It is a challenging time, cleaning out the house out after the loss of a beloved family member. Due to the uncertainty of our time schedule due to the death, we cancelled the day before (23 hours before, to be exact). They charge $50 if you don't cancel within 24 hours. 23 hours notice, but they had zero sympathy and we are just out $50. Please be aware of these charges and the corporate nature of this company. We set it for a Tuesday and that morning received a call that they didn't have a cleaner to come but would find one for the afternoon. Then they called in the afternoon to say oops we couldn't find one. We rescheduled for Thursday 9-10. We were even told that they would clean at no charge since they failed to fulfill their service. However, on Thursday at 9:30 no one had come yet and when we called we were told that once again they didn't have a cleaner and would text back in 20 minutes with a plan. We NEVER heard back. At that point we called and canceled their services. This has been a very disappointing experience.
