I tried zero res before and grout didn't look great and asked him why and he explained you really need the chemicals to get the grout clean and then seal it ...he said it was like they did half the job. He has had clients that have them and then he comes does a patch and it is like night and day when he uses the chemicals and it's true. He arrived on time and even did a little sample cleaning in one of the most highly trafficked areas of our kitchen. He sent the quote over within the next day or so and followed up asking how the sample turned out. We weren't in a rush to get it done as it can be a process to move all the furniture around, so I put it on the back burner for a couple weeks and then reached back out to schedule. They arrived when they said they would and promptly got started. Our tile hasn't looked this clean since we built the house! They initially got down on their hands and knees and scrubbed the grout by hand. I think this is where a lot of companies cut corners and claim just steam cleaning will do the job because the last couple of times we had our tile cleaned, the grout didn't come up so clean. They weren't the cheapest quote we got but we trusted they'd do a good job and they did. Don't hesitate to book them!

Note that if somebody is out sick, the owner comes in and gets it done, plus he is always available to consult on challenging jobs like septic backup onto my rug. they know what they are doing and have been in business a long time. CitrusGo is now added into my personally approved companies offering their services. I spoke with them via Yelp and sent pictures of the Used couch I had bought for my vacation home in Arizona. I didn't want a new couch and when I had went to pick up the couch that looked much better online, I didn't want to leave and start the search process over so I bought it and knew I would need a good upholstery cleaning company. CitrusGo did not disappoint with pricing and schedule. I reached out on a Saturday and they were the only ones who could offer their service by Monday. Their tech arrived 15 minutes earlier than the appointment which I was glad to see. He was very professional and quick. He pre-treated alllll the stains and began cleaning shortly thereafter. There was grease stains, dirty finger stains and the worst... Marker stains from the previous owners children! He got 99% of them out and only two small ones remained, but he tried his hardest. They weren't in a obvious place so I had no issues with them staying there. The couch smells better, looks like new and I couldn't be happier. Keep up the great work!

When mentioned to Brian, he said that they could have added time. This was never mentioned to me before my review. If that was told then the review would have 5 stars instead of 4 and I wouldn't have the manager Brian texting me asking for a review update. We really shouldn't have to give a list of all the things that we want cleaned but it seems that is the case. So if you do hire them make sure you have list of exactly what you want cleaned ESPECIALLY if you hire them for a deep clean. The ladies that cleaned are nice and Madison really did an amazing job.
