Michael took my call after 5:30pm, came the next day and restored my tile to a beautiful look. The price was reasonable and he was on time. He went above and beyond and I hope he knows how grateful I am that he did all of this today. read more

Since Google only allows me to give 1 review I thought this would be helpful for anyone that reviews yelp looking for a professional Carpet Cleaning you have to trust In someone who knows what they are doing. I never leave reviews but this guy really deserves all the Stars he went above and beyond..We had our carpets cleaned once, with the understanding that pet odors might resurface--and unfortunately, they did. Since I'm not accustomed to pet smells, it was very noticeable and frustrating. I called Mike, and he was immediately concerned and truly listened to everything I had to say. Honestly, I think he was even more disappointed than I was, knowing that such beautiful carpets--only one year old--had not been properly cared for. Thanks to Mike, we were completely saved from having to spend even more money. Although i haven't met him personally, the way my husband spoke about him and the incredible job he did says everything. I can only imagine him coming in with a cape, because he truly came to the rescue. Whatever he did made a huge difference--the pet odor is completely gone. In fact, my husband made me throw away all the carpet sprinkles I had layered on trying to mask the smell. Whatever you did, Mike, you absolutely saved our carpet. We couldn't be more grateful. read more

Michael did a fantastic job cleaning the carpets and tile of our 3 bedroom home! We were just going to do the carpets but we are so happy we included the tile. Looked black between the tiles before and now a whole different color. They look brand new! His prices are reasonable and he was on time for both visits. The equipment he used was professional and high quality. We appreciate his responsiveness and helpful tips for maintaining the floors. read more

We (unfortunately) had white tile and grout installed in our home. Even with cautionary measures (no outside shoes, vacuum dirt/dust almost daily), our grout turned grey and looked dirty no matter what we did to clean it. The results after the cleaning were superb! Customer service was 12/10, as well! We will be recommending Sweettouch to everyone and look forward to using them in the future. read more

Mike Sweet did an outstanding job on getting a pretty big stain out of my brand new Sisal carpet. He knew I was panicked and came to the rescue after his church service on a Sunday. I spent hours calling local companies and they didn't even want to help knowing I had sisal. He definitely saved the day and I am very grateful to him and his amazing business! I would give him 10 stars if I could! He also gave me some tips on cleaning my wood floors and rugs! Thanks Mike!! read more

Wow...this has been a horrible experience. We recently purchased a home, and Mike Sweet gave us a quote for carpet cleaning which we felt was reasonable. We were moving from out of state, so we gave him access to our home to complete the work before we arrived with our contents. He, of course, requested payment up front...which we paid. Part of the quoted services included a pet treatment, because the prior owners had a dog. After arriving at our home a few days after the cleaning was reportedly done, the house did not smell like it had been cleaned, and we found dog vomit stains that we had pointed out during the initial quote, to which Mike stated would be no problem to clean. Additionally, the completion invoice that was left at our home did not mention anything about the pet odor treatment that we requested...and paid for. My wife called him and let him know about the issue. He said no no no, they did it, they just filled out the invoice incorrectly. When my wife stated there was still a smell and then sent him photos of the dog vomit, he became very angry. We asked for our money back for the pet treatment only, and he started saying we only wanted work for free, that we were falsely accusing him, and that he was going to get an attorney involved. My wife hung up at that point, and then texted him photos of the dog vomit. He got even angrier and said he only wanted to talk to her husband...me. Well you can only imagine how angry I was at that point. Some stranger bullying my wife...of course I'm going to yell. And I did. I never threatened, I never name called, but boy did I raise my voice. He uses the excuse that he's a Christian business whenever he gets called out, but I explained that I'm not Christian, therefore that has no effect on me. He threatened a lawsuit again and hung up. I texted back and said that I can't be sued over his own subpar business practices. This is where it gets wacky. He texted me back with, and I quote, "I will let all my crazy un-goddy friends stop by and welcome you and your family. Wish you the best of luck in Phoenix." I couldn't believe it. What an insane threat. This man had access to my house via a lockbox that I've since removed. Now I have to rekey my house. Anyway, I don't take threats kindly, so I let him know I was getting the authorities involved. He must have realized what he'd done, because he started sending me apology after apology, stating he was refunding me. I highly doubt he will, but either way, I called the police and filed a report. I have a 4 year old daughter, the last thing I need to worry about is a threat from a carpet cleaner that is mad because I'm mad. Here's what I'm sure will happen next, based on other reviews. He'll respond saying I'm the one that's a bully and that I just wanted service for free. He's obsessed with reviews, so when he gets a bad one, he does everything he can to make himself look like the good guy. I've got screenshots of the threatening texts, and I'll post them to refute the lies that he'll most likely post in response. Enough is enough. I'm sure he's tried to bully others this way, but it stops here. People need to know. read more

