100% sure I would use them again. read more

We had a great experience from start to finish. We were quoted an accurate estimate from the beginning. James came to our home and took detailed account of what to expect. All of our belongings were stored in our garage and a nearby storage facility. The movers packed everything carefully and followed instructions regarding what was staying and what was going to the storage unit. We were unexpectedly out of our home while repairs were completed for over two months. On Track was able to send a crew on short notice to move everything back to our home. I can't remember everyone's name, but all four men were such hard workers. We had some very large, heavy pieces of furniture. I do remember Gabriel who was there for move in and move out. Also, Ulisses. But all four of them were great. They took care of our belongings and also were careful with our brand new floors. None of our belongings were damaged in the move.We did not go over the estimated cost for the move. I would recommend On Track moving to anyone. read more

We recently had a move with Esteban, Joseph, and Adrian. They moved quickly in getting us into the new place. They were careful to move our furniture without scuffing walls. We moved from a 2x2 house into a 3x3 house, the work was completed in about 3.5 hours, and this was all done for a reasonable price. read more

Leo reached out to me after I posted some of my criticisms about the service I received. Even though my move happened in 2019, he reached out to me in a very genuine and courteous manner and offered fair compensation for the items that were damaged. Also, I was informed that the employees that may have been responsible for the less than satisfactory packing job no longer work with their company. I have to admit I was impressed by this follow-up customer service and the commitment to making things right (even after so much time passed and I hadn't contacted them about it earlier). I will never have to worry again when it comes to moving. We hit the jackpot this time with 3 foremen on our job! Man, did we ever get so lucky with this amazing crew. I felt like we hit the lottery compared to our previous experiences with other moving companies not only did they handle our belongings with personal care, James, Efron, and Geraldo moved more then double the amount of items compared to the prior company with in the same amount of time! From the start, they were totally respectful and instantly set a plan into motion of get our belongings moved as safely and as efficiently as possible. Being an individual in a wheelchair, moving is super stressful already. My wife ends up doing the brunt of the work. So, I worry that she is pushing herself too hard to compensate for my inability to assist. When the crew started working and I expressed my concern, and was told that they would get it taken care of so my wife would have very little left to do. This moving crew put all my worries at easy, They left our place completely empty and moved an additional garage worth of furniture and property. They literally left with her with just a little bit of cleaning to do. When we thought we would have an additional 2 days of her moving stuff. They even kept our belongs organized while assisting with packing and placed all the boxes in the correct rooms. Ontrack Moving movers assisted with moving my uncle's one bedroom apartment into a storage unit. They moved us from Scottsdale to Peoria. The two brothers who moved us were hard working and professional. They did a great job! Unfortunately, there was a delay with our move. The movers were 1 hr and 40 minutes late. I understand things happen and the previous job ran over; however, no one called or texted me about the delay. The delay negatively impacted our afternoon commitments. When I called Ontrack Moving for an update around 12:30 pm (arrival window was 10 am-noon), the rep said he would call dispatch and call me back. I waited another 20 to 30 minutes and he never called back, so I called him back and was on hold for at least 10 minutes. He apologized and said he was unable to leave where he was because the phone kept ringing, his cell phone wouldn't call out, and he couldn't get away to go to the office to call me to give me an update. My family was not happy about that at all. In the end, we accomplished what we needed to, and Sam, the Sales Manager, was sympathetic to our situation and frustration. He credited our card for one hour, which was appreciated. Despite this hiccup, I would recommend this moving company. They came prepared with boxes, blankets and moving tape. read more

They had good pricing and actually took initiative to call me to see if they could provide any additional information to help with my decision. I spoke with Sam who took time to go over every question I had. He was thorough and made sure I had everything I needed to move forward. I booked my move. I had a few questions a few days before the move and the team was responsive. On move day, I received a call letting me know that the crew was on their way and expected arrival time. The crew of Leo and Jose were friendly, helpful and thorough. They took care of my furniture and prepped it for going into my storage unit. They are based in CA, but have a local presence here in the Phoenix metro area. I try to support local businesses and hope to help them build upon their success in CA here in AZ. I'm sure the rest of their team is great but my experience with Sam, Leo, and Jose was fantastic. Get quotes from other companies but consider Ontrack as well. Very professional company that smoothly executed our move from San Jose to Rocklin CA. I collected bids from about 6-7 different moving companies for packing & moving of our 4 bd/3ba 1800 sq ft house. OnTrack's pricing was about the middle of the range, but I could tell they were just a little better organized and professional than the other companies. I worked with Dylan to get an estimate and then schedule the move. Communication from Dylan was excellent. I received a detailed price quote for both the packing and moving portions of the job. Dylan reached over text and phone a couple days in advance to confirm everything Day 1: Tony (foreman) and 3 other guys packed the entirety of our 4 bedroom house in less than 6 hours. Every dish was carefully packed, and a garage full of stuff was all packed well. TVs were unmounted from the walls and carefully packed. I have about $5k worth of OLED TVs so I was quite nervous. They handled it perfectly Day 2: Tony and a crew of 10 guys showed up right on Tim and got two 26' trucks loaded up in about 2.5 hours. These guys are fast!!! They made the drive up to Rocklin and were at our new house by 2pm. By 4:30, both trucks were empty and all our furniture was exactly where it needed to be. This was biggest move we've done, and it was also the smoothest thanks to Ontrack! I deducted one star because of the rather high cost of packing materials. I had provided well over 40-50 boxes of various sizes, but still ended up paying Ontrack nearly $800 for packing materials. That's just absurd. read more

Ivan, Ernesto, and Hernandez were really amazing and did a great job! Initially I was told two people would be fine, but when they arrived, Ivan called in one more person to get the job done quickly. They came prepared with all of the necessary blankets, plastic wrap, and tape, along with extra supplies in case that was necessary and were very careful. They were easy to coordinate with and very transparent with hourly pricing. I would definitely recommend Ontrack. They were great and got the job done well! I did a Yelp quote for several companies and I felt that this company had the best value. While I would definitely call them again if I had another move, I'm not sure they'd want to move all of my stuff up and down all those stairs again LOL read more

I initially gave this company two stars because I was drastically under quoted for time it would take to move. My quote for a 2bed 2bath was $435 for 3 hrs of moving. 7 hrs and $1200 later I was pretty upset. A couple of weeks later the manager called me and noted that I should have had a 3 person team instead of a 2 person team and offered to refund a portion of the payment. Ontrack Moving did a great job with my move! I had Ika, Oscar and Alex help me, and they worked efficiently to load up my condo and move everything into my new home. They were very professional, asking me politely where things were going in the new place, and hard working: it seemed like they never stopped unless I forced them to have some water or offered a snack. They worked well as a team and helped each other to get the job done well! They were super agreeable to my request to be cautious with my new floors and even took off their shoes whenever they went in and out of the house. I could tell how laborious it was to do that, and I appreciated that they were respectful. They got out their measuring tapes to make sure furniture fit through narrow doorways, and disassembled and reassembled as needed. They also set up my washer and dryer, which was better service than the Home Depot dudes.
