I just had my recliners, area rugs and bedroom cleaned by Valley's Best Cleaners. I am thrilled with the work that was done by their employee, Jesse. Jesse showed up on time and actually took pride in the job he was doing making sure to give extra attention to those traffic areas that need but rarely got the attention from other companies I have used in the past. Even though we live in a hot dry climate, because of his deep cleaning I was concerned about having a long drying time, but his extraction of moisture was so well done that I am pleased to say everything was dry within 3-4 hours. Initial interaction was pleasant. Timely and responsive. On the day of cleaning, cleaner was polite and prompt. The service, very poor. I had to question what exactly was done given the house looked EXACTLY the same. I ended having to take time off work to complete the move out cleaning which I was trying to avoid. I was told no refund was possible but finally was told that I would be reimbursed half of the job. This was stated back in January. It took until March to be refunded half the job. I should believe the previous Yelper's reviews. I don't know why would I think it's just an incident or misunderstanding. IT'S TRUE!!! The cleaning crew is horrible. If you have other choices, choose someone else. I normally don't post negative reviews. I know how difficult it is to run a small business. I'm trying to put myself in others' shoes. But I am sorry to say, this business owner should listen to Yelpers' feedback and hire better cleaners. I'm a realtor. I was looking for a new cleaning crew to work with. I spoke to Brian, he's in a professional manner and assured me they will provide excellent service. On the day of service, the cleaning crew text me before they arrive. When they arrived, they walk around and point out the area that needs to be cleaned. Then they told me it will take 3~4 hours. Really? With a vacant house that has previously been cleaned, all they need to do is just the dust. On top of that, they don't even have to worry about the floor because I hired the carpet cleaner right after the house deep cleaning. All they have to do is to clean 3 bathrooms & kitchen. I have used many house cleaners. For deep cleaning, 3 hours is plenty of time. Not to mention they don't have much to do at this house since it's still clean. When they finished cleaning the first bedroom, and master bedroom & two bathrooms, they told me things are moving fast, they are ahead of schedule. They might have extra time to sweep the garage floor. (that's 1.5 hours left) I thanked them and then leave them to keep working & went to another property. I guess this is the part that I did wrong. I shouldn't leave! When they call me to inform me the work are done, it was ahead of the scheduled time by 10 minutes. However, when I went back to check I found the kitchen is almost "untouched". How do I know? Because the water stains on the sink are still there. The crumbs on the kitchen counter still exist. The oven is still dirty. The sliding doors still have fingerprints. Tons of bugs still on sliding door rails. The glass in the master shower still has water stains. When I call the office, she told me it was because they ran out of time. Really? They told me they will only sweep the garage floor if they have the "extra time". The garage floor was cleaned, but not the kitchen? With 1.5 hours left on the clock, not enough time to clean the kitchen? The cleaning crews are dishonest. I will avoid using their service again. (P.S. this review is for house cleaning only. I would not trust this service if you are not going to be on-site during the clean because they may be inflating hours. I think other services that I have used in the past (Molly Maid and The Cleaning Authority) would have gotten the same clean done in less time. I spoke to Jen about my concerns. She was unprofessional and sometimes outright mean to me. She later reached out to me again to speak on the phone but I did not respond after being spoken to so harshly in our prior conversation. Prior to service We were looking for our area rug and stairs to be be cleaned. FYI we did not have any stains on the rug or stairs (house is under 1 year old). This is just a routine cleaning. Communication was great. We reached out about availability on a Sunday, Monday someone reached out and said they would be available to complete the job Tuesday between 9-10am. Day of service We received a text message that they were on the way at 8:47. Brian arrived at 9:50. Friendly person. No complaints. We showed him the area rug and stairs. He quickly began setting up. Please note: prior to the cleaning we moved the area rug out of the living room for easy access. Service The service provided was quick and efficient. We like that he didn't try to small talk. He wasn't rude in anyway. We could tell he was here to do his job and go. We appreciate that. We paid for the service and he was out the door by 10:20. Gregorio did a wonderful job at cleaning two tiles floors. The tile grout had a discolored build-up that other companies could not get out. Gregorio did an extremely thorough job. He got rid of the build-up, which made the tile look new again. Also, the office answers e-mails very quickly, and I was able to get an appointment within a few days. read more

