After stating in messages that he doesn't ever want to see my husband again.. then proceeds to state that my husband and son can only be paid by him in person (for witnesses.) I wanted to keep it drama free so I've sent him Payment requests through Zelle, that way he can pay with a digital receipt through the bank (proof of payment) and he still refusing to pay. I even told him he could mail a check.. and didn't adress that either.. You dont need an audience to pay someone, you just need proof that you paid.. I offered all the ways to pay without confrontation and so that he could still have proof that he paid David Bieszk and John. I dont want my husband to meet up with him in person to get his check/payment owed, just to be antagonized into an argument for his so called witnesses. I just want him to pay my husband the $500 his owes him and the $100 he owes my son. read more

I can't say enough about the quality of Dov's work and his expertise and responsiveness. I hired him to build custom floor to ceiling book cases out of oak wood in my rear living room. He helped me figure out the best design, and the construction was pristine. Even before the shelving units were later stained, the raw wood and construction looked stunning. He is up front, fair in pricing, and punctual. He also is helping me scope out future additional projects that we discussed together while he was here. Beyond that, he threw in for free fixing a nuisance entry door that needed to be trimmed down and a new threshold installed. Dov did an amazing job for my remodel project. He created a custom radial door jam and installed it. These are very tricky to do and it takes a master craftsman to do it well . This store looks and operates beautifully. Install some bifold closet doors for me as well and also fix an exterior door that I didn't even know wasn't operating properly. Mr. Shapira is a rare find these days is a sea of flakey, overpriced, underwhelming craftsmen. We got his number from Heldt Lumber, called, and he responded, set up and appointment, and HE SHOWED UP! already impressed, showed us his work, he is well known in the historic community. I just had my new door installed by Dov. It's absolutely perfect. When other door makers told me their buds, I cringed. Dov quoted a very fair price. But the best thing?? He does the work and it is first rate. My door is heavy, a little larger than standard, and had custom made wood decorations on the front. Other door makers says they couldn't find the size so their quotes were beyond anything I could imagine. The door is heavy, all the trim is new and it fits flawlessly.
