I never leave reviews but this guy really deserves all the Stars he went above and beyond..We had our carpets cleaned once, with the understanding that pet odors might resurface--and unfortunately, they did. Since I'm not accustomed to pet smells, it was very noticeable and frustrating. I called Mike, and he was immediately concerned and truly listened to everything I had to say. Honestly, I think he was even more disappointed than I was, knowing that such beautiful carpets--only one year old--had not been properly cared for. Thanks to Mike, we were completely saved from having to spend even more money. Although i haven't met him personally, the way my husband spoke about him and the incredible job he did says everything. I can only imagine him coming in with a cape, because he truly came to the rescue. Whatever he did made a huge difference--the pet odor is completely gone.