I am so disappointed in the cleaning we had done. Two cleaners were here for 3 1/2 hours and I honestly don't know what they cleaned. I didn't even have them do three of our bedrooms, only the master bedroom is what I requested. I walked around after they left and couldn't believe how bad of a job it was. I don't mean to sound rude, but I just can't believe it. I'm baffled as to what they did during that time. NOTHING was vacuumed in the house. The Master bedroom wasn't touched. Not one piece of furniture was dusted in there. Master bathtub not touched. The shower was wet, but doesn't look like it was cleaned. Mirror not clean. Kitchen appliances not even touched. Smudges on them still. Counters not wiped. They did clean the oven somewhat as I had requested it, although not perfect. The floors look horrible. They were worse after they left than before. It looked like dirt streaks everywhere, as if they used a dirty mop. Even my 20 year old son said "what happened to the floors? They're all dirty." I used a Swiffer a couple hours after they were here because it was so bad and the pads were covered in dirt (see picture). I hired professional housecleaners because we were having a party and thought it would save me the time from cleaning. I basically had to do everything after wasting my morning. Oh, also I found it odd they asked me for a broom and if I had oven cleaner. I sent an email right away with my thoughts on the cleaning and attached pictures. I received a phone call later that day from the person in charge of the cleaners. She apologized and offered to send different cleaners to redo the job. I declined as I had things to do (with a party to finish getting ready for). She asked what I thought a good resolution would be and I said a refund. She said she'd talk to her partner and get back to me. A week after the cleaning I was refunded $100 ... not even half of what I paid. I am grateful for something at least, but still upset that I paid a lot of money for a service I did NOT receive. She also offered me a discount in the future, but I will not be using this company again. read more

I got this service for a deep clean move out on a 900 square foot apartment. Initial communication was good. I needed to give apartment back on a Tuesday so I was hoping to get squeezed in on a Saturday in case i had issues their would be time to address them. They said they would call me if any cancellations, but they had Monday available. I agreed for Monday. The morning of Monday I got called 20 minutes before the person was due to arrive stating the cleaner called out with covid. If the cleaner knew they had covid or were going to call out why would I be receiving a call only 20 minutes prior? At this point I really wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. Especially since I only had one day to get this apartment move out ready. I'm nine months pregnant, and cannot physically handle the cleaning at this time. This is why I got a cleaning service. They said they would find someone for the afternoon. I really got a gut feeling that I should've called around to see if anyone could squeeze me in on such short of a notice, but me not wanting to stress myself out waited on them to reply. I eventually got a text stating they were sending a cleaner that afternoon. I couldn't be there when the cleaner arrived first mistake. I later noticed on the ring camera that the cleaner walked in smoking Mind you this a smoke free community. No way that she would've known that, but who walks into a job smoking? That was the first impression she gave. She did her walk through and I received a call that the estimate would be for four hours. Anything after 3 is extra. I agreed, because at this point I just desperately needed it done. The camera was picking up a lot of activity I don't know if this lady would go have smoke breaks or what she was doing. I really was hoping that this would work out. She finally finished. Me thinking she was there four hours that's plenty of time to get a empty apartment cleaned didn't go and check until the next day 2nd mistake. The next day I go, and check the place is still not move out ready. She also took a broom, and a chair. The chair was placed there, because being this far along in my pregnancy I'm in a a lot of pain and sit when i need a break. The chair was there for a reason not for her to take. It's not so much the value of the chair but the principal. She could've asked if it was trash. The baseboards were not done. Stove and oven looked terrible with smudges. Counters were not done. Floors had scratches. Fans were not dusted. It was just an overall half a** job. I couldn't believe that this woman was there for four hours, and didn't get it done. She could've asked for more hours if that's what she needed. Unfortunately I was in such a time crunch that I had to hand over the keys the way it was. Who knows what I'll have to end up paying on my end. The person I was communicating with via text did offer for "Hannah" to go back. Why would I want the same person going back when she should've done it right the first time or have let me known that it wasn't enough time. I did mention the chair and broom was told that the chair was in her trunk. That normally for move outs they throw all the trash away clearly it was a brand new chair why wouldn't she ask? At this point I couldn't have her come over even if I wanted to. I couldn't go back and forth due to medical reasons beyond my control that occurred that day. I also mentioned that the cleaner was smoking on her way into the apartment. I was told it wasn't a cigarette but a vape like that's any more professional. Overall really disappointed in this company, and the way they handled it. It was a complete waste of money. Do not waste your time or hard earned money with them. read more

