They even helped with disassembling some furniture and were very detail-oriented, such as making sure to put the screws and smaller parts in plastic bags attached to the larger pieces. Despite extremely heavy rain and wind on the day of the move, they were able to do everything quickly and efficiently, even making a second trip to pick up what we couldn't fit in the truck initially. They were very receptive to any adjustments in where we wanted things placed, and were overall very punctual, communicative, and hard working!

When arriving to our new home, I taped up a visible sign labeling each room so the guys knew exactly where to put everything! For the bigger/oddly shaped items that we couldn't label, we made sure to be around to tell them where to put it. It cost us about twice the amount of what we would've paid doing it ourselves but it was honestly 10000% worth it. We didn't have to worry about moving all of our things including our heavy furniture and driving a big moving truck out of state. Since their quote was almost half the price (!) we decided to give them a try. You wonder if paying less means inferior service or other problems. That wasn't the case at all. Communication was great. Eric and Miguel showed up right on time (one of those dreadful 110° Phoenix heat advisory days) and worked quickly and carefully. We were very happy to have found this company and are pleased to say they'll be our local movers going forward.

I…read morewas quoted $415 for a 2 bedroom with one bed, no dressers, the other room was used as an office. I was quoted a minimum of $415 which included 3 hours and a $40 surcharge. First, the owner never sent me a written quote. They were fast; however, one of the movers whose name was Miles, scared me by yelling to the top of his lungs out of frustration because he couldn't get the bed together because he had all of the screws tightened and anyone who puts together anything would know bit to tighten the screws all the way until those screws are in the correct holes and then you screw them in. I went in the room to give him that tip but was scared the entire time he was in my house due to his behavior. Then when they got done, the paperwork showed that I was being charged an extra hour of travel time when my move was less than 15 minutes apart and I was told that they needed to stop at Walmart to get T-shirts. I made the payment in full along with an additional $60 because I just believe in tipping and always have, besides the other guy was excellent. Great customer service and he was friendly the entire time. Any way, I went through the contract after they had left and noticed that there was nothing in the contract that stated that I would owe a 1 hour transportation fee now was I ever told this verbally. So, a day after the move, I sent the owner a message and he proceeded to go back and forth with me. However the most disturbing message was the one below verbatim: "I'm so sorry you're so broke that you can't pay the movers for a move that they did well for you. Send me your address. I'll bring you cash next week. I would love to meet you." This company is way to green and they need to learn some customer service skills before doing business with the public. I wouldn't recommend them at all.

Jeff and his crew (Roy, Matthew & Aidan) came up with a solution for me that was very workable. They came out 2 days before the move and completely loaded up a U-Haul. They came back 2 days later with their truck and loaded up the balance of my property, moved both trucks to my new location and unloaded both. These guys worked like dogs, but very efficient and friendly dogs! They were extremely careful with my stuff, and the only thing that got broken was a piece that I transported myself. I should have let them do it. They came in under what their original time / cost estimate was. I booked them for a move that never happened because my apartment fell through at the last minute. I called right away to let them know and explained that I'd need to reschedule once I found a new place. They said, "No problem," so I didn't ask for a refund -- I just planned to use the service later. A few weeks later, I found a new apartment and called back to schedule the move again. The person on the phone made me go through the entire booking process from scratch, even though I explained it was already on file. Then, while we were still on the call, I received an email saying my service was canceled. Why didn't he tell me that? That was their sneaky way of keeping my deposit and making me pay all over again. None of that was ever explained to me. Don't waste your time with a company that clearly doesn't understand what "making your life better" means.
