I can't express enough how fantastic this company is. We have 3 bathrooms, a shower stall, our upstairs tub/shower combo, and our master garden tub. We debated how to update the old, original YELLOW cultured marble walls and fiberglass pans. Thought about ripping out and putting in tile, but didn't want to go through the mess and expense. The surfaces were in good shape, no damage or heavy stains, so I even considered getting a DIY kit and trying to paint them myself and I was nearly ready to do that until I started researching it more. Finally I looked around the pros to get estimates because the bottom line is that the only way to go is by spraying with pro level material and pro level experience. Which brings me to Freddy from AXA. I mean WOW WOW WOW. He was responsive to my Yelp inquiry, he was professional and helpful via text, and then also on the phone when I had questions. He got me on the schedule within a couple weeks to work around my work schedule. He explained what I should do to prepare, arrived right on time, super friendly and polite, efficient, clean, explained everything. And the end product is simply amazing!! My showers and tubs look brand new, WHITE, reflective, smooth and stain free. Words cannot express enough how pleased we are with everything. Sure, there was some strong smell but he vents out windows and after a few hours it goes away. They came back the next morning to reapply caulk, check everything, and put fixtures back on. And gives a 3 yr warranty. Freddy (and his partner) were hands down amazing and I will recommend them to everyone I know. Do not hesitate and hire this guy you won't regret it. Thank you Freddy and AXA I am so glad I didn't try this myself! read more

If you need a bath tub refinished, I can't imagine a better company to do the job! From the first point of contact to the project being completed, they were incredibly professional, clearly communicated everything, showed up on time and completed the resurfacing project "PERFECTLY". Freddy did a beautiful job refinishing our shower pan and garden bathtub. I highly recommend him. You won't be sorry!

We decided to sell our townhouse once the longtime tenant moved due to a family emergency. We hadn't seen the inside of the place for ten years and it was in ghastly condition. The bathrooms were in such bad shape that my husband thought they should be gutted. We were overwhelmed at the cost to renovate but then I started researching our options on how to restore this once lovely place. It was embarrassing to even meet with tradesmen. Axa Resurfacing assured me he could tackle resurfacing the two tubs and tile surrounds and told me that sometimes it's the ugliest worst jobs that turn into the best "afters". Freddie did a phenomenal job. We added new fixtures and the tubs look brand new and beautiful. We listed our townhouse on a Friday and it was under contract by Sunday. I am so thankful to have found Axa Resurfacing. It was an affordable and perfect option and Freddie was a dream to work with. I use Yelp consistently but haven't been a reviewer~ it's the least I can do to show my appreciation for an excellent job. Now we are one of Axa's gorgeous "afters" and the "before" is a distant memory. read more

My bathroom shower/tub was resurfaced back in January and the work was excellent, it looks way better than I would have ever imagined. Now, several months later, I wanted to ensure that I was using a hard water, soap scum cleaner that would not damage the finish. The team at Axa responded immediately to my questions and said the cleaner would be fine. They were correct, made the refinish and my glass enclosure look great. read more

I couldn't be happier with the work Freddy did in my bathtub. I tried to do it myself A few months ago with a Home Depot kit. It didn't hold up well and looked bad. Plus it was a ton of work and messy. Freddy was able to help me right away. Was quick to respond and made sure he knew my time table and worked quickly to make sure my bathroom was ready for holiday guests. Better yet I'd was ready for use in 24 hrs. The whole bathroom looks so much better now almost as if brand new. Highly recommend Freddy and his work. Do yourself a favor and just hire a professional. It will save you money in the long run. read more

I am very pleased with my tub/shower refinishing. Freddy made my old yellow fiberglass tub/shower look brand new. My cousin, who met with Freddy, said he was very professional and conscientious. Glad that we called and had our shower done by Freddie. Not only was he on time but he was able to get the job done as stated! We love our tub and are no longer embarrassed to have people use it. When we purchased our home not 2 years ago the tub looked as though it was new. Upon moving in and using it we discovered that it was painted and not done properly and chunks were peeling rust was showing and well it was not pretty. We decided that putting in a new one was just not in our budget however, once I contacted Freddie with some pictures he quoted me, scheduled me, and the rest was history! Reasonable, professional, explained the process, cleaned up after everything, and worked with us step by step. You will not regret giving him a call. We have a great tub now and have finally been able to soak our tired muscles! Thanks Freddie read more

I can't say enough about how professional and friendly Freddie was. Not only that, he was either on time or a little early every time he visited. We had our tub and double sink resurfaced, and he was the only resurfacer that offered to initially come out and show us samples. Even though the samples were important, after decades of being in an industry where I referred contractors often, I know what to look for. One thing is that I have contractor's attention when we meet. I understand the need for small businesses to take calls (and that's OK), but Freddie did something most contractors are terrible at - He listened. Listening is one of the least learned skills, but Freddie is a master at it. He answered the questions I asked thoroughly. He was also very respectful of my house, probably more than I am (if you asked my wife). Even at the initial meeting Freddie insisted on putting on shoe covers before coming inside, and the work area was spotless after he left both days. Another thing is that I always stay alert for excuses. Freddie took responsibility for a communication misunderstanding - no excuses. The misunderstanding wasn't a big deal, but Freddie's handling of it showed his character, and that IS a big deal. It showed me that he respects himself, his word, and his customers. And finally, the work looks great. Even though I still have to have fixtures installed before using the tub or sinks, the look has exceeded my expectations. And Freddie spent the time to explain how to maintain it, and the reasons for those recommendations. Even though he's probably given the same instructions hundreds of times, he didn't rush through them. Take it from somebody who's met a few very good contractors and hundreds of bad ones, contractors like Freddie are rare. And his prices are reasonable. I can't recommend him highly enough. read more

I can't say enough good things about the service and the finish. Both were impeccable! The job was done very quickly and professionally. Freddie is an outstanding customer service minded individual. Axa resurfacing did a great job throughout the whole process. I got a quote within a few hours of submitting the request. Freddy let me know when was on his way to my house and arrived right on time. He explained the whole process before doing the job and at the end provided some guidelines on how to clean and maintain the newly resurfaced shower/tub. He made sure to take his time prepping and made sure to leave everything clean once he was done. Also, they guarantee their work for 3 years. Very professional service. When I look for contractors to do work I spend a lot of time looking at reviews across multiple platforms to make sure ratings are consistently high. I have to say that AXA lived up to the high reviews. The entire team was fantastic. Quick responses, clear communication of the process, absolutely fantastic results (the bathroom looks brand new). Don't replace your shower or tub, just resurface it for a fraction of the price and it will look brand new. read more

I definitely recommend this company for anyone needing a tub/shower refinished. The company was extremely professional. They promptly contacted me, gave me an estimate based on photos and set up an appointment for the same week. The work was awesome, it looked like a new tub/shower! They covered up everything and contained the epoxy (or whatever they use) within a confined space. It definitely stinks for the first 12 hours, but getting a new looking tub/shower that quickly and for such a great price is well worth it. read more

Freddy a true professional in every way We hired on recommendation from a relative and had both bathrooms done by AXA Resurfacing.