I have used Valley's Best for a couple of residential houses that I manage. Their response to requests for quotes have been very prompt. Recently I requested a proposal for a Move Out Cleaning of a rental house to get it ready to put back on the market. On very short notice, Nate was able to fit me in the next day. As the house was vacant, I gave Nate the code, etc. so the cleaner could get in. Sam the cleaner contacted me to let me know when she was arriving, and kept me informed through the entire process. Mistakes happen and Sam forgot some very minor items, however she remembered, told me about it, and was out at the house the very next day to take care of it. Sam even sent me photos of the house after the cleaning. Nate was even able to email me a link so I could pay with my company credit card. The entire process was very easy, saved me time, and was affordable! I would definitely recommend. If I can, I will add some photos that Sam sent me of the house after the cleaning. they responded quickly and were flexible to schedule a quick vacant home deep cleaning work. I had communicated what I need very clearly in writing too. Their lone cleaner showed up 10 minutes earlier than scheduled time and had assessed the estimates by the time I got there. However, the work she did was just below average! She didn't clean inside the cupboards, cabinets, closets, nor the over range. Window sills were left dirty and so were the ceiling fans. She didn't clean the washer, dryer nor the slab in the laundry. The showers were left dirty too. She didn't wipe the inside window glasses either. Baseboards were left dirty too. Right about when the work was getting done their company texts me to mention she can't get on step ladder due to liability insurance issues! Finally, during the walk through she said she could only clean the places she could reach out! My painter who had asked this cleaning prior to painting, is saying he has to pretty much redo everything before he can start repainting. It is costing me double. Since that was not our agreement I am demanding the company or yelp to arrange my money back. Stay away from this kind of low ballers who catch you with what looks like a wonderful price! read more

Customer service was good. I contacted them for a quote on yelp and they responded pretty quickly and gave me a good price, set my appointment just a couple days away. But the actual cleaning was just okay. I wouldn't recommend them and next time I'll try another company. There are obvious spots that were missed. I had 2 area rugs, an aisle runner and a toddler chair. The area rugs don't bother me as much as the toddler chair does. The whole point was to have it cleaned for my baby and now I have to have it cleaned again before she comes because it wasn't cleaned all the way. Also, the runner and one area rug are flat but the bigger area rug now has ripples all down one side of it that aren't going away. I sure hope they didn't permanently damage my rug. I'm going to give it a week and hope it flattens out, but it's not making any progress at this point. So, as it all stands right now, I would say use another company. read more

Recently needed to have a family members apartment cleaned. It was quite dirty. An appointment was set up by Brian. The cleaner who showed up was Paige Russell. She gave us an overview of what would be done. Paige stayed way beyond the initial estimate due to the condition of the place and continued to get the place cleaned. She worked most of the day and got the place cleaned. She did an outstanding job. Our final bill was a little more but less than I imagined. Brian and Paige did great work and did not try to overcharge us. We are so happy with this company that we are going to use them again in our own hose and recommend them to anyone looking for a great house cleaning service! read more

First time ever using a "profesional cleaning company", if that's what they consider themselves. Made an appt 2 weeks in advance for 1 person for 4 hrs and they didn't show up on time. Rescheduled (dumb me) and they were late yet again. Sent 2 cleaners for the "same price" but was told would need 3 hrs each... okay Fast forward, cleaners arrive for a "deep" clean baseboards bathrooms etc. Well deep clean I guess has many meaning due to baseboards not being touched nor did the dusting on the blinds or the ceiling fans. We were told by the crew they were new and only had been with the company a couple days (red flag) , but everyone deserves a chance right?!? Well bottom line is this cleaning was definitely not worth the money nor the hassle to have to reschedule. I will be looking elsewhere for my next clean. read more

Was linked up to this cleaning company through home warranty. Received courtesy call from Company to set up date/time of cleaning, explained coverage through warranty 1 1/2 of covered service. I agreed and stated if it takes longer to clean I would cover extra expense at their hourly rate. End of courtesy call. Cleaning person arrives on agreed time/date met by resident and verified through phone call special instructions. Those extra instructions were for ceiling fans, widows, and extra dusting. Well end result was 1 1/2 hours of cleaning excluding 2 bathrooms and 1 kitchen......When I contacted this company they said the resident instructed them to only clean for 1 1/2 hours only. In summary if you want this company to clean your house get it in writing your agreement of items requiring cleaning including time allotted. Obviously phone conversation and in person instructions are a bit complex. Also note that the customer in this instance was mistakenly misleading basically excusing the lackluster service according to their office staff. Hope this helps. read more

I got quoted for a deep clean. They were very responsive and timely with scheduling. The girl who showed up was very kind. I, however, do not feel what I received was a "deep" clean. I have dust on my blinds and banister when I specifically asked for those areas to be done. My counters and floors have spots that werent cleaned well. My house really isnt very dirty either which is why I am confused. The cleaner seemed very concerned with getting it done within 3 hours and to me that makes no sense. Either you have a flat fee for a service or you charge people hourly. I wont be using this company again. read more
