John the Owner literally went the extra mile to take care of business with our situation…read more My wife and I bought some furniture in Glendale AZ. The store would not deliver the furniture because we are 375 miles away. We called many places to get prices for a delivery. ( ( EVERYONE WAS CHARGING TOO MUCH )) When finally John answered the phone and gave us great news . John offered to take the furniture to the UPS FREIGHT DIVISION to save us money . (( We never thought of that GREAT IDEA )) We asked John if we paid more, will he bring our furniture to us. We were afraid of possible damage to the furniture through UPS FREIGHT. He agreed to deliver to a location 375 miles away. Thats was the best personal service and customer care we could of hoped for. NOT A MARK OR SMUDGE ON OUR FURNITURE. We highly recommend John and his company. John's personal touch ,kindness and professionalism is what we were looking for and we are glad we found him on YELP. THANKS JOHN WE HOPE OTHER CUSTOMERS FIND YOU AND TELL THE SAME STORY. You are the Best :-)

Five Stars for Jessa with POP!…read more I don't even know where to begin -- Jessa completely transformed my closet in the most magical, meticulous way! Every single inch of it now makes sense. She didn't just organize things -- she created a thoughtful, intuitive system that I can actually maintain on my own (a miracle in itself!). From the way she honored my personal style to how she made the space feel elegant, functional, and uniquely me, Jessa worked her magic with incredible attention to detail. I walk into my closet now and quite literally feel like crying -- it's that beautiful. I'm in awe every time I step inside. Thank you, Jessa, for making my dream closet a reality. We used Asset Quality Movers for our long-distance move, and I honestly can't recommend them enough. From the start, Hans gave us a thorough inventory walk-through so their were zero surprise fees on the back end. But what really stood out was the communication. We were given regular clear and proactive updates on their transit progress and ETA for Texas, which really helped calm our nerves during a chaotic transition. They delivered right on schedule, placed every box in the correct rooms, and made a grueling interstate move feel completely manageable. If you're making a big cross-country jump, definitely give these guys a call.

Summary: friendly, responsive, professional equipment, good customer service…read more Would use again. Just used them yesterday. I had just taken down a large above ground pool and all of the supports and equipment associated with it. Also had other miscellaneous junk. Although Mesa has a disposal service beginning at $31, they would not have been able to take the refuse I had. It weighed too much, too bulky, etc. Also, I didn't want to wait for the yearly Mesa free disposal dumpsters to arrive probably not until May or June. Renting a trailer was out, because by the time I rent the trailer and dispose of the refuse myself, I'd be paying the same amount if not more than I paid for service yesterday. There would've been fees due to the pool. Finally, I have a large landscaping project that will begin soon, and I just wanted to get the crap out of there. Plenty of junk removal services out there with good reviews. I checked out a few, read the reviews, and went for best junk removal. I like their truck. Charge was 350, but there was quite a volume of material and a lot of junk. It was worth it. They were very conscientious about making sure they only took what I wanted them to. Fast and efficient. I would definitely consider them again, if I have more junk to get rid of in the future. I guess they also do some demolition such as removing sheds and some structures. His guys were polite, quick, and handled our items with care! They boxed our large TV, bagged out mattresses, and added extra protection to our dressers. We even had a few things that needed to go in the dumpster and they took care of that for us as well. The biggest thing was communication, Bobby was always available in case we had questions or needed details as this was our first time hiring movers. We treated our selves with a moving company so expected to pay a pretty penny but the price ended up being VERY reasonable for everything they offered. 10/10 would recommend!
