I can't express enough how fantastic this company is. We have 3 bathrooms, a shower stall, our upstairs tub/shower combo, and our master garden tub. We debated how to update the old, original YELLOW cultured marble walls and fiberglass pans. Thought about ripping out and putting in tile, but didn't want to go through the mess and expense. The surfaces were in good shape, no damage or heavy stains, so I even considered getting a DIY kit and trying to paint them myself and I was nearly ready to do that until I started researching it more. Finally I looked around the pros to get estimates because the bottom line is that the only way to go is by spraying with pro level material and pro level experience. Which brings me to Freddy from AXA. I mean WOW WOW WOW. He was responsive to my Yelp inquiry, he was professional and helpful via text, and then also on the phone when I had questions. He got me on the schedule within a couple weeks to work around my work schedule. He explained what I should do to prepare, arrived right on time, super friendly and polite, efficient, clean, explained everything. And the end product is simply amazing!! My showers and tubs look brand new, WHITE, reflective, smooth and stain free. Words cannot express enough how pleased we are with everything. Sure, there was some strong smell but he vents out windows and after a few hours it goes away. They came back the next morning to reapply caulk, check everything, and put fixtures back on. And gives a 3 yr warranty. Freddy (and his partner) were hands down amazing and I will recommend them to everyone I know. Do not hesitate and hire this guy you won't regret it. We decided to sell our townhouse once the longtime tenant moved due to a family emergency. We hadn't seen the inside of the place for ten years and it was in ghastly condition. I couldn't be happier with the work Freddy did in my bathtub. I tried to do it myself A few months ago with a Home Depot kit. It didn't hold up well and looked bad. Plus it was a ton of work and messy. Freddy was able to help me right away. I can't say enough about how professional and friendly Freddie was. Not only that, he was either on time or a little early every time he visited. We had our tub and double sink resurfaced, and he was the only resurfacer that offered to initially come out and show us samples. Even though the samples were important, after decades of being in an industry where I referred contractors often, I know what to look for. One thing is that I have contractor's attention when we meet. I understand the need for small businesses to take calls (and that's OK), but Freddie did something most contractors are terrible at - He listened. Listening is one of the least learned skills, but Freddie is a master at it. He answered the questions I asked thoroughly. He was also very respectful of my house, probably more than I am (if you asked my wife). Even at the initial meeting Freddie insisted on putting on shoe covers before coming inside, and the work area was spotless after he left both days. Another thing is that I always stay alert for excuses. Freddie took responsibility for a communication misunderstanding - no excuses. The misunderstanding wasn't a big deal, but Freddie's handling of it showed his character, and that IS a big deal. It showed me that he respects himself, his word, and his customers. And finally, the work looks great. Even though I still have to have fixtures installed before using the tub or sinks, the look has exceeded my expectations. And Freddie spent the time to explain how to maintain it, and the reasons for those recommendations. Even though he's probably given the same instructions hundreds of times, he didn't rush through them. Take it from somebody who's met a few very good contractors and hundreds of bad ones, contractors like Freddie are rare. And his prices are reasonable. I can't recommend him highly enough. read more

Freddy did an amazing job repairing and resurfacing my two bathtubs. One had a small hole and crack in it from the prior owner that had caused a leak and both were old and discolored. They now look brand new with no signs damage. He was so friendly, clean, made sure the floors all the way from the front door to the tubs were covered. You would never have known he was there. He provided info on how to clean them and what not to do to make the resurface last longer.
