with over 44 years in the valley, this is the most thorough carpet cleaning I have ever gotten from all the different carpet cleaning companies I have used. Our hallway gets a lot of traffic and over the years most companies had a shot at it, but Robert really got out the deep down dirt that other companies only partially extract. Robert was intent on getting the carpet as white as possible until I explained that he was doing a great job and the carpet is a light taupe color and not white. The carpet is now 24 1/2 years old and still looks great after such a thorough cleaning. read more

From start to finish it was such a great experience. I cut it pretty close to Thanksgiving looking for a company to clean the carpets before family came to town. I took to the internet and yelp for help. I looked into four different companies and decided on Cranmore not so much for just pricing, but their quick response time and how friendly they were. They were precise on their quote and had an opening the day before my family would be in town which was awesome. The two gentlemen that came were right on time, looked over the areas I wanted clean, confirmed the price and were great at explaining the entire process. There were quite a few very hard areas with high traffic and such. They were completely honest thst they would most likely not be able to get out all the traffic marks but would try their best. I thought I had taken before pictures, but unfortunately they didn't save to my phones. My living room carpet was awful and was filthy from the kids. Everything came out so good. Even the high traffic area came out way better than I thought. They were even gracious enough to add a few small room areas with some spill stains for less than a full room because it was less than 200 square feet. If you're looking for great service, professional, friendly, and clean floors this is your place. read more

I used Cranmore many times after the flooring company I used stopped their carpet cleaning service. The wife who makes the appointments is so sweet. The guys who come out are super nice and do a great job. Honestly aren't my faves when it comes pet odor removal, but everything else has been A+. We only had a pet issue a short time when one of our dogs became ill. They also clean grout and I am not sure if they still offer it as I haven't needed it again, but they did offer carpet stretching. read more

Pros: 2 starts for availability and pricing We had 4 rooms and a large area rug cleaned for under $200. Not only that but when I called on a Thursday they got me right in for the next Monday. Cons: my carpets were crunchy and didn't smell fresh after they had dried. The area rug smelled like urine cat urine after it dried (we don't own a cat and the rug has never been peed on...) we had to cover the rug in arm and hammer baking soda for 12 hours to help remove the smell. It's expensive and I didn't want to just throw it away.... read more
