Rustin and his crew just installed new engineered hardwood floors in my house. They worked very hard to get total of seven areas done in five days. When I started with my request to homeadvisor.com, Rustin was the first one to respond, and came to my house for measurement, and provided me with very good pricing on installation. When he and his crew, Sergio, Carlos, Dustin and David started the job, they were always on time, professional, very careful while moving furniture, and paid great attention to details on installation while demonstrating wonderful craftsmanship. Rustin is very knowledgeable on wood flooring, and always tried the best to meet all requests from his customer. At the end they provided me a beautiful wood flooring product. They are very pleasant to work with. Not only Rustin and his crew did excellent job on installation, but also he offered me very good pricing on wood floor supplies, too. I highly recommend All Pro Floors and very happy to find the very best one to get the job done. read more

Website said they were open 9:00 to 4:00. We drove 40 minutes to view their products and when we got to the store (at noon) the door was locked with a sign to call. When we called, we got a recording. At that point, we turned around and headed home. This is no way to run a business!!! read more

I can't tell you what their service is like because I was turned down for a professional quote. I was asked when I was available and told them after 5 or weekends and his response was; Unfortunately those times don't work. You may want to try Floor N Decor as they have sales people who work odd hours. Rustin Ridenour I guess asking for different hours was out of the question or 900 sqft flooring replacement wasn't a big enough job. read more

Very helpful company - great with support with samples and seem to be expert on installation as well. They communicate well and follow up, which is remarkable in this day and age. read more

We received a recommendation for All Pro Flooring and decided to visit there showroom and view the products. They have a vast selection of beautiful flooring options. I was able to bring a sample home and it was a per match. Rustin, the owner, was very responsive and came out to the house to give us a bid. The bid was excellent and we decided to move forward with the project. The installers came and did a wonderful job taking out our existing carpet and installing our new laminate flooring! It is absolutely gorgeous! We couldn't be happier from start to finish with the professional of this family-owned business! 5 Stars!!! read more

All Pro Floors - New Closet Laminate flooring - Flooring Near Me - Phoenix, Arizona

Made the effort to go in to view samples/ask questions. Young woman who was there projected that she wished she wasn't! Very briefly answered questions, but was not helpful in any way. She did not offer information or act at all interested in us as potential customers. Very poor impression of the business as a result, and will not be using them. read more

Used All Pro Floors for our new house with new Vinyl planks. Rustin and his team were professional, clean, and courteous. Rustin worked with us as we were in middle of escrow and we appreciated his flexibility. Finished the job earlier than promised. Would def recommend and would use them again. read more

Great local company to work with. They were quick and reasonably priced. My floors look great! Rustin is very real and doesn't beat around the bush. This is my second review for All Pro Floors and Rustin, the owner. My 12 year old hickory floors were in need of removal of cleaning product build-up applied to the floors over the years. Rustin responded & came to my home quickly. He measured, explained what would need to be done sent a quote, which was more than fair. This job took Rustin longer than expected, I offered to pay additional due to extra time involved. Rustin would not let me pay any more than the quote. Now....my reason for this second review. Rustin worked much longer than he had expected to do excessive builtup. When he had completed the job I offered to put the furniture back in place so Rustin could get home to his family. Reluctantly, Rustin said "OK". While replacing the furniture, my helpers made marks on the floor!!!! I sadly contacted Rustin. His response was AMAZING! He graciously told me he would need to come to assess the marks on the floor. After seeing the "damage" he established he would need to remove the coating he had just applied and re-coat. Once again, ALL PRO FLOORS IS THE BEST! THANK YOU Rustin for going far and beyond what you signed up for! YOU CAN'T GO WRONG WITH RUSTIN AND ALL PRO FLOORS. read more

What a fantastic job they did on the new hardwood in our living room. We will use them next on our carpet on the stairs, and then they will put new hardwood on our landing. Very reasonable and fast. I highly recommend them for your flooring needs read more

All-Pro Floors was certainly the right way to describe our experience with Rustin and his professional crew. Being in another state in a transition time is not the best way to remodel a retirement home. We scheduled tile demo, materials, and product deliveries, from phone calls and emails, which was very uncomfortable for us. Rustin followed up with all the facts and concerns, so we had no questions about the process. The floor/baseboard install went very well. We will refer Rustin and his crew, to anyone outside the state, and in Phoenix, AZ for the PRO to call for ALL FLOORS you may need. Great experience, and a great job on our Vinyl plank Floors, from start to finish. read more

Where other installers BS'd me, and in Empire Today's case even broke contract, Rustin was honest, upfront and fair. A few of the other installers we spoke with refused to itemize their invoices, insisted we buy their product, and wound up wasting a lot of my time. Rustin was the opposite, he worked over text, was honest about what he could and couldn't do, and encouraged me to find product at the right price -- he even picked it up! Rustin and his team left the place better than when they found it, even helped me fix a sliding glass door. read more