Kind owner with great intentions. Overall, the experience turned south when I questioned some billing and was treated less than human. He became a bully and aggressive. Disappointed to say the least. read more

Called these guys up on a Friday and was able to get an appointment on Sunday. Joel and Juan were very nice and did a very good job at cleaning our carpet (hope we get our rental deposit back). Comparing Sweet Touch with this other company we went with a while back after seeing a coupon in the weekly ads, Sweet Touch did a better job 10 times better. Their prices are affordable and don't hide any extra fees from you. What they quote you is what you pay. Thanks SweetTouch! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! read more

Based on the reviews and the fact that their business address is near my home, I tried to call them to get an appointment. It was on Tuesday the week of Thanksgiving. And I was able to get the appointment on that same Saturday. Michael was on the phone and was very politely explaining to me what they have to offer and gave me a quote. I am glad that I go with them. The appointment was at 3:30 PM. However, I got a call at 2:15 PM from Michael asking if they can come a little early, since they got the other job done. A crew of two gentlemen showed up within 1/2 hour later. I don't remember names, but they both were very kind, cheerful, and professional. They asked me to show them all the carpeted areas that need to be cleaned. They explained to me what needs to be done, then they quickly started setting up. When they were done, the carpet look great and smelled good. They also taught me how to keep the carpet dry quicker . I followed and the carpet was dry by 8:00 PM that evening. That was great, because I was worry that it won't be dry by the time we went to bed. They charged exactly the price quoted. And I think that was also excellent that they kept their words, and that's easy for me as a customer. I will definitely call them again next time I need a carpet cleaning. Thank you Michael and the team. Hoang read more

Purchased their service through Groupon. They were punctual arriving during their 4-hour window. EXCELLENT Service. Great carpet cleaning. Have tried half-dozen other companies and Sweettouch is BY FAR the best. I will buy another Groupon as I want our carpets cleaned only by Sweettouch. read more

Fast, comprehensive, professional cleaning! We moved our furniture around, which showed us just how dirty our old Berber carpet was! Called Michael and he arranged for a visit the next day. I was surprised it was so quick. Robert and Brady arrived, set up, cleaned, and were out of there in way less time than I expected. They were both polite, courteous, and were able to give us lots of information about the carpet and the drying process. We also had them clean our area rugs and our double recliner. Everything looks fresh and new now. Thanks Sweettouch! read more

A few weeks ago I called mike asking if I could schedule a rent ready package but I didn't give him the precise date that I wanted it done. He then warned me that if I don't schedule it soon then he might be all booked for the weekend. Like he warned me, he was booked all weekend y the time I found out my schedule but he did his best to fit me in. On the day of cleaning he inspected the apartment and was very honest about how I shouldn't be paying him to clean it because it wasn't that dirty. Knowing that he was honest shows that he's just not in it for the money. Instead of paying $170 dollars for the cleaning, he charged me $50 and he only cleaned what was necessary which I really appreciated! Thank you sweet touch carpent cleaning! read more

I looked at several different companies and got quotes from them all, none were as fair as Sweettouch. After looking at the Yelp reviews, I had hoped that the reviews were all legit, but I wasn't holding my breath. But then I spoke to the owner to book service. Not only did he quote me a fair price, he accommodated my same day service request. Two guys came over, verified the price and services, then did exactly what they said they'd do. No upselling, no "oh by the way"s, just efficient, careful, and courteous service. I'm very pleased to take the time to let anyone considering ST to give them a shot., You won't be disappointed! read more

Highly impressed with this company. Long story short, we let a guy live in our carpeted basement with his husky that absolutely destroyed our carpet in the period of 2 months. We thought we were doing our due diligence by spot cleaning after we discovered spots (and kicking the guy out). Well we still could tell the carpets were nasty and decided we would have to pull them out. Had a slight change of heart realizing the cost to refloor 2000+ft and gave Sweettouch a call to see if we could salvage. Michael came out initially to steamclean. He warned my husband that the treatment may not get through to those heavily saturated spots that went through to subfloor and reviewed options. My husband elected to add on pretreatment. At the time Michael noticed severe buckling in the carpet and mentioned it should be restretched- a service they offer, but didn't pressure the sale. When I came home from work that night I was impressed with the improvement but did see what Michael meant about restretching. We called him back and set up an appt. Michael returned to our house to restretch. Again, very quick and professional and we were happy with the service. At that time we decided to set up a 3rd appt to have him back out to do a deep treatment through the pad and to the subfloor to really tackle the urine spots where he flooded the spots with a solution to break up the salts and then used a water claw. Michael was out again today to finish up our 3rd appt. He did a great job and saved our carpet. It smells great, looks new and we didn't have to spend thousands to replace our basement carpet. We are very happy with the service and the best part is that all 3 times we ended up paying less than what we were quoted. I am picky and I really don't believe you will find a better service to take care of your floors. We plan on scheduling Sweettouch again to clean our tile and hardwood very soon. You will be pleased with this company. read more

