Javier and his Jackie are absolutely wonderful to work with. Great souls, good energy. Worth every penny. Javier completed the installation of our LVP and baseboards with absolute precision and exceptional care. Minimal waste. We are blown away by the quality of his work. I was hesitant to hire this job out for many reasons - but my concerns were squashed pretty much immediately. Considerate and kind people, excellent workmanship. JG Flooring - Vinyl and baseboard installation - Flooring Near Me

Javier installed approximately 600 ft of luxury vinyl tile. The quality of his work is excellent. He arrived and began work when he said he would. He prepared the floor properly before installing the tile. He moved furniture, installed baseboards, picked up materials and cleaned surfaces after completing work. We decided to fill in sunken living and bedroom with concrete and Javier assisted getting this additional work completed. He is very conscientious and provided a reasonable cost for the amount of work he performed. I would highly recommend him. read more

Javier gave us an excellent installation of hybrid flooring planks in our living room, family room, and office (about 900 SF total). Work included removal of existing floor planks, grinding of the concrete foundation for leveling, installation of the new floor, installation of new baseboards, and clean up and disposal of old planks and other waste. He had all of the equipment that he needed onsite, was courteous, knowledgeable, and just went about his work. He worked an extended time frame a couple of days and completed the project in 3 work days. His pricing for completing our project was less then half of the price of a competitive bid that we also got from somebody else. I would gladly hire JG Flooring LLC again in the future when our need arises. read more

After a company we had hired to install new LVP flooring throughout our remodel went out of business before the final floor was done, we found ourselves searching for someone to do the last floor in our tri-level. I contacted a half-dozen companies on Yelp, and after meeting with 5, decided to use Javier at JG Flooring for the job. One of the best decisions we ever made! Javier's work is meticulous , and he and his son, who was his helper, were amazing! I am very picky when it comes to the quality of the work, and I am blown away. His price was excellent, the work outstanding, and he always thoroughly cleaned up when he was done. If you are looking for amazing work, at a great price, by someone who performs like it's his own home, then do yourself a favor, and give Javier @ JG Flooring a call! read more

Vinyl plank flooring was installed very well. It was clear Javier was very experienced in this type of installation. He was very courteous and answered all of my questions. He also returned to complete installation after trim pieces were delayed in arriving for a week. Both he & Jackie were very responsive to any questions I had. I would certainly have him work on future flooring installation as well. read more

I found JG Flooring on Yelp, and based on the reviews I read, took a chance and hired them to install luxury vinyl flooring and baseboards in my son's condo. From the first phone call to the finish of the project, Javier and his wife Jackie were unbelievable to work with. Javier is not a flooring installer, he is an absolute craftsman. He is extremely polite, clean, and meticulous, and as I watched him proceed through the project, I can absolutely say that he did the work as if it was his own home. I am extremely picky and had no concerns with anything he did. He ran into numerous unexpected issues, was able to come up with creative solutions for every one of them, and only charged us a very small incremental amount over the initial quote. Their pricing is extremely fair, especially considering his talents. I would HIGHLY recommend using Javier to do your work. read more

Javier is extremely hardworking, polite, professional, and communicative. We presented some tricky repair work to him and he consulted with us honestly and openly, letting us know what direction he thought we should go. He is obviously very talented at what he does, but his pleasant demeanor, proactive communication, and exceptional work ethic separate him from the rest. He was able to use both his creativity and technical skills to address our repair needs beyond our satisfaction, and for a very reasonable price. I will definitely use Javier again if the situation presents itself! read more

After another flooring company flaked and did not show up we found JG Flooring on Craigslist. Jackie was informative and very friendly and polite. Very satisfied with Jackie and Javier!! As my boyfriend and I were moving into a rental house, we knew we wanted to get laminated wood floors and with the owner's blessing, we started our shopping for quotes and material. We found the material we wanted... Then came the quotes from TWO major home improvement stores.... WHAAAT??? Both quotes seemed quite exorbitant for 2 small rooms and we sure were not prepared to pay that much for a house that wasn't even our own!! So, I went on to Craigslist to try to find someone who could possibly quote us a better deal for the labor - and I am so glad I did! I found JG Flooring and gave them a call. Voicemail. Ah. Oh well... Left my information, not expecting much. But within 10 mins, Javier was calling me back! I explained to him our situation and how much were our previous quotes from the stores. He suggested that we emailed him their quotes, so we did. After about 45 minutes, he called us back and told us what we would ACTUALLY need and what was just useless items added by the stores to boost their sale. His quote was actually about 1/3 of the price we had previously received!!! We were able to retain Javier's services that same evening I originally placed the call - now, that is fast service. Javier did the job in less than one day, took care of everything (including hauling the old carpet), and did a beautiful job!! We were extremely satisfied with his work, prices, and professionalism. So much that we told him if we ever bought our own house, we want to hire him again! read more

I'm writing this review with all honesty because Yelp has pulled my reviews for my "too honest" reviews before. We found JG Flooring on Craigslist after another installer had backed out of a commitment.....we are so GLAD that he did. Jackie promptly returned our request for proposal and after acceptance, Javier and his team were at our house 4 days later to begin the job. What an amazing job they did laying almost 800 sq feet and installing new baseboards in about 1 1/2 days. When I couldn't be there on Friday, they moved the refrigerator back in place for my wife. The reviews in their Craigslist ad is 100% truthful and I will forever recommend them to anyone who tells me they're looking for wood flooring installers. I could not begin to thank Javier and Jackie enough for their fair pricing and professionalism. They are the best!!! Thanks again Javier, Jackie and the team!! read more

Javier did an outstanding job in laying out my new laminate flooring. His prices are very reasonable and he cleaned up perfectly. It was only a small job relatively but he did my two spare bedrooms and they look great. I have had other flooring done in my home by another business, but here is the difference. These people communicate perfectly. Thank you Jackie. You text, they text back within minutes and that sold me initially. I started the whole process (my initial text) with them last Tuesday. Monday afternoon my job was complete. I highly recommend them. read more

JG Flooring - Here's my finished product - Flooring Near Me

I found JG Flooring on Craigslist. I called late afternoon and Jackie called me back that same day. She set up an appointment the following morning to get an estimate. Javier arrived on time, answered all my questions and wrote me a quote. His prices were about half of the big name companies. He wrote out all I would need for the job. He also answered my calls 3 times from the flooring store when I was unsure about some things. He was very helpful. He did a wonderful job! Removed carpeting at no extra charge. Replaces baseboards. Cleaned up after himself and answered my questions along the way. It was a fairly big job, 3 bedrooms, hallway, stairs and landing, and family room on first floor. Multi day job and he worked around my schedule. I would recommend him! read more

We had some carpeting ripped out, and replaced the flooring with vinyl planks, including the stairs. Javier was so knowledgeable, very professional and did excellent work. He worked fast and we are very happy with the final look. The price was very affordable - much less than the big chains, so get his quote before going to the chains (where they will sell you stuff you don't need!!) . If we have need of flooring in the future, will not hesitate to use JG Flooring. Thank you Javier, and you too Jackie for your prompt response. read more
