These movers are the best: professional, efficient, careful, hard working, pleasant. I was very pleased.

In 2024, I filed a BBB complaint about Moving At Ease. On March 14, 2023, they brought in a second truck and additional crew members without my approval, increasing the cost of my move. After arriving at my new condominium, my cat became temporarily misplaced. I asked the movers to stop while I searched because I could no longer supervise the move. Instead, they loaded a substantial portion of my belongings onto their trucks and removed them without my knowledge or authorization. Those items were supposed to remain in my condominium, not be taken to storage. I never requested storage, signed a storage agreement, or authorized storage charges. After I filed my BBB complaint, the company claimed I owed approximately $4,000 in storage fees. I never received a storage invoice, billing statement, demand for payment, or any documentation supporting those alleged charges, and I dispute that I ever agreed to storage. For years, I tried in good faith to recover my belongings. Despite repeated emails and requests, I was never provided with documentation supporting the claimed storage charges or explaining the authority under which my belongings were retained. As late as August and September 2025, I was assured my property was "safe and secure." I relied on those assurances, only to later receive an email from the owner stating that my belongings had been donated without my knowledge or consent. Among those belongings were my dearly loved late mother's cremated ashes, irreplaceable family heirlooms lovingly created by my parents, treasured photographs, jewelry, personal records, and other priceless possessions. I continue to request a complete accounting of what happened to my property, including when, where, how, and under what authority it was disposed of. I encourage consumers to carefully review all documentation, ask questions, and proceed with caution before hiring this company. read more

The estimate for my move was $2128,05. The final cost was $4590.13 plus I had paid $100.00 as a good faith and to reserve the date. So the total charge was $4690.13. I had packed up everything from the kitchen as well as about 15 small pictures. I had also sold two large pieces of furniture, so I thought that maybe it would be less than the estimate. WAS I EVER SURPRISED!!! If you get an estimate from this company be sure to include a clause that the total cost would not exceed a certain amount. Since I was charged well over twice the estimate what is to prevent them from charging any amount they desire? I also had damage to my grandfather clock to the cost of $300.00. read more

We needed a couple of extra hours , but we also had them take a lot of furniture and stuff to charity shops and we changed our minds on a few things. The crew never gave us side eye, although we deserved it. Please use them, you won't be sorry! read more

We are a repeat customer. This company trains their people quite well. The guys they sent for the move were very professional and personable. To top that they were all very efficient. Moving At Ease provided very efficient, timely and professional moving experience, from the office support staff to the moving team as well, and they got the multiple location move done in 3 hours that my son said would have taken us double or triple that time to move and a big time saver there-:) read more

After a miscommunication on MY part, Moving at Ease was able to at short notice pivot and send a team on an emergency-based move for us. The gentlemen conducting the move were professional, courteous and went that 'extra mile' to ensure this move happened efficiently and very neatly. Thank you so much! Highly recommend this company. read more

Major shout out to the Moving at Ease crew (Tristen, Djimmy, Johnathan, and Jeremiah) who handled our move this morning. From our first contact with Isaiah, these folks were polite, professional, and personable, even with a minor schedule change. We endorse and recommend them without any reservations or hesitation. Great job, guys! We would use them again in a heartbeat. read more

Experienced a great move with Moving At Ease. The guys were on time and handled my furniture with care and professionalism. They also did a great job uninstalling and then reinstalling my big screen television. And on top of all that they were courteous and friendly all day. And they finished the job within 15 minutes of the original estimate. Great company. read more

The men were meticulous. They took great care taking the furniture out of the house. Watching and being very careful of any damage to the walls and doors. Bringing it in to our new place was excellent. Paid close attention where we wanted it all placed. And the one hiccup where we wanted a sofabed ( which I should take the blame) was like putting a square peg in a round hole. But they got it in the room with patience and persistence. Highly recommend them, read more

The guys were great as always! Super efficient, on time, and very friendly! Always recommend Moving at Ease very highly!

These guys were great. They were friendly ready to work and very strong. Quite impressive. They moved heavy furniture all around our two story house as we wanted them to do. read more

The one item above all else not to damage was my very expensive wine cabinet. They assured me it was in good hands. Of course, one panel was cracked significantly. The delivery people obviously saw the damage and said nothing. Spoke to one of the owners. He was completely unconcerned and unhelpful. Totally unprofessional. The final price on delivery was significantly higher than the quoted estimate. Again, same owner never followed up on my request to revisit the difference in quote & final amount. read more

If you like to gamble, hire this company! The truck that packs your house may not be delivering your belongings. In my case, they store it and transfer it to another truck. The truck arrived at my new location 1 day early( I was supposed to work that day!). The driver arrived with NO movers, NO dolly! 3 hours later, they arrived as they had hired people from the street to move my belongings. Not being professionals, they were actually quite careless! All my art pieces were not in the truck, incredibly stressful day, and they acknowledged they had moved the art to a different place in their warehouse. The art arrived at my place 2 weeks later and 1 irreplaceable piece is gone, vanished, disappeared! HIRE THIS COMPANY AT YOUR OWN RISK! read more

