Because of this, I didn't buy anything and probably won't be back despite some of the cool stuff. Side note, none of us were carrying purses, bags, or back packs. My autistic son did have his small fanny pack with his cell phone and drum sticks. I understand theft is an issue for many businesses, however nothing we did was suspicious creating the need to be followed the whole time. When I said it was okay for them to stop and leave at that time, they refused, stating there was a four-hour minimum, which directly contradicts the one-hour minimum listed on Thumbtack at the time of booking. In addition, Rosemarie provided information to me directly that later turned out to be untrue, which further added to the lack of transparency around the service and billing. Despite the job lasting under two hours, I was charged $747 for four hours, none of which was disclosed or agreed upon in advance. After raising these concerns, the company refused to offer any refund or adjustment. Based on the lack of transparency, misrepresentation of terms, refusal to stop at the requested time, and unwillingness to resolve the issue, I cannot recommend this company. PS...They boxed a cell phone in a box with knives and screws who packs like this!

They started working right away, and when they were finished after 6 HOURS of cleaning, the house looked AMAZING.
