Eddie was extremely friendly and helpful over the phone for our initial consultation. I explained to him that I had a lot of mess and just didn't know where to start. I was able to get an appointment the following week and they made sure their team arrived after my flight landed. Obie and Lena showed up and were incredible right from the beginning- especially since I had no idea where to start and was extremely overwhelmed with how disorganized and messy my apartment had become. They got right too work. We shared some great conversations and a few laughs. They were very diligent in getting all of my various bags unpacked and put away. Was happy with this company until they called me up out of the blue last year and said "Your cleaning fee is going up from $115 to $155. 35% increase and no explanation. Take it or leave it. I chose to leave and find someone else. I pay $150 to have my 3200 sf house in Chandler cleaned. Why would I pay more to have a house half the size cleaned? In my opinion, very bad customer service doing this to a customer.
