I highly recommend this company. Tim and his crew were very accommodating, friendly and easy to work with in both times I had to use them. I had a move planned I originally hired them for but then I had problems with my lease where I then had to move back to my old address. Tim and his staff were very gracious in being able to help me twice in essentially the same week for both moves I had, going to and from the same locations. I appreciate him and his company for their help and I plan on reaching out if I ever end up having another domestic move here in the future! As a side note, he charges/quotes based on the furniture you have over hours of service. I found this to be cheaper than other companies out there (especially if you just have one room of furniture like I did) so he's really nice for smaller moves like mine and I recommend him as well because of this. We couldn't have gotten our out-of-state move done without Tim and his guys!!! They were efficient, respectful, and got the job done no problem! Tim was amazing at keeping in contact with us throughout the entire process, from doing a thorough in-person walkthrough + providing a same-day quote, to loading up our boxes from our 3 bed 2.5 bath home, to unloading the next day in our new home! Tim also made sure to remind us to label all of our boxes (especially on the sides) to ease the process of unloading. When arriving to our new home, I taped up a visible sign labeling each room so the guys knew exactly where to put everything! For the bigger/oddly shaped items that we couldn't label, we made sure to be around to tell them where to put it. It cost us about twice the amount of what we would've paid doing it ourselves but it was honestly 10000% worth it. We didn't have to worry about moving all of our things including our heavy furniture and driving a big moving truck out of state. Worry free moving!!!! Tim and his team showed up when he said he would. I didn't have to call him and track him down. . He arrived and I showed him all the items that needed to be moved and his team quickly got to work. Every single person on his team was extremely professional and handled my belongings with care. I have absolutely no idea how Tim found these people. They were all extremely friendly and nice. They literally worked with a smile, which is hard when you do back breaking work. I never even saw them take a break. They started at 7:30 am and I was already moved in by 11 am at my new house. They took the time to cover the door, take apart furniture I would have never thought should be taken apart to ensure safe travel. At the end of the move they took the time to make sure everything was where I wanted it and made adjustments to make sure I was completely satisfied, which I was. In terms of price I was totally satisfied with what he quoted me. When he got here there were several other items I forgot to mention to him and he only charged me 5 dollars more. A Master Mover did a great job moving our recliner chair and recliner sofa. They moved them from our living room to the alley out back, for bulk trash pickup. This was difficult to do because our living rm hallway is narrow and the furniture had to be lifted over a pony wall (half wall). They had no problem doing this and the cost was reasonable. I had thought the job was too small for them, but not at all! A Master Mover was responsive about scheduling our appointment to coincide with the delivery of our new furniture. I would give Tim and his crew 10 stars, if I could. I had a last minute move of an entire house, all by me and my daughter as my partner had to leave town due to a family emergency on her side. I explained the situation to Tim, gave him a list of items that needed to be moved. Tim replied right away with a very fair quote to move the items. Tim and his crew showed up right on time as promised, as I was very nervous since we had to move that weekend and could not afford a delay. They expertly wrapped delicate items and moved them into the truck in a very organized manner. They then followed my car to the new place, delicately wrapped the door to prevent any dings, and moved items fast but safely into the house. Tim even moved a piece of heavy furniture that was already in the bathroom (left by the previous owners) into the living room, all for free!! Having dealt with many unreliable / over-priced movers in the past, it amazes me how reliable / affordable and superb Tim and his movers are.
