Rhonda (business owner) genuinely cares about her clients and making sure everything is done right. Her team is talented, professional, and kept the workspace remarkably clean throughout the process (which we really valued). They also didn't just wrap up and walk away, Rhonda made sure every item on our punch list was completed and followed through on the finishing touches. We absolutely love our new space and recommend Rhonda to anyone looking for someone who is hands-on and fully committed from start to finish.

We had been to Home Depot and Lowe's looking at peel and stick tile which we found would not work. He suggested mosaic tile would work and that they could do the project. He said to go pick up mosaic tile at whatever big box store we would like so we went to Floor Decor and discovered a stone pattern that we really liked. Tyler's guys came over and did a immaculate job and transformed our blasé fireplace into a piece of art. Everything went so smoothly and so well you would never know these guys were even in our house. I can't say enough positive about Tyler and 123 Remodeling. If you're looking for any type of interior design or interior home improvement project don't make the mistake of not calling Tyler at 123 Remodeling . You can rest assured if there's any other interior design going on in our house, he will be the person to do it. We have one final step to complete, which is the application of a sealer/enhancer that will make it pop. I will post the final photo once that is completed.

The first was accessorizing the built in around our TV and other little spots in our Great Room and secondly was our kitchen nook. The work began with a thorough in-home consultation where we looked over the space and mapped out what I envisioned and how she could help. Almost immediately there after she began sharing images of different pieces in different prices that could work together - in ways I couldn't have done on my own. If a selection wasn't what I had in mind she quickly offered options. Lauren's communication throughout the process was great and when there were delays due to manufacturing or shipping she kept me updated so I knew the progress of the projects. Funny how fabric on a 6-inch swatch looks totally different on a large sofa. After many arguments and fruitless hours looking for just an area rug, we were left with only three options. 1. Divorce with a custody battle over who had to take the furniture. 2. Take up smoking so we could accidentally set the sofa on fire. 3. Hire an interior designer. The least costly of the three. We went with the latter, and it was the best decision we could have made. I found Suzanne on a Google search, not the preferred way to find a designer, but we lucked out. She is flexible and will provide as much or as little guidance in the design process as you would like, anything from just a consultation on paint color to actually shopping for and purchasing the furnishings, the route we chose. Suzanne is fast, too. Within a week of getting our painting completed, she had purchased and arranged for delivery of all of our new furnishings (she also used what we had already bought). We were not allowed to see the room until it was completed, just like on HGTV. I used to think the shocked look on the homeowner's face was well-rehearsed, but my husband and I could not believe it was the same room! And although we had the option to return anything we did not like, of about 30 items she chose for us, which included everything from furniture and accessories to lighting and artwork, we returned one piece. And this is from someone who thinks they need self-check return lines. She was always mindful of our budget, which was probably pathetic by Scottsdale standards, but you can't tell by the finished project (I have posted a couple photos). She also offers redesign services, using your existing stuff in new ways. As for the area rug, we love what she chose. Unfortunately, so do the two destruction machines that sneak out every night to claw it. We're hitting PetsMart this weekend for devices to scare the crap out of them, wait I don't need that on the rug either! I'm sure the puking on it will come sooner rather than later.

She was excellent from start to finish, offering excellent communication, fair pricing and always arriving on time for every single appointment. She also provided amazing referrals for the work that was done. At her recommendation the construction work was performed by M3 Remodeling, they provided outstanding work at a competitive price. Work done included removing a wall separating two rooms, converting the fire place into a very eye catching feature, new floors, full master bathroom transformation, furniture for the entire home, new artwork and more. I am completely thrilled to have worked with Suzanne, and would highly recommend an initial consultation with her to see if her services can be beneficial.