The guys that facilitated my senior parents did such a great job today! They worked fast and very efficiently! As daughters, helping a tough transition for our parents we were quite stressed and are so pleased and very satisfied with the job they did. read more

I have worked with Moving at Ease for over 10 years in Senior Living and I am still using their services for my clients! They always prove to be competent and a great value when it comes to moving seniors out of their home and into their new senior living community. Many of these clients have been in their homes for many years, and a big move like this takes a moving company that is professional, courteous and timely. My clients depend on them to pack up their house with care and also put their new home back together. Lisa and her team will make a house a home again with services they provide such as putting away dishes, hanging pictures and even making the beds! I have never had any complaints from my clients about Moving at Ease. Dan, Charlie & Flynn are great people and a have built a great company and I would recommend them for any move - big or small! Worked with Flynn to set this move up - - I just needed 3 guys to load my household goods into a rental van as I was moving out of state. I had arranged for 3 guys, however, only 2 showed up. It took longer than expected, but my bill was adjusted accordingly. Tristan and Lawson did a great job wrapping my furniture in blankets, then shrink wrapping it to ensure there would be no damage. Every square inch of the moving van was utilized, saving me from having to rent a tow-trailer. Great company to deal with! read more

Michael, Bernie & Nick were the Best. They went above and beyond. Very hard workers and very quality work. We thought the value was very fair. We would definitely recommend for your move. read more

I assumed these movers seemed capable of the job, and I knew of them through my work. Numerous pieces of furniture including an antique family rocking chair were broken. Some items are easily replaced and others are irreplaceable. Would not use them again. read more

I worked with Isaiah during the quote phase and he was very efficient, helpful, and easy to communicate with. The bid was for 2 guys, one truck, and some materials. We were moving my parents from a 2 bedroom apartment in Scottsdale to a 2 bedroom senior living apartment in Central Phoenix. The guys were on time, clean-cut, good communicators, efficient, and polite. They even took special care with my Dad's favorite chair. I highly recommend Moving At Ease for all of your moves and especially for a company that knows the ropes at the Senior Living places. Reasonable pricing too! read more

When you try to select a moving company, it is really a gamble. So, when we decided to sell our house and move into an independent living facility, we had to try our luck at selecting a moving company. WE WON! The folks at Moving At Ease are absolutely great! Not only are they professional and friendly, they are meticulous is their packing and moving methods. Every item is treated as if it is their own. We had nothing broken, missing, or damaged. And, they disassemble and reassemble items like beds, etc. If you are looking for a "bottom line" comment, their quote was very reasonable. They provide their own boxes and truck. Their cost and time estimate was accurate. There were not surprises. Finally, I would not hesitate to recommend Moving At Ease to any of my family or friends. They are stand-up people. read more

This is my third time with these guys. Each time different things to do: big move in, big shuffle around, big move stuff to storage and elsewhere. All three times top notch: flexible, personable and competent. They're great! read more

We found this company for our move in April when most of the other companies we searched did not have any availability on the days we were looking for. Their reviews seemed fine and contact with them was prompt. Here is the breakdown of our experience with them. Pros: Movers were nice and professional in their attitudes. Communication with the company was pretty clear in setting up the appointment and they addressed damages promptly. Cons: Movers worked very slow. Had three movers and we were moving about 15 medium to large furniture pieces from a two story townhome into a storage unit in Scottsdale, about 10 miles away. We have used several moving companies over the years and this one by far worked the slowest and took far longer than estimated and ended up costing much more than expected. There were wall dents and damage in the process of moving. The company dealt with it but never had this happen before. Also, the movers barely wrapped up pieces in plastic wrap and our mattress was stained and got very dirty as they dragged it unwrapped on the floors. Overall, we would rate this company about 2.5 stars. Communication was prompt and the movers were nice, but they worked so slow and ended up costing so much more than expected. read more

Best local movers in Scottsdale and beyond! These guys are not only kind and fast, they are super awesome at packing and moving and unpacking for you. They even stopped at a few stores to pick up purchased items for my new apartment. Can't thank them enough. They work fast, but are so professional and careful with all of your belongings. Will use again for all my moving needs. Flynn the owner is fantastic! Thank you! read more

These guys make the move very, very easy. Probably why they named it 'Moving at Ease'. Our move didn't take quite as long as we estimated. So, they came in under their estimate and charged me less. I know, that's what should happen. But, how often does it really happen? It certainly speaks to the honesty and professionalism of the Company. I'd heartily recommend Moving at Ease to anyone. Great job and thank you! read more

Beware- this moving company lost about 20% of our belongings. They blamed it on one of their employees. It has been 17 months now and they have not replaced or recovered our belongings. Their was also a lot of damage to our furniture that was not repaired adequately. Their communication skills are poor- rarely returned our calls. We are very unhappy.... read more

Just WOW !! from the first phone to get a bid until the furniture was packed and delivered was a wonderful experience. Communication was great on when they would arrive and everything they would do.
