Apparently it was a miscommunication with the person I spoke with originally. I sincerely appreciate the responsiveness and understanding. Great customer service, thank you! It is a challenging time, cleaning out the house out after the loss of a beloved family member. Due to the uncertainty of our time schedule due to the death, we cancelled the day before (23 hours before, to be exact). They charge $50 if you don't cancel within 24 hours. 23 hours notice, but they had zero sympathy and we are just out $50. Please be aware of these charges and the corporate nature of this company. (The silver lining is that we found a small cleaning business down the street who did an outstanding job.)

Was going through some details to see if they were interested in coming for a walkthrough to provide us with a free estimate. When I mentioned our NET30 payment terms the person hung up on me. There was no need to be hung up on, they could have been professional and said our NET30 payment terms didn't work for them.

After doing a lot of research to find a cleaning service I was happy to find Maidthis. However,…read moreonce scheduled it became a frustrating situation. We set it for a Tuesday and that morning received a call that they didn't have a cleaner to come but would find one for the afternoon. Then they called in the afternoon to say oops we couldn't find one. We rescheduled for Thursday 9-10. We were even told that they would clean at no charge since they failed to fulfill their service. However, on Thursday at 9:30 no one had come yet and when we called we were told that once again they didn't have a cleaner and would text back in 20 minutes with a plan. We NEVER heard back. At that point we called and canceled their services. This has been a very disappointing experience.

I received a deep cleaning as a Christmas gift and paid extra for windows…read more The first cleaner showed up in a weed shirt, was immediately rude (said "you gunna show me around or what"), and barely spoke. She skipped 2 out of 3 bedrooms, the living room, the loft, made only 1 bed, and cleaned ZERO windows despite the upcharge. Bathrooms were done well, and she vacuumed & mopped, but that's it. She left abruptly without a word - didn't check in, didn't say she was done, and forgot her tip. Just walked out the door while I was upstairs waiting for her to tell me she was done. The real problem: My brand new $300 AirPod Pros went missing after her visit. I've spent 10+ hours searching every inch of my house over the past week--drawers, couches, car, pockets, under furniture--and they're gone. I live alone and keep close track of my belongings. I have the case but the AirPods inside vanished. Given how she rushed out and barely did the job, I'm almost certain she took them when they were out of the case - either on my desk or nightstand. To the company's credit, they sent a second cleaner the next day who was phenomenal and completed everything the first missed. They were professional and responsive and got the tip I had for the first cleaner. I can't give a good review when I needed a second visit to get basic service AND my expensive property disappeared. Obviously can't prove theft, but the timing is hard to ignore.
