I've been so busy since Freddy did my resurfacing to write this review. But every time I step in my shower I'm so grateful. Freddy was great with communication, on time, set expectations on the process front he beginning and followed through on everything he said would happen, how and when it would happen. I wish others in the home remodeling industry were like Freddy. I true pro. He went above and beyond with his care and quality of workmanship. Thank you so much Freddy! read more

Our experience with Axa was excellent. Freddy was very personable and communicative. He showed up right on time and made our bathtub look brand new in less than a day! We were blown away. He took care of us during the whole process - he put sheets down on our floor and offered to wear shoe protectors, worked around some unique limitations we had, and set us up for success by giving us all the info we needed to care for our tub moving forward. He really seems to care about his work and his customers. We wouldn't hesitate to book him again. Thanks Freddy! read more

Freddy does good work. My shower looks terrific. I'm very pleased with the results...........................................

Excellent work. Two technicians. On time. Fast and efficient work. Masked off everything. Nice job with tub floor repairs. Answered all questions. Technician dealt with a couple of trips to Home Depot and capping off a leak due to an old handle cartridge that needed to be replaced. (No extra charge) Tub is from the 80's. Looks like new. The tub unit needed to sit for 24 hours prior to use. The fumes are strong as the unit is drying, but dissipate over a couple of days. We closed the door, left the fan on and put a towel under the door to keep the fumes from exiting into the house. Wonderful experience. Wonderful result. Definitely recommend without hesitation. Seriously considering having them coat my old Formica countertops. Still mulling it over. Hmmmm... read more

I waited 30 days to see when the tub was cured. It looks brand new! It's easy to clean, and doesn't show any dips or areas where water pools. We had several chips in a porcelain tub plus some staining. It also has a glass slab on the rim that had to be worked around. They did an awesome job! read more

We had this company resurface our very worn and old laminate kitchen countertops. We chose the birch bark stone fleck pattern, and it looks fantastic! It's as close as you can get to a true stone countertop look without paying the large price for an actual one. The guy who came out, Freddy, was incredibly diligent while paying huge attention to detail. He worked with care and was very efficient. He treated our house like his own while containing any mess caused from the job and leaving our home spotless after completion. Their communication was clear and responsive, and they were up front with the quote to get the work done which was very reasonable. We held off on getting this work done by them over a year ago due to some financial constraints, but when we did decide to pull the trigger, they still honored the original quote price they gave us from long ago. This also is a testament to their exceptional customer service and honesty. I would HIGHLY recommend this company for anything that you would like resurfaced. read more

I did an inexpensive remodel on an older bathroom in my home. I added a new vanity, new toilet, fresh paint, new mirror and new cabinet. It was bright and cheerful (minus the shower). The tub/shower was in good condition but had yellowed over the years. I called Freddie at Axa and sent him photos. He quoted a price over the phone for a refinish in Kohler white. I am 100% pleased with the outcome! It looks bright and fresh and works well with the other upgrades in the bathroom. Freddie was punctual, professional, and did a great job keeping my home from unwanted dust or odors from the product. If I could give him 10 stars, I would! read more

Second time hiring their services. Axa resurfacing is my new place to go for my resurfacing needs. They arrive when they say they would and overall do an outstanding job! I will let the pictures do the talking! I also like the fact that I do no need to be present. I just give them my address a way to get in and that is it! I have an older tub that had a small hole that was leaking to a neighbor below. I was looking to have it repaired as I'm not quite ready for tub replacing. It was done professionally and no one would know it had a hole before. After few months, a little scratch like thing appeared. To my surprise, it was repaired quickly and no charge. Very responsive, professional, on time and polite. I will get my entire tub resurfaced on my other bathroom. Saves time, hassle and money. I'm a customer for life! read more

I am obsessive with my research before hiring any company to complete work on my home. My search for a tub/shower resurfacing company was no different. After speaking with 8 different shops, I chose AXA Resurfacing. They had stellar reviews but there was something about the knowledge and friendliness of Freddie that swayed me to hire him. My instinct turned out to be spot on! From the first contact until he left after the work was done, Freddie was the consummate professional and one of the nicest persons I've ever hired. The resurfacing he did is impeccable! I looks better than new! He also explained the process in advance and covered the warranty and care of the tub/shower. I can't say enough good things about Freddie and AXA Resurfacing. Save yourself some time, I already did the research for you and you can not go wrong by choosing this company. read more

Axa Resurfacing, LLC. did a great job installing a new coating on my tub and grouted tile walls. My tenants did not like the upkeep necessary on cleaning the tub tile grout and asked for my help when the tub coating began to peel off. Replacement of the entire tub and installation of new fiberglass tub walls was $ 2,500 from a local plumbing company. This price did not even include any dry wall repair, if necessary. I decided to have Axa Resurfacing clean the tile walls and tub and apply a new white coating ( 3 year warranty ) for only $ 800. My tenants loved the finished product. Axa also applied a non slip coating on the tub floor so the tenants no longer have to put a mat down. Easy to schedule work and discuss details by texting Freddie or using Yelp to correspond. Highly recommend Axa Resurfacing for any project in your condo or home. read more

I highly recommend Freddy with Axa resurfacing. My tub had severe rust from water damage at the drain and overflow. I had multiple people come out and say the only option was a new tub. Trying to get someone to fix it took a long time and made it so the damage only kept getting worse. Freddy reviewed it, wasn't phased by the level of damage and reassured me he could fix it. He was a breeze to schedule with and showed up on time. I'd say it took from 8am until around 1-2pm for it to get completed. We did choose to leave the house due to me being pregnant and how strong the fumes were and felt comfortable leaving Freddy there alone. I should also say he did a great job at directing all fumes outside to lower the amount lingering in the house and by the next day the fumes were gone. Once completed, the tub I was once so embarrassed of looked like a brand new tub. It was amazing. I was reluctant to post photos due to hating how bad the old tub was but felt that was unfair to Freddy and wanted to show off his great work. After he completed my house we also scheduled him to resurface two tubs at my moms recently purchased house. Her house is just outside of the valley and he was willing to travel. He did both in one day and my mom loves them. Once again, we opted to not be at the property due to fumes and felt comfortable with this arrangement. Just had to provide Freddy with a way in. In regards to pricing I feel both times were great pricing. Especially given my house with the severe rust and the travel needed to my moms house. In comparing to other companies he was also cheaper and included a longer warranty. I would highly recommend. Thank you Freddy! read more

From start to finish my experience with Axa Resurfacing was incredible. Freddie knows how to run a small business because he was outstanding. Prices never changed, his responses were quick, and the work turned out amazing. My biggest compliment is this, originally we were going to refurbish my entire shower pan & tile. After Freddie reviewed the shower closer he suggested I only do the pan since the tile was textured and would likely look bad over time. To me when a business suggests something that helps the customer but lowers the amount they'll be charged that is a true sign of integrity. I highly recommend this company. read more