Laurie jumped right in with lots of good ideas and a cheerful and supportive attitude during what was, for me, a very sensitive time. The approach she took was a combination of internet listings for big pieces and 3 garage sales for things that could be easily carried away. Set it Straight Home Organizing netted enough money to help cover the many expenses involved with this kind of move. To say I was satisfied would be a gross understatement. I wish if i could have read the review Cindy got from someone here before I hired her for upgrading…read moremy house. I 101% agree to whatever the lady in the earlier review mentioned and experienced it everything first hand myself. She should rename her company to SCAM Remodelling. I had several things done from her like redoing of backyard patio, interior painting of walls, doors and baseboards, outdoor paint, cabinets repaint, quartz slab in kitchen. Out of all these none of the jobs went without any headache. Everyday was a pain as she would just say oh I am not covering this because I already paid out of my pocket. She does not give any advance to her workers and would hire the cheapest people out there to maximize her profits, she would say oh this guy is fantastic and has worked for more than 10 yrs with her its all a big LIE. Then when the job gets completed obviously with some issues she would just shrug it off and blame it on me for not paying enough and the worker who she hired and say oh he never does that dont know why he did this way. She does not care whether the work is done upto the mark as promised before or not. As an example she got the patio/pool deck quote for 3.5k and we talked about redoing everything and not repairing and she agreed with the quote. Her guys did the repair and so when I raised why its not redone entirely as the cracks were still visible the guy who did it says he was not told to do so. At this point this lady also did not care. For interior paint, doors and baseboard job she quoted me 10k(1537 for material, 2400 for 16 doors, 2035 for baseboards, 4050 for painting walls) total and that was such a pain i could not elaborate. Right from the timeline , to who she hired , materials, quality everything suffered. The quality of paint the guy did on walls and doors is all terrible, then comes baseboards where painting and all was included but she said she wont be able to cover it in the cost. For those costs to cover she gave some random numbers on baseboard labor needed for my basement($2000), in reality it was only 60 linear ft and for that she quoted me massive 2k. For kitchen quantz slabs she asked me to pay taxes on them which I did but then said to his worker that since I did not pay taxes he will have to cover it, she plays double games like this and makes me bad infront of their workers as if I did not pay. Even after I paid her in full for everything she did not pay her workers on time and that led to them contacting me and making me look bad as if i did not pay them. She just comes and looks at the job and randomly quotes a number and then tries to find someone. It does not matter to her how the job is done. Then she pays very little to her workers and makes all the money for herself. At the end everyone she hired for work came to me asking me for more money because she hardly paid them as she had to make most of the money herself. No one wanted to work for her again as they got harassed by her. STAY AWAY FOR THIS LADY AS SHE IS A BIG SCAM . SAVE YOURSELF HEADACHE AND YOUR MONEY.

She originally quoted me 2 weeks for my project, 3.5 weeks later and not a single piece of the project is actually complete. My kitchen is in shambles, my master bathroom is half done, my guest bath hasn't even been started. She ripped off us and all the contractors she hired. She originally quoted us $30K for a project that quickly became $60K. I had to create my own spreadsheet to summarize all the charges because she was unable to ever estimate the total project cost after asking multiple times. Everyday there was a new fee or charge we were going to have to pay. She told me for one of our contractors that she was taking nothing off the top which was lie once I talked to that contractor. For another one of the contractors she was trying to convince me she was paying extra as a favor, meanwhile she was making 30%. She won't tell you her personal fees, she will say she takes very little and gets paid at the end but what she's really doing is adding 30% to every one of her contractors pricing and random materials adjustments claiming it's their price. Asked multiple times for an invoice for the material she bought on my behalf for my countertops. Never got one (pretty sure she negotiated herself a discount there and kept my money). She's got multiple ROC violation/complaints already (see pic), we're filing another. She throws her contractors under the bus convincing you they are the liars not her, trying to make you the bad guy to those contractors and pinning them against each other. She went thru 3 fabricators trying to maximize her profit (my price never changed) while delaying my project. Every contractor and vendor we worked with were willing to share their experience when she wasn't present and proved me right in my assumptions on what she was doing and lying about and they all have zero respect for her. It's pretty telling. Don't be her next victim. Cindy - take my kitchen photos off this page.
