This person educated me on the different products and services that could potentially fill my need, and we discussed my lifestyle/living habits to determine which would suit me best. He even performed a live demo of the product we chose, and that settled it. The pricing was very competitive - literally within a couple hundred dollars of the competitor quotes I gathered - and they were able to get me on the schedule within a week's time of signing the quote. Someone came to the home, arriving right one time and working quite quickly. They sealed the grout in my entire house in less than one workday's time, and explained we can walk on it after just 24 hours. Best of all (for me) they supplied us with their proprietary cleaning solution, and they do provide "touch-ups" for the sealing, which means that as years pass and high-traffic areas wear out, I won't have to pay to have the entire house redone.

I tried zero res before and grout didn't look great and asked him why and he explained you really need the chemicals to get the grout clean and then seal it ...he said it was like they did half the job. He has had clients that have them and then he comes does a patch and it is like night and day when he uses the chemicals and it's true. At 2:26pm after trying to call them, I finally got a text saying, "We can't go today," no apology or explanation. Okay?? i rescheduled 07/24 after Diego took 3 days to reply . I was quoted $120 "based on the condition," which seemed high but I agreed, assuming it was due to some dog urine pee. On the day of the RESCHEDULED appointment, the technician arrived over 30 minutes late. I had clearly stated & even sent photos of the -- 2 stairway entrances that need to be cleaned. The technician acted surprised & said he didn't have time to do both (after being 30 minutes late?? ) As for the actual cleaning? The dog urine stains were still visible, and basic foot traffic looked untouched!! he was in & out in under an hour and the results were underwhelming. Paying $120 for a single staircase and no results, I truly regret hiring this company & wish I could get a refund or at LEAST a discount for cancelling and being over 30mins late??
