Amazing and wonderful dont even describe Christian and Lexi and the organizing team! After battling a rough medical year things had pilled up in my house and garage. There was no judgement with Valley Organizing and they came in with compassion and empathy and worked hard to get me my living space back! It was such a mental relief just seeing it all cleared out, organized, and even labeled! I just wish I could fold like they did so my dresser always looked like this! For 2 days they worked non-stop and always made sure I was comfortable and situated and feeling okay. Any time I needed a break they gave it to me but they still worked in the background. I can't say enough good things about my experience with Valley Organizing and Christian's wonderful team. From the very beginning, Christian made the process feel easy. He even FaceTimed with me before my move so I could show him everything and explain what I needed. That level of care and preparation really stood out compared to other vendors we had reached out to for pricing quotes. On unpacking day, Julie and Zsophie were absolutely wonderful. They showed up on time, worked quickly, and were incredibly kind and professional. I'm currently pregnant, so I wasn't able to do much myself, and they truly went above and beyond to support me. They listened closely, asked questions when needed, and made sure everything was placed how I would want it. It really took such a load off me both physically and mentally to not have to think where I should place things. They handled all of my belongings with care and even helped me locate specific items when I needed them (ex: a missing key). They unpacked most of my 2,000 sq ft home including a very full closet (yes, I have 3 wedding gowns!). They were efficient, detail-oriented, and left everything clean and beautifully set up. I am very particular about who I allow in my home especially when it is not in the best of shape it looks cluttered. So my anxiety was very high when I had to make the call to Christian to ask for help for organization in my home, as I knew that I could not do it by myself. he was able to call my nerves and once he and his team got into my home, they organize the entire house in three days and made it so easy and less stress I was definitely a part of the process but the majority of the work they did and they did it effortlessly. They are systematic about how and what they sort things and even bring supplies for storage. I like working with Christian on ideas for storage at the next visit. Valley organizing and more is so much more than packing, sorting, donating and downsizing. When I was researching through Yelp for an organizer I had no idea how incredibly life-changing my experience was working with Christian. He is absolutely dedicated to supporting me and was so generous with his knowledge as a certified organizer and also an incredible human being as well. We had a huge project to undertake and he helped me clear my storage, pack my house, downsize, relocate and set up my new home. From start to finish it was an ongoing arduous journey and he kept a very caring, understanding, filled with kindness and support that was needed during a vulnerable time of uprooting. I even recommended him to my new community manager and her staff so that he can continue to serve his mission to make a difference in people's lives who are in need of help in this area. He even recommended a very reliable mover called Titan and I am so grateful. I wish I could give him and his organization more stars because it does take a certain compassionate disposition and strength to be able to do this work and he does it with such a positive attitude.
