The men were meticulous. They took great care taking the furniture out of the house. Watching and being very careful of any damage to the walls and doors. Bringing it in to our new place was excellent. Paid close attention where we wanted it all placed. The one item above all else not to damage was my very expensive wine cabinet. They assured me it was in good hands. Of course, one panel was cracked significantly. The delivery people obviously saw the damage and said nothing. Spoke to one of the owners. He was completely unconcerned and unhelpful. Totally unprofessional. If you like to gamble, hire this company! The truck that packs your house may not be delivering your belongings. In my case, they store it and transfer it to another truck. The truck arrived at my new location 1 day early( I was supposed to work that day!). The driver arrived with NO movers, NO dolly! 3 hours later, they arrived as they had hired people from the street to move my belongings. Not being professionals, they were actually quite careless! All my art pieces were not in the truck, incredibly stressful day, and they acknowledged they had moved the art to a different place in their warehouse. Worked with Flynn to set this move up - - I just needed 3 guys to load my household goods into a rental van as I was moving out of state. I had arranged for 3 guys, however, only 2 showed up. It took longer than expected, but my bill was adjusted accordingly. Tristan and Lawson did a great job wrapping my furniture in blankets, then shrink wrapping it to ensure there would be no damage. We found this company for our move in April when most of the other companies we searched did not have any availability on the days we were looking for. Their reviews seemed fine and contact with them was prompt. Here is the breakdown of our experience with them. Pros: Movers were nice and professional in their attitudes. Communication with the company was pretty clear in setting up the appointment and they addressed damages promptly. Cons: Movers worked very slow. Had three movers and we were moving about 15 medium to large furniture pieces from a two story townhome into a storage unit in Scottsdale, about 10 miles away. We have used several moving companies over the years and this one by far worked the slowest and took far longer than estimated and ended up costing much more than expected. There were wall dents and damage in the process of moving. The company dealt with it but never had this happen before. Also, the movers barely wrapped up pieces in plastic wrap and our mattress was stained and got very dirty as they dragged it unwrapped on the floors. Overall, we would rate this company about 2.5 stars. Communication was prompt and the movers were nice, but they worked so slow and ended up costing so much more than expected. read more

Beware- this moving company lost about 20% of our belongings. They blamed it on one of their employees. It has been 17 months now and they have not replaced or recovered our belongings. The Gentlemen were prompt and did a phenomenal job with assisting my family with our move. From the initial meeting up to the end of the process. They were very careful with packaging the furniture prior to the move and did it all with no problems.