I cannot say enough good things about Rustin, Billy, and the whole team. They did a FANTASTIC job and far beat our expectations refinishing our floors. I am so thrilled we decided not to put in new floors, we saved a ton of money and they look amazing. THANK YOU All Pro Floors! read more

We were very pleased with our recent install of vinyl plank flooring (1300 sq. ft.) by All Pro Floors. Rustin is the owner and was responsive from day one. His price was fair and explanation thorough. He promised AND delivered a prompt, courteous and detail-driven team to complete the job. Sergio and his partner exhibited the knowledge and experience - and worked well together as they moved along at a fantastic pace. Our flooring was done on the day promised, without any "shortcuts" being taken. They listened to feedback and made any necessary changes along the way to our complete satisfaction. They even helped my husband move several pieces of furniture when proven too heavy for me! Perhaps the highest compliment I can pay here is that we LOVE our new floors and are grateful for the positive attitudes these guys brought with them every day. It does make a difference. We've hired a number of contractors over the years, and none in recent memory come to mind as being more detail-oriented, pleasant or professional than this team at All Pro Floors - they were excellent. We would use them again, and highly recommend! Thank you again- AM & J read more

Rustin was amazing at returning calls and putting together an estimate and got back to me way quicker than any of the other flooring contacts I called. Price was right in line. Sergio and his crew arrived every time they said they would and even worked on Sunday. They got the job done and left no mess. I found them to be very competent and knowledgable and I feel like they went above and beyond to make everything look seamless. I am reallly pleased with the end result and would recommend them to anyone!! read more

This review is overdue! I contacted a few companies to replace carpet with laminate and either got the run around or were completely out of my price range. Rustin not only answered my inquiry same day, but he scheduled a time to come to my house and take measurements and walk me through the process. He was honest and reliable. He answered all my questions even on a Sunday. His team was great! They were knowledgeable, professional and personable. The job was done quicker than I expected and looked better than I expected. I am so happy how the floors turned out and would highly recommend Rustin and his team. read more

Rustin and All Pro Floors responded promptly to my quote request. My husband and I are so impressed with the service at All Pro Floors. We discussed replacing the carpet in our all of the bedrooms in our house with laminate. We had Rustin come out and less than a week later, we had an estimate and the project is complete. They were so accommodating with my schedule and even sent out an "extra" guy to work on less than 24hrs notice to be able to complete the project all in one day instead of 2. The installers that came were very professional and personable. We love our new floors and could not have asked for better installation and customer service! Thanks All Pro Floors Crew! You guys are awesome! read more

We bought a house that had old dingy carpet and orangish tile floors that really didn't match the contemporary style we were looking for in our home. I contacted several floor installation companies and had them submit bids based on the demo of the tile and installation of new laminate. Rustin with All Pro Floors came out to the house and measured everything. He came back with a bid that was well below each of the other bids I received and included additional work that other companies wanted to charge several hundred dollars for. The crew came in Monday morning and were great to work with. They worked quickly and within 4days had demoed all of the tile and laid over 1300sqft of laminate. The result is an amazing and beautiful contemporary look that we were seeking. Rustin made sure that everything was done to our satisfaction and even had the crew back a second time to address a section that had a gap in the subfloor. We couldnt be happier with the final result and would definitely recommend All Pro Floors to anyone looking for a great new look for their home! read more

There is only one word to describe the work performed by All Pro Floors. Perfection. They re-floored every square inch of my home. I hired All Pro Floors after firing another company. Rustin and his crew were always polite, professional, and on time. No detail was too great for them. They transformed my home from something that I was ashamed of to something that I am proud to show off to my friends. I am sure that Rustin and his crew increased the value of my home. read more

Rustin, and All Pro Floors, are awesome. Having met with approximately 10 flooring contractors, all of which had great online reviews, I will say, without a doubt, Rustin was the most thorough and professional. Beyond this, he identified an important problem which none of the other contractors saw; and, which ultimately would have cost us $10-15k of future repairs had we not repaired immediately. I would, without hesitation, refer Rustin to anyone looking for hardwood, laminate, or carpet. In fact, I just referred him to my parents who recently purchased a home in Fountain Hills. read more

All Pro recently refinished our wood floors. we had 20 yrs of wear and some water damage on our wood floor. After they finished, it looks brand new. We asked them to darken the color a bit and they were right on with coordinating the kitchen cabinet color and the floor, which abuts the kitchen. I would highly recommend and would contract with them again. They were prompt, timely, right about the drying time, courteous and efficient. read more

Just finished a floor install for my entire house, Rustin and the crew were awesome, very professional. My floors look great.
