After leaving my shelves still had a layer of dust in my bathroom tub the shelves hadn't been wiped, the toilet had mold in 2 days and there were streaks all over my windows and several other items that required minimal effort beyond just wiping the surface. I reached out to the company, providing pictures immediately after their people left, and I realized how poor quality cleaning I received. They initially offered me a very small discount ($30) off my next cleaning and then rescinded that discount saying that their team did clean after talking to them. Taking their word vs photographic and video evidence and said I didn't pay for a deep clean. I've never had this issue with any other company. Simply dusting and wiping basic services has always fallen under a basic cleaning. If it doesn't, what do they even do?! BEWARE of this company.

The movers brought their own supplies despite being told to use mine (which were the same), and I did not authorize or request any additional materials--yet I was charged for them. About two hours into the job, they stated they were out of boxes, even though I still had boxes available. When I said it was okay for them to stop and leave at that time, they refused, stating there was a four-hour minimum, which directly contradicts the one-hour minimum listed on Thumbtack at the time of booking. In addition, Rosemarie provided information to me directly that later turned out to be untrue, which further added to the lack of transparency around the service and billing. Despite the job lasting under two hours, I was charged $747 for four hours, none of which was disclosed or agreed upon in advance. After raising these concerns, the company refused to offer any refund or adjustment. Based on the lack of transparency, misrepresentation of terms, refusal to stop at the requested time, and unwillingness to resolve the issue, I cannot recommend this company. PS...They boxed a cell phone in a box with knives and screws who packs like this!

Overall, very reasonable pricing in comparison to some of the other quotes I received. Definitely not the cheapest (and also not the most expensive), but they pride themselves on quality of work - so you pay for what you get. Within 24 hours of my initial quote request, they had me scheduled, and had their handyman, Carlos Hernandez, out to complete the job. Carlos was professional, courteous, and did a fantastic job. When he arrived, he briefly scoped the job, measured, and explained what he needed to do/roughly how long it would take him. From there, he went out to get the necessary parts and returned within the hour to complete the job. He cut the trim to length in my driveway, installed the trim, and caulked within 45 minutes. Frankly, the new trim Carlos installed looks even better than the original! I would highly recommend Carlos and the Response Crew team to anyone in need of general handyman services. While I only used them for this small job, they will definitely be hearing from me again for other work to be done!