Michael the owner came and cleaned my friend's bedroom carpet. Then he did the kitchen grout. We thought it was black grout and it turned out it was really brown. Great job and a great guy! read more

I got a Groupon and took a chance! I am so gald that I did. I too got a call that they would be able to come early and they did an EXCEPTIONAL job. I have now used Sweettouch twice to do my carpets. Both times with a Groupon for four rooms. I really can't say enough good about them. The super high reviews are legit - these guys are great. Two gentlemen arrived at my home this last time - very professional and got my carpets done in about an hour. I have really cheap, nasty fifteen year old carpet that looks like the after pics of a hoarder house after it's been cleared out. The carpet looks new now. Unbelievable. They did have a scheduling issue this last time because of a truck that lost AC, and Michael offered to throw in a rug for the inconvenience. I told the guys and they happily cleaned a rug for me. I will never use another carpet cleaning service. This is a rare company that is honest, reliable, friendly, and provides wonderful service. read more

If I could rate this company 10 stars, I would. I was so happy with them the first time, that I referred them to my neighbor and then used them again this evening. The same gentleman cleaned my carpet, so I want to give a shout out to the wonderful Brady! He cleaned them on TWO separate occasions, and both times were phenomenal. Jeremy was also here for his first day of training and I must say, great hire! Both men were professional and efficient. I would highly HIGHLY recommend this company if you are looking for a great clean. In addition, I embarrassed to admit that I had several pet stains; but I would be silly not to share it with the world knowing that this company got all of them out and the carpet looks brand new. Pet Stains or just need a good carpet clean, this is the place you need to call. Thank you thank you!!! read more

These guys were very professional and did a great job. I was very pleased and would recommend them.

Might be fine for some, but not us. They did use corner wall guards, so that was good. He wanted us to pay before work was done - no. Soppy wet for 6 - 8 hours. 1 hour for 4 rooms $140. no spot treatment, they didn't have to move anything & carpet not very dirty - just traffic areas which are still dark relative to the rest of the carpet. Didn't smell fresh like when we've had the carpet cleaned before. About an hour late. Disappointed after spending the time to read several companies' reviews to fine a good cleaner for a fair price. read more

Straight up... this is by far the best company my family has ever used for carpet cleaning. Juan and Ray are the best.. they came at the time requested, helped moved some furniture and made a few recommendations (not pushy at all) for pet pee stain removal so I took the recommendation. There equipment looked state of the art for the industry and my whole house was done in under an hour and at a price that was about 50.00 less than a company I had called before...! I recommend this company to anyone as they really care about the customer and offer the service at a reasonable rate too. read more

Used a groupon and loved it. Can't beat the price. I got the 4 bedroom and after talking with the owner he did the rest of the house (living room, dining room, hallways, stairs and loft) for a flat fee. The guys came out and where professionals (one more then the other, but it's ok he was young). Came early and explained everything. Mind you, our carpets were not stained or anything we just wanted a deep cleaning and I can't complain. We will use again. Thanks yelpers and groupon another success. read more

I used Sweettouch last fall after monsoon season. Having two large dogs, a big yard, a pool and then areas of dirt, it is safe to say that my light colored carpet sure took a beating. I called Sweettouch after purchasing a Groupon (some places normally treat you differently when using coupons) and they were extremely professional and treated me very well. One of the most frustrating things when hiring people to come to your house is the "I'll be there between 10am and 5pm". I was fortunate to not have this experience with Sweettouch! They gave me a time that they would be at my house, and arrived when they said they would. This is one of the most important things in my opinion. After letting the crew into my home, they were highly professional and respectful. They didn't try to "upsell" me like some companies do, and my carpets turned out amazing. I plan to use them again within the next week here as I've moved out, and I recommend them to anyone who is searching for carpet cleaners as these guys are the best! read more

On-time. Knowledgeable. Considerate. Courteous. We've used many carpet cleaning companies over the years, Sweettouch blows them away AND sets a high standard. Very professional quality service. Robert and Matt placed wall guards to prevent marks from their hoses and when they were ready to leave they left shoe covers so we could walk on the carpet if we needed to. Exceptional services. Highly recommended. We will call them again. read more
