Since their quote was almost half the price (!) we decided to give them a try. You wonder if paying less means inferior service or other problems. That wasn't the case at all. Communication was great. Eric and Miguel showed up right on time (one of those dreadful 110° Phoenix heat advisory days) and worked quickly and carefully. We were very happy to have found this company and are pleased to say they'll be our local movers going forward.

I…read morewas quoted $415 for a 2 bedroom with one bed, no dressers, the other room was used as an office. I was quoted a minimum of $415 which included 3 hours and a $40 surcharge. First, the owner never sent me a written quote. They were fast; however, one of the movers whose name was Miles, scared me by yelling to the top of his lungs out of frustration because he couldn't get the bed together because he had all of the screws tightened and anyone who puts together anything would know bit to tighten the screws all the way until those screws are in the correct holes and then you screw them in. I went in the room to give him that tip but was scared the entire time he was in my house due to his behavior. Then when they got done, the paperwork showed that I was being charged an extra hour of travel time when my move was less than 15 minutes apart and I was told that they needed to stop at Walmart to get T-shirts. I made the payment in full along with an additional $60 because I just believe in tipping and always have, besides the other guy was excellent. Great customer service and he was friendly the entire time. Any way, I went through the contract after they had left and noticed that there was nothing in the contract that stated that I would owe a 1 hour transportation fee now was I ever told this verbally. So, a day after the move, I sent the owner a message and he proceeded to go back and forth with me. However the most disturbing message was the one below verbatim: "I'm so sorry you're so broke that you can't pay the movers for a move that they did well for you. Send me your address. I'll bring you cash next week. I would love to meet you." This company is way to green and they need to learn some customer service skills before doing business with the public. I wouldn't recommend them at all.

It was so helpful to have a professional give me tips and tell me where to put things. She listened to how I use my space in order to help me figure out the best places to put things. My home office is amazingly clean and tidy now, and the mountain of paperwork was turned into a molehill. I took 40 lbs of paper to the office store to shred, and my paperwork backlog is now only about 2 inches. I'll finish it in a workday or two. My kitchen is logically arranged now, my closet is tidy, and those random boxes under the bed have been sorted. Everything I own now has a place, and I feel confident that I'll be able to keep things tidy by just returning everything to its place when I'm done with it. Having to sell the house of a parent after a death or a move to assisted living is never easy, Busy…read moreBees made it far worse. Hired to provide packing, moving, unpacking, estate sale and property clear out services, I experienced problems at every step. I was promised by the company co-owner they could find items in the house we needed and that everything would be unpacked for Mom's move into assisted living. The employee who manages the estate sale and clear out process would later assert they do not find specific items. For the packing/moving/unpacking phase of the work, our charges we paid more than $5,000 dollars including the tip I provided but later found out they did not unpack several boxes (just put them in the closet) and made the decision without checking with me not to move items I had asked to be moved. The estate sale and property clear out was challenging from the beginning. Despite asking multiple times, I did not get updates on the items I was promised they could find. My realtor was told to stay off the property for more than two weeks before they even did anything (I was not told about this by Busy Bees and it has delayed getting our house listed) and a few days before everything was supposed to be done, I was told they would not clear out property in the attic. Not unreasonable given the heat (even if it was their timeline and they should know AZ weather) but no alternatives were given, nor did they respond to the alternatives I proposed until several days later when the property needed to be turned over to my realtor to get it listed. At additional cost, I booked another company. During the property clear out of the main level, they left several large furniture items, damaged the gate, the door and left broken glass. Instead of removing everything from the property, they overfilled our garbage and recycling bins and just left it. The company response to complaints and concerns was to blame me, my realtor and two of the neighbors. If you care about your family's estate and don't want more stress, avoid Busy Bees!

There was no judgement with Valley Organizing and they came in with compassion and empathy and worked hard to get me my living space back! It was such a mental relief just seeing it all cleared out, organized, and even labeled! I just wish I could fold like they did so my dresser always looked like this! For 2 days they worked non-stop and always made sure I was comfortable and situated and feeling okay. Any time I needed a break they gave it to me but they still worked in the background.
