There were chips, stains, discoloration, and even a spot where the enamel had worn through and it looked like rust. Very fair and accurate quote, and easy to schedule. I recently had all the cabinets in my house refinished by Edith and Yonathan, kitchen, laundry room and both master and hall bathrooms. They both did a fantastic job. I am so happy with how they now look. It looks like I got all new cabinets. The cabinets are so smooth and flawless. They even installed beadboard on my kitchen island. It looks great. Edith was so easy to talk too and so patient until I decided on a color. They both worked tirelessly until the job was done, in the time they told me it would be. Their prep work was the best I have ever had when hiring contractors. They covered everything and took extra care to add small rubber stoppers in extra places, to protect the cabinets. They wore masks, isolated the portion of the house they would be refinishing and ran exhaust fans continuously to limit our exposure to the chemical smells. We had 2 bathtub enclosures refinished over 2 days and both turned out fantastic. What a difference from our old yellowed fake marble that was 25 year old standard builder grade material. I had interviewed 2 other refinishers and picked Premium for these reasons: 1. They were licensed contractors, believe me lots of these refinishers are not licensed. 2. They did not required a deposit for our job. 3. They worked with me to find a mutually acceptable date. 4. They were reasonably priced. 5. They are genuinely nice people. Premium Surface Resurfacing It was an accident when I called Premium checking on a quote from another company. We were doing "a refresh" on our home of 28 years. We had done a lot of research on refinishing the original countertops, as we've always enjoyed the layout of our home. Premium provided a competitive quote, however, it was the customer service and attention that Edith provided that made it worth it. They were in our home for four days redoing the kitchen, a master bath to include a garden tub, and our guest bath. I am working from home, due to COVID-19. My home office is by the front door. Three of those days while I worked, they came in and out right next to me, I was able to continue to do my work with no interruption. This work was done at the end of our refresh and the care they took to tape, drape plastic and paper walkways was very much appreciated. I've never seen a crew that from the time they showed up, other than a short break for lunch, we're so focused on their work. All of that said, the finished product was beautiful.
